To improve limits of fuzzy PI controller especially when applied to high order systems, we propose two fuzzy PI controllers that reset appropriate amounts of accumulated control input according to fuzzily described situations in addition to the incremental control input calculated by the same methods in conventional fuzzy PI controllers. The structures of the proposed controller were motivated by the problems of fuzzy PI controller that it generally gives unevitable overshoot when one tries to reduce rise time of response especially when a system of order higher than one is under consideration. Since the undesirable characteristics of the fuzzy PI controller are caused by the integrator of the controller, even though the integrator is introduced to overcome steady state error of response, we propose two supplementary controllers that fuzzily clear out integrated quantities according to situation. Between two proposed controllers, the first controller determines the resetting rate by situations fuzzily described by error and error rate, and the second one by error and control input. The two structures both give reduced rise time as well as small overshoot compared to conventional ones. To show the usefulness of the proposed controller, they are applied to systems that are difficult to stabilize or difficult to get satisfactory response by conventional fuzzy PI controllers.

새로운 형태의 자체 반복 구조를 갖는 다층신경망을 제안한다. 제안할 신경망은 동적구조를 갖는 시스템을 흉내내거나 입력 변수 상호간의 간섭이 심해 보통의 신경망으로는 근사화 하기가 힘든 경우등에 적합하다. 이 신경망의 동적 특성은 신호가 피이드백 되는 구조에 기인하며, 고차항이 신호의 피이드백 과정에서 저절로 형성되어 주어진 대응의 근사화 성능이 개선되도록 되어있다. 구체적으로, 다층신경망의 연결 강도를 기존의 신경망에서와 같이 상수로하는 대신 최종 출력방향으로의 층 위의 처리 소자의 출력의 함수가 되도록하여 궁극적으로 두 층간의 신호가 서로 곱해지는 작용이 반복되도록 하여 어떤 대응을 수행하는데 필요한 고차항이 만들어지게 되어있다. 이러한 구조의 신경망에 대해 Hebb의 학습 법칙의 개념과 유사한 형태의 학습법칙도 유도한다.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to report the clinical effects of Korean medical treatments on peripheral facial palsy. Methods In this study, 5 children were treated with peripheral facial palsy with Korean medical treatments, such as herb medicines, acupunctures, electro-acupuncture, and infrared therapy. Results As a result of the treatment, 5 children were almost recovered. The average treatment period was 42.17 days, with average recovery period of 9 weeks. Conclusions This study shows that Korean medical treatments on childhood peripheral facial palsy could be one of the viable options for this patient kind.
소아 반복성 호흡기 감염의 한약 치료에 대한 임상 연구 동향: 중의학 논문을 중심으로

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate recent clinical studies on effect of herbal medicine treatment for recurrent respiratory tract infection in children. Methods We searched some clinical studies about recurrent respiratory tract infection in children from the China Academic Journal (CAJ) of China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) (January 2011 to December 2015). Results 50 papers were selected from 168 studies. The herbal decoction was main herbal medicine treatment for recurrent respiratory tract infection in children. Commonly used herbs were Atractylodis Rhizoma Alba, Glycyrrhizae Radix, Astragali Radix, Saposhnikovia Radix and Pseudostellariae Radix. Yupingfeng keli was the most frequently used herbal compound. Total effective rate was 66.4-100%, experimental group was significantly higher than control group in 45 papers (P<0.05). Immune index (in 22 papers) and curative effect of TCM syndrome (in 7 papers) were significantly higher than those of control group after treatment (p<0.05). Conclusions Herbal medicine has been shown as an effective treatment on recurrent respiratory tract infection in children. These research results can be utilized in other clinical studies and in treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection for children.
신경 최적화 회로망을 이용한 두 대의 로보트를 위한 최소시간 충돌회피 경로 계획

공간상에 움직여야할 길이 주어진 두 대의 로보트의 속도계획 문제를 두 단계의 부문제로 나누어 각각의 독립적으로 다루는 방법을 도입하여 최소시간 속도계획 방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법은 i) 로보트가 각자의 길을 따라 이동한 거리를 두 축으로하는 코오디네이션 공간이라는 2차원 공간을 구축하고 이공간상에서 충돌을 피할 수 있도록 코오드네이션 곡선을 선정하고, ii)선정된 곡선을 따라 최소시간을 보장하는 속도계획을 하는 두 단계의 문제중 두 번째 단계의 문제에 대해 로보트의 동력학 및 각 관절의 최대 회전속도등을 고려하여 최적해를 구하는 방법을 제안하였다. 또한 신경 최적화 회로망의 이론을 응용하여 간단한 반복 계산 알고리듬으로 최적해를 구하였다. 제안된 방법은 두 대의 SCARA형 로보트의 경로계획의 예로 시뮬레이션하여 유용성을 보였다. A collision-free trajectory planning for two robots with designated paths is considered. The proposed method is based on the concept of decomposing the planning problem into two steps: one is determining coordination of two robots, and the other is velocity planning with determined coordination. Dynamics and maximum allowable joint velocities are also taken into consideration in the whole planning process. The proposed algorithm is converted into numerical calculation version based on neural optimization network. To show the usefulness of proposed method, an example of trajectory planning for 2 SCARA type robot in common workspace is illustrated.
