This study Iran been made to develop a method for care determination of design flood flow in small watershed. The Bochong basin of which t1e area is 475.6㎢ was selected for this study and an empirical formula. (Kajiyma' s) and the rational formula were revised for application in tire basin. The results, which are obtained from revised formulas show that tire suggested formulas through tire adjustment of their coefficients are practical for determining tire design flood flow in small watershed.

Plagiarism in music industry becomes a social issue through all the years, especially when popular rock band "CN BLUE"(the song "Loner") had a copyright issue with independent band "Y Not"(the song "Blue Bird") in early 2010, the latter eventually took the case to the court . The court held in favor of "CN BLUE" on April, 2011, meaning no copyright infringement found, but standard for the music plagiarism still remains in controversy. Standard for the music plagiarism needs two-step test. First, the direct evidence of access and then second the indirect evidence of access and striking similarity. Plaintiff has tremendous burden of proof for the access by direct evidence. Therefore, indirect evidence of access and striking similarity between 2 songs, it can assume replication. When the defendant is assumed to copy the plaintiff's work, the court should determine whether there is substantial similarity between the songs casued by the defendant's replication and illegal use. Only with the assumption of the defendant's replication, the court cannot approve his copyright infringement. Replication without substantial similarity can be seen as a new sepression where the defendant added creativity. Also, in a case where the access is approved but striking similarity is not approved therefore replication is not assumed but substantial similarity is approved, copyright infringement can be approved if independent creation is not approved through the investigation of unconscious replication. Above all, the importance of the preventive measure against plagiarism should be noted among the public by the private independent committee which is consist of experts in music industry, other than the court, which might lack the expertise in music plagiarism case.

이 글의 목표는 서양철학사에서 아베로에스라는 라틴어 이름으로 알려진 아랍철학자 이븐 루슈드에 대한 반(反)종교적인 인물이라는 평가가 옳은지 따져보는 것이다. 이를 위해 중세 그리스도교 세계에서 투영된 ‘아베로에스’가 아니라 이슬람 세계의 맥락에서 ‘이븐 루슈드’의 실상을 밝히는데 초점을 맞출 것이다. 이 작업은 크게 두 부분으로 나뉜다. 첫째, 필자는 그리스도교 세계에서 통용되던 신학과 철학의 관계가 아니라 이슬람 세계에 고유한 율법과 철학의 관계의 틀을 통해 본다면 이븐 루슈드가 종교에 비판적이기보다는 오히려 종교에 친화적인 생각에 토대를 두고 있다는 점을 드러낼 것이다. 둘째, 이븐 루슈드의 엘리트주의에서 그의 ‘숨겨진’ 반종교적 태도를 입장을 찾으려는 해석에 반대하여 그의 종교관은 종교적 박해를 피하기 위한 가장(假裝)된 것이 아니라 진정성에서 우러나온다는 것이 필자의 해석이다. It has been widely argued that Ibn Rushd better known in the West by his Latin name Averroes, was anti-religious. This paper aims to discuss whether or not that argument is correct. To do so, I wish to focus on the Andalusian image of Ibn Rushd rather than the Western image of Averroes. This paper is divided into two parts. First, by appealing to the relationship between law(sharī‘a) and philosophy in the Muslim world, I will show that Ibn Rushd was friendly to religion in his Decisive Treatise. Second, a long interpretation suggests that Averroes disguised and concealed his genuine view of religion on his part to avoid censure. However, it is my contention that his view of religion is indeed an honest expression of his own position.

14세기 오캄을 통해서 본 중세철학과 근대철학의 연속성

This paper aims to investigate the continuity between late medieval thought and early modern philosophy. I will focus on William Ockham, one of the most prominent thinkers in the 14th century in order to show the way that medieval thought served as a fertile basis for developments in the early modern period. The first part of this paper attempts to pinpoint what the modernity in Ockham's thought is through examining his nominalism and empiricism. Second, I will deal with the question how he criticizes the medieval Aristotelianism. Finally, I wish to argue that his account of separation between philosophy and theology culminated in their divorce in modern times is largely continuous with the mainstream of medieval thought. 서양철학사의 연구자들 가운데 중세와 근대를 단절로만 보고 각 시대 사이에 놓인 연속성에 주목하지 않는 경향이 최근까지 남아있다고 해도 그리 틀린 말은 아닐 것이다. 이 글은 두 시대 사이에 놓인 실마리를 14세기 사상가 윌리엄 오캄에서 찾는다. 필자는 신학과 철학의 관계설정에 대한 오캄의 문제의식이 중세를 벗어나 있다는 기존의 해석에 반대하여 철저히 중세적인 동시에 근대를 잇는 가교역할을 했다는 주장을 개진한다. 이런 작업은 오캄 사상을 대변하는 유명론, 경험론에 대한 설명을 통해 회의주의자의 면모를 드러내고, 그의 사상에 담긴 근대성을 타진하는 것에서 출발한다. 또한, 아리스토텔레스에 대한 비판적인 태도를 견지하는 오캄을 부각시킬 것이다. 마지막으로, 근대성을 예견하는 그의 작업들이 철학과 신학을 분리시키고자 했던 중세의 전통들 가운데 하나를 계승한 것임을 밝힐 것이다.

교육 패러다임 변화에 따른 경찰 교육의 방향 및 추진 전략

본 연구에서는 교육 패러다임의 변화 및 경찰 교육의 내·외적인 환경 변화에 따라, 중장기적인 관점에서 경찰 교육의 방향을 수립하고, 그에 상응하는 추진전략을 제시하고자 하였다. 특히, 그간 경찰교육의 문제로 지적되었던 교육내용 및 교육방법을 중심으로 경찰교육의 방향과 추진전략을 제시함으로써, 경찰교육의 내실을 기할 뿐만 아니라 선진교육기반 구축의 기본 틀을 마련하고, 향후 조성될 경찰교육타운이 치안전문가를 양성하고 자기계발을 지원하는 교육기관으로서의 기능을 더욱 원활하게 수행할 수 있도록 하였다. 경찰 교육에서는 일반적인 소양 및 능력 개발뿐만 아니라 경찰업무를 효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 전문적인 지식이나 기술 습득을 강조하는 경향으로 바뀌고 있다. 즉, 경찰의 현업에 실제로 활용할 수 있는 전문성 신장이 가장 중요한 교육 목표가 된 것이다. 이런 목표를 효과적으로 달성하기 위해서는 교육내용과 활동, 기법, 시설, 교육전문가, 교육행정 및 운영 지원체제 등 다양한 형태의 지원 시스템이 갖추어져야 한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 경찰교육의 기본 방향은 ‘전문 경찰인력의 양성’을 목표로 교육내용 및 방법의 측면에서 ⅰ) 경찰 전문교육의 심화·확대, ⅱ) 경찰교육 내용에서의 업무 연계성 강화, ⅲ) 경찰교육의 참여식 교육방법 확대, ⅳ) 경찰교육 교재 및 시설의 첨단 정보화의 네 가지로 설정하였다. 그리고 이러한 기본 방향을 실제로 구현하는 중요성이 실천 전략의 일환으로서, 액션러닝, 사례연구(목표기반 시나리오), 문제해결학습, 이러닝 등 최신 교육훈련 기법을 경찰교육에 활용하기 위한 방안을 논의하였다.
