Some physical properties of bulk Heusler alloys, Ni2MnM (M = Al, Ga and In), and their thin lms were studied. Structural characterization was performed by using X-ray diraction. The optical conductivity spectra of the bulk samples exhibit a two-peak structure in the 0.5 - 4.5 eV energy range. The evolution of the high-energy peak can be explained by the variation of the lattice constant. A SQUID magnetometer was employed to measure the temperature dependence of the magnetic properties in the 5 - 395 K temperature range. The disordered phase of the Ni2MnGa and Ni2MnIn alloy lms behaves like Pauli paramagnets. Annealing of the disordered lms restores the ordered structure, with almost full recovery of the magnetic and transport properties of the ordered lms.

One-dimensional gyrotropic gratings can be fabricated by using all kinds of nano-fabrication techniques. Such laterally patterned magnetic nanostructures become more attractive because of their potential applications to magnetic and magneto-optical (MO) information storage media, light waveguides, filters, new metamaterials, etc. A significant difference in the MO response between specular and non-specular spots was noticed, which is mainly attributed to the structure of gyrotropic gratings. In order to elucidate the correlation between the diffracted MO Kerr effect (DMOKE) and the structure, we utilize the rigorous coupled-wave analysis, which is implemented with Airy-like internal reflection series. This analysis is a powerful tool to detect the grating structure so that the D-MOKE signal can be effectively controlled.

This experiments were carried out to know the effect of ripened grain under low temperature ($20^{\circ}C/13^{\circ}C$) and out door condition when 2 chemicals including. Dachigaren were applied at 7-8 days before heading and heading stage. Low temperature plot is more effective than out door temperature plot to chemicals. Secondary tillers is more effective than primary tillers to chemicals. SZ8028+ABA is the most effective chemical than Dachigaren and SZ8028. SZ8028+ABA is the most effective chemical regardless of low or high temperature to ripeness. Iri 327 is higher than Jinheung.. The plot of SZ8028+ABA or Dachigaren applied is higher than SZ8028 or control at 0-20% of sterile. Percentage of hulled rice above 2.0mm was increased 87.6% of Dachigaren, 88.7% of SZ8028 90.2% of SZ8028+ABA compared with 83.4% of control.

The experiment was carried out to know the ripeness effect of Gemgang when ABA and BA were sprayed at the heading stage. ABA promoted the stomatal movement, BA kept plant from senescence. Percent of filled grain, grain weight, photosynthesis, content of chlorophyll, transpiration and content of ATP were measured at 1-week interval from 2-weeks after heading.
Effect of Heat Treatment on the Carrier Properties of Hydrogenated Mn-Doped ZnO Film

We report a remarkable enhancement of the mobility after heat treatment for Mn-doped ZnO1-δ films with δ ' 0.01, which were hydrogenated by using the ion-implantation method. The heat treatment (<500 ℃) of the hydrogenated Mn-doped ZnO films is responsible for the enhanced carrier mobility and carrier concentration, compared to those of the as-implanted film. We conclude that hydrogens in the Mn-doped ZnO play a signicant role in improving the carrier mobility and the carrier concentration. Therefore, these enhancements allow carriers to mediate the ferromagnetic interaction among the Mn ions.
