Wafer Level Package Using Glass Cap and Wafer with Groove-Shaped Via

In this paper, we propose a new wafer level package (WLP) for the RF MEMS applications. The Film Bulk Acoustic Resonator (FBAR) are fabricated and hermetically packaged in a new wafer level packaging process. With the use of Au-Sri eutectic bonding method, we bonded glass cap and FBAR device wafer which has groove-shaped via formed in the backside. The device wafer includes a electrical bonding pad and groove-shaped via for connecting to the external bonding pad on the device wafer backside and a peripheral pad placed around the perimeter of the device for bonding the glass wafer and device wafer. The glass cap prevents the device from being exposed and ensures excellent mechanical and environmental protection. The frequency characteristics show that the change of bandwidth and frequency shift before and after bonding is less than 0.5 ㎒. Two packaged devices, Tx and Rx filters, are attached to a printed circuit board, wire bonded, and encapsulated in plastic to form the duplexer. We have designed and built a low-cost, high performance, duplexer based on the FBARs and presented the results of performance and reliability test.

In general, design is planned to create objects, but there are various interpretations in addition to these dictionary meanings, especially in recent years, there is a tendency to place greater meanings on ‘planning’ and ‘process’. Current design trends are divided from tangible categories such as product design, architectural design, and visual design to metaphysical conceptual categories such as sustainable design, universal design, and inclusive design, and the interpretation of design has expanded. This also means that the purpose of design is not only to complete the object, but to consider the context of the environment, users, society, and economy in which the object will affect.

온라인 공동 생산의 한 형태인 정부 크라우드소싱 플랫폼은 정부와 시민의 공동 생산을 활성화하기 위한 수단으로 학계와 실무자들로부터 점점 더 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 효과적이고 혁신적인 온라인 공동 생산 서비스를 원하는 정부 지도자와 관리자에게 다양한 국가에서 실행된 실제 사례를 경험적으로 연구한 논문들을 소개하고 체계적으로 이 논문들의 발견과 의의를 정리, 논의하여 효과적이고 포용적인 정부 크라우드소싱 플랫폼을 설계, 구현, 관리, 평가하는데 도움을 주고자 합니다. 이 연구는 실제 정부 크라우드소싱 사례를 조사한 일부 실증 연구에 대한 문헌을 검토한다. 특히 이 논문은 크라우드소싱 공동디자인과 크라우드소싱디자인/정부집행 형태의 플랫폼에 관한 경험적 연구에 관한 검토를 통해 주요 발견사항을 논의하고 이를 바탕으로 효과적이고 포용적인 크라우드 소싱 플랫폼을 디자인하고 관리하고자 하는 정부의 리더와 관리자에게 통찰력과 함의를 제공하고자 한다. As a form of online co-production, government crowdsourcing platforms have received growing attention from scholars and practitioners as a means of enhancing government-citizen co-production. This research aims (1) to introduce government leaders and managers to recent empirical research examining real-world cases of government crowdsourcing from different countries, (2) to systematically organize, analyze, and discuss the findings and implications of recent government crowdsourcing empirical studies, and (3) to provide government practitioners with evidence-based insights that could encourage informed decisions about how they design, implement, and evaluate government crowdsourcing platforms effectively and inclusively. Literature review is limited primarily to empirical works that rigorously examined real-world cases of government crowdsourcing. By focusing on a review of empirical research on crowdsourcing co-design and crowdsourcing design/government delivery platforms, this study discusses the key findings systematically and offers some insights and implications for leaders and managers seeking effective and inclusive design and implementation of government crowdsourcing platforms.
강한 역류가 발생했을 때 추적 유도법칙과 비선형 유도법칙을 활용한 무인잠수정의 후진 경로 추종

A UUV needs to have a robust path following performance because of unpredicted current disturbances. Because the desired path of a UUV is usually designed by considering the locations of obstacles or geographical features of the operation region, the UUV should stay on the desired path to avoid damage or loss of the vehicle. However, conventional path following methods cannot deal with strong countercurrent disturbances. Thus, the UUV may deviate from the desired path. In order to avoid such deviation, a backward path following method is suggested. This paper proposes a path following method that combines pure pursuit guidance and nonlinear guidance for the UUV under an unpredicted strong ocean current. For a stable path following system, this paper suggests that the UUV adjust its heading to the current direction using the pure pursuit guidance method when the system is in an unstable region, or the UUV follows the desired path with nonlinear guidance. By combining the pure pursuit guidance and nonlinear guidance, it was possible to overcome the drawbacks of each path following method in the reverse path following case. The efficiency of the proposed method is shown through simulation results compared to those of the pure pursuit method and nonlinear guidance method.
