해양경찰은 구조, 재난관리, 치안유지, 마약 및 밀수 단속, 주변국 대응, 환경보전, 해양안보 등 다양한 업무를 수행하는 국 내 유일의 해양종합행정기관으로서 그 역할과 임무를 국민에게 제대로 알리는 홍보활동이 매우 중요하다. 하지만 해안가, 도서지역 주 민들을 제외한 대부분의 국민들은 일상생활에서 해양경찰의 치안행정 서비스를 직접 접하는 경우가 드물고, 이로 인해 해양경찰의 역 할과 임무에 대한 국민들의 이해도는 낮다. 이 연구는 해양경찰 재출범 3년차를 맞아 해양경찰 홍보 조직과 업무 현황을 고찰하고, 일 선 홍보담당자를 대상으로 설문조사하여 해양경찰의 홍보 실태를 진단하고, 해양경찰 홍보 강화방안을 제시하였다. AHP분석 결과 해 양경찰 홍보는 전담인력 증강 배치를 통해 홍보조직의 내실화를 기하고, 홍보대상에 따른 홍보 전략을 명확히 한 맞춤형 홍보를 강화 하며, 홍보 담당자의 직무교육을 강화하고, 홍보 업무에 대한 지휘관 및 내부 구성원의 관심과 지원이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. The Korea Coast G uard(KCG) is the only comprehensive maritime administrative agency in Korea that performs various tasks taking place in the ocean, including rescue o pe ratio n s , disaster management, policing, Drug and smuggling crackdown, responding to Response to invasion of maritime territory, environmental conservation, and maritime security. It is vital to inform the public of the role and mission of KCG as the only comprehensive maritime administrative agency in Korea. However, most citizens, excluding residents of the coastal and island areas, have little knowledge of the security administration services of the KCG due to lack of exposure. This study reviewed the KCG's public relations(PR) organization and current status using KCG promotional materials, diagnosed the actual conditions of KCG's PR, and suggested ways to improve public relations activities through a questionnaire survey of public relations personnel. Through literature research and questionnaire survey, the KCG's public relations status was estimated and the measures to enhance publicity was derived as follows: strengthening the PR organization by reinforcing the personnel in charge of PR, improving customized promotion by clarifying the promotion strategy according to the promotion target, enhancing job training for PR personnel, and increasing the interest and support of commanders and internal members in charge of PR work.
Sheath & Dilator 카테터 내 폴리머 튜브의 원형도 및 표면 개선에 관한 연구

As the market for minimally invasive procedures developed rapidly, there was an increase in the demand for highprecision, high-performance catheter fabrication technology. Sheath and dilator tubes are essential intervention devicesfor procedures, in which catheters are used and require precise dimensional accuracy, and uniform roundness and surface roughness. Polyethylene is used in sheath and dilator limitation for processability, which causes low melt flow index and side effects. Therefore, in the extrusion process using polyethylene, it is important to study the manufacturing of tubes with improved roundness and surface roughness. In this study, we proposed a calibrator for precise production with an aim to manufacture 5Fr micro-puncture tubes, and studied the changes in the roundness and surface roughness of tubes by changing the cooling water temperature and water disk thickness. As a result, it was found that the cooling water temperature and wafer disk thickness had an effect on the roundness and surface roughness, and the roundness had an effect on the formation of the wall thickness. Therefore, these experimental results were used as a study for the production of improved Sheath and Dilator tubes.
Polyuretane Multi Lumen Tube 의 건조 공정 변화에 따른 기계적 물성 변화

최근 최소 침습 기반의 중재시술 의료기기의 활용도는 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며, 이에 따라서 Polyurethane 기반의 Multi Lumen Tube 를 활용한 Catheter 개발이 활발하게 이뤄지고 있다. 특히 Catheter 의 Trackablity, Pushability 등의 기계적 성능을 최적화 하기 위해서는 Catheter shaft 의 물성의 최적화가 필요하며, 압출 공정이나 건조 공정에 따라 그 변화를 개선할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 압출 공정을 통해 사용된 Polyurethane 재질의 Multi Lumen Tube 를 활용하여 다양한 건조 공정을 구현하고 이를 통해 변화하는 기계적 물성을 파악하였으며 인장 강도, Crossable modulus, 굽힘 강도 등을 비교하는 연구를 수행하였다.
연비향상을 위해 최적화된 opening을 이용한 aerodynamic front end styling

As the environmental disruption caused by the vehicle is emerged, new vehicles with high fuel efficiency are needed. To improve fuel efficiency, vehicles have certainly the low aerodynamic drag coefficient. This paper is mainly purposed to reduce aerodynamic drag coefficient using the optimized opening for fuel efficiency front end styling by using CFD analysis. There are two ways to reduce aerodynamic drag coefficient in this paper. First one is to lower air leakage from front opening to CRFM module. Second one is to have the optimized opening. As a result, this paper showed that aerodynamic drag coefficient was reduced by lowering leakage and front opening. Also engine cooling performance was increased with aero-friendly styling.
CFD analysis를 이용한 Fuel filling pipe-line 설계

When filling the gas tank, the gas dispenser is shut off long before the tank is filled. It’s called PSO(Premature Shut-Off). Generally, this problem occurs when the filler pipe from the nozzle to the gas tank fills up with fuel and operates a sensor located on the pump nozzle. A sharp bend in the pipe causes the fuel rushing into the inlet to accumulate at the top of the pipe rather than move directly into the gas tank. When the fuel swirls around in the pipe, it creates a blockage, causing fluid to back up in the filler pipe. The nozzle of the fuel pump has a sensor that turns the pump off as soon as it is surrounded by liquid. This simulations are for the fuel to travel from the fuel inlet to the gas tank while avoiding obstacles along the way. This paper is mainly purposed to avoid this phenomenon through the optimized pipe design by using CFD analysis. As a result, the simulations indicate that CFD can be successfully utilized as a tool to shorten the design, development and cost reduction cycle of a nozzle, filler pipe, canister, and tank system.
