The study is to find possibilities and problems of a small-scale modification on movable storage furniture as an answer to the residents’ needs. The study selected one of the renovated housing units at "KYUDOGAKUSHA" as a case study. "KYUDOGAKUSHA" was designed by architect Takeda Goichi in 1926 and was renovated in 2006. The study investigates major two aspects of movable storage furniture, which includes the furniture’s layout planning and technical issues of assembling and moving moveable storage furniture. The experimental test result shows that, 1)It is clear that island type of movable storage furniture’s layout can facilitate the residents’ small-scale modification even though the residents are untrained. 2)To increase the assembling efficiency, the study found that it is necessary to improve the movable storage furniture’s casters so that furniture can rotate. Certain moveable furniture which played a role as a connector between other furniture pieces was not able to move vertically and caused a load on other connected furniture; this needed an improvement,

일방향 정적해석을 통한 필로티형 RC 건물의 지진거동 연구

필로티형 건물의 지진거동을 파악하기 위해 OpenSees프로그램을 이용하여 하부 2개층이 보-기둥 골조로 이루어진 세가지 유형의 필로티형 RC건물에 대한 비선형 정적해석을 수행하였다. 세가지 유형의 건물의 층수는 각각 하부 2개층을 포함하여 5층, 16층, 30층 건물을 선정하였는데,이들 모델은 최근 한국에서 많이 건설되고 있는 공동주택의 대표적인 유형들이다. 5층, 16층, 30층모델의 초과강도는 각각 4.84, 5.60, 12.35로서 KBC 2009에서 제시하는 시스템초과강도계수 3.0을 초과하였다. 또한 상부구조의 과도한 전도거동으로 인해 하부골조에 큰 축력이 변화와 압축력이 발생하였으며, 이는 하부골조기둥의 연성을 저하시키는 요인이 되기도 하였다. 따라서, 설계시 하부기둥에 작용하는 축력에 대한 기둥단면적의 크기의 비율을 어느정도 제한함으로써 하부골조 기둥의 연성을 극대화하는 조치가 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

민주화 이후 내생적 성장요인이 경제성장에 미치는 영향: 독립국가연합(CIS) 회원국을 중심으로

So far, studies on the utility of democratic systems have focused on the analysis of the relationship with economic growth. However, to the democratic system, in addition to guaranteeing the freedom and equality needed for economic growth and raising awareness of private property rights, as the industrial structure changed, the importance of advanced human resources were emerged. Also, in the case of transition countries that have undergone a process of democratization, after the democratization, the necessity of research on the effect of the level of advanced human resources on economic growth was raised. Thus, in this study analyzed the causal relationship between democracy level- endogenous growth factor-economic growth through two-stage least squares for panel-data model focused on the member countries of the CIS that have been transformed into the democratic system with the collapse of the former Soviet Union from 1991 to 2017. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the level of democracy was positively correlated with the level of advanced human resources, and the level of advanced human resources also had a positive effect on the growth of the national economy. This shows that as the level of democracy increases in transition countries such as CIS member countries, the level of high-level human resources also increases, and it positively affecting economic growth. 지금까지 민주주의 체제가 갖는 효용성에 대한 연구는 경제성장과의 관계성 분석에 초점을 맞추 어져 있었다. 그러나 민주주의 체제가 경제성장에 필요한 자유와 평등의 보장, 사유재산권에 대한 인식의 제고 외에도 산업구조가 변화함에 따라 고급인적자원의 중요성이 대두되었다. 또한 민주화 과정을 겪은 체제전환국가의 경우 민주화 이후 고급인적자원의 수준이 경제성장에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 필요성이 제기되었다. 이에 본 연구는 1991년부터 2017년에 해당하는 구소련의 붕괴와 함께 민주주의 체제로 전환한 독립국가연합(CIS) 회원국을 중심으로 민주주의 수준-내생적 성장요 인(고급인적자원)-경제성장 간의 인과관계를 2단계최소자승 패널모형(two-stage least squares for panel-data model)을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과, 민주주의 수준이 고급인적자원 증가에 정(+)의 방향에서 유의한 관계성이 형성 되었으며 고급인적자원 수준 또한 국가 경제성장에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 이는 CIS 회원국과 같이 체제전환 국가에서 민주주의 수준이 높아짐에 따라 고급인적자원의 수준도 증가하여 경제성장에 긍정적 영향을 줄 수 있음을 보여주고 있다.

Candida kefyr β- galactosedase 의 고정화에 관한 연구

Candids kefyr CBS 834의 β-galactosidase를 cellulose triacetate에 고정화하였다. 효소를 고정화하기 위한 최적조건은 100㎖ methylene chloride에 10g의 cellulose triagetate를 용해한 액에 효소액 15%을 첨가하여 만든 후, 200 strokes/min으로 진탕반응했을 때 얻어졌다. 또한 섬유의 절단길이는 효소활성에 큰 영향을 주지 않았다. 고정화효소의 최적온도와 pH는 각각 50℃와 7.0이었고, 활성화에너지는 8,539 cal/mole이었다. ONPG를 기질로 하였을 경우 고정화 효소의 K_m과 V_(max)은 각각 7.4×10^(-5)M과 66.7 unit/㎎ protein이었고, 유당에 대한 K_m과 V_(max)은 3.3×10^(-4)M과 29.4 unit/㎎ protein이었다. 고정화 효소를 4℃에서 30일간 저장후 잔존활성과 3회 재사용후 잔존활성을 조사할 결과 각각 95%와 94%을 유지하였다. 고정화 효소 1g(190 unit)을 50㎖의 탈지유와 5% 유당용액에 첨가한 후 30℃에서 10시간 반응시켰을 때 각각 10%와 15%의 유당분해율을 보여주었다. β-Galactosidase from Candida kefyr CBS 834 was immobilized in the cellulose triacetate. The optimal condition for the immobilized enzyme was obtained by 15% of the enzyme solution added to 100㎖ of methylene chloride and 10g of cellulose triacetate. The length of fiber had hardly any an effect on the enzyme activity and the optimal condition for reciprocating water bath shaker was 200 strokes per minute. The optimal temperature and pH for the immobilized enzyme were 50℃ and 7.0, respectively. The activation energy for the immobilized enzyme was 8,539 cal/mole. The Km and Vmax of the immobilized enzyme, on ONPG were 7.4 × 10^(-5)M and 66.7 unit/㎎ protein, whereas those on lactose were 3.3 × 10^(-4)M and 29.4 unit/㎎ protein, respectively. The rate of remained enzyme activity for the immobilized enzyme stored at 4℃ for 30 days was 95%, and when reused for three times was 94%. When the skim milk (4.8% lactose) and 5% lactose solution of 50㎖ were reacted with the immobilized enzyme (190 unit) for 10hrs at 30℃, 10% of the lactose in skim milk was hydrolyzed, whereas 15% of the lactose in 5% lactose solution was hydrolyzed.

소규모 SI집합주택의 인필(Infill)계획 특성에 관한 연구

근년 저출산 고령화로 인한 1-2인 가구 증가는 소형주택에 대한 수요 증가를 유발시키고 있다. 이에 정부에서는 국민주택 규모 (85m2)이하의 도시형 생활주택을 2009년 9월 법제화 하고 공급확대를 위한 제도적 완화 정책들을 추진하고 있으며, 큰폭으로 증가하고 있다. 그러나 1-2인 가구를 위한 소규모 주택 보급이 단지 양적 측면으로만 치우친다면 기존의 획일화된 원룸, 다세대 등 거주성이 열악한 주거가 대량으로 공급되고 말 것이다. 오히려 1-2인 가구의 양적 증가로 인해 가려져 있는 라이프스타일의 다양성에 주목하고 이에 대응할 주거계획 방법론의 모색이 중요하다 할 것이다. 본 연구는 거주자의 다양한 주거요구에 순응하기위해 연구 되어온 일본의 가변형 주택으로 대변되는 SI집합주택 중 85m2 이하의 소규모 사례들을 대상으로 단위주호에서의 인필 계획 특성을 명확히 하여 소규모 주택의 가변성 확보 방안을 이해하는데 목적이 있다.
