Wonhyo had hold dear to the 『Daeseunggisinron(大乘起信論)』 as well. for that reason Wonhyo got composition that the Sutra(『金剛三昧經』). his 『Geumgangsammaegyeongron(金剛三昧經論)』 emphatically asserted that all man are able to have awakening samely. so he paid attention to equal position, and the Integration of Six Chapter in the Sutra(六品圓融論理). Maybe These structure of 『Geumgangsammaegyeong(金剛三昧經)』 gave the consolation to the populace at that time. It means that all man are equal in spiritual awakening. and then, Wonhyo had a adjustment numerous Sutras grounded on 『Daeseunggisinron(大乘起信論)』 because this Satra(論:the book of commentary in all Mahayana Sutras) got a possibility of inclusion in various doctrines of Buddhism. Consequently on the strength of theory of integration which was called in 『Daeseunggisinron(大乘起信論)』, The people of three nations(Goguryo高句麗․Baekje百濟․Silla新羅) are considered as a one nationality. It is a reflection of spirit of the unification period obviously. 원효는 『대승기신론』의 핵심구조를 『금강삼매경』에 적용하여 주석서인 『금강삼매경론』을 작성하였다. 나아가 『대승기신론』을 모든 경전과 결합함으로써 대중교화를 적극화 하였다. 또한 『금강삼매경』에 등장하는 보살들의 명칭은 『대승기신론』에 나타난 용어와 부합된다. 따라서 원효가 『금강삼매경』의 결집과 밀접함을 보여준다. 이와 함께 원효는 중생을 위한 다양한 방편을 ‘육품’구조에 적용시켜 깨달음에 이르게 하였다. 즉 ‘육품원융’은 다양한 방편을 인정하면서도 결국 하나의 깨달음에 이르게 하는 대중교화의 기제이다. 말하자면 차별적 방편인 ‘6품’을 결국 ‘하나(원융)’로 보아 당시 대중교회승들의 분발을 유도한 것이다. 결국 원효는 이러한 논리를 통해 자신의 실천성을 더욱 부각시킬 수 있었다.
固定化 微生物을 이용한 難分解性 有害化學物質의 分解 除去

Degradation and removal of poisonous materials by immobilized microorganism was investigated. Microorganism which was isolated from activated sludge by enrichment culture method was adsorbed on activated carbon and then entrapped with alginate. Optimum immobilizing condition was determined by means of batch culture method. Packed bed bioreactor was used for continuous treatment of various phenol waste water. From the results the following phenomena were obtained. 1. Immobilized biocatalyst which shown best degradation rate and stabilization was prepared with 2% activated carbon and 1% microorganism. 2. As transient inflow in the packed bed bioreactor, in order to the highest degradation efficiency, it preper to use calcium alginate bead. 3. Degradation efficiency of phenolic waste water by composite immobilized biocatalyst (activated carbon-alginate) was influenced by quantity of microorganism and an increment of adsorptivity of activated carbon entrapped in the immobilized biocatalyst. 4. The optimum degradation condition of phenolic waste water which was determined to the mineral salts as nitrogen source and 1.5% glucose was contained at 30℃.
