      • 正常胃體部粘膜 특히 胃底腺 上皮의 細胞分裂에 關한 硏究

        In order to the clarify the many disputed problems concerning the renewal of 'the surface, foveolar and glandular epithelium of gastric mucosa, the mitotic and amitotic division of epithelial cells were observed in the stomachs of man, monkey, rabbit and mouse histologically. The results obtained from five cases are summarized as follows: 1. No cell division of any kind was observed in the surface epithelial cells of the gastric mucosa. 2. Mitoses were found only at the base of foveolae and the neck of the glands, composed of mucoid and undifferentiated cells known as the mother cell of the dividing cells, 3. Mitoses were found in the mouse stomach most frequently and in diminished number in the rabbit, monkey and man in that order. So the number of the mitotic cells in the vertical sections of 10mm mucosa averaged 81, 38, 27 and 11 respectively. 4. Multinuclear cells containing two to five or more nuclei of the same size, form and structure, as a result of amitosis, were found, in contrast to mitotic cells, commonly in the body or base of the gastric glands. 5. In the parietal cells, no mitotic figures were observed in any of the studies cases; the multinuclear varieties were found very often in human stomach, less frequently in monkey and rabbit, and scarcely in mouse stomach. Their number in 10mm vertical sections averaged 37, 27, 25 and 7, respectively. 6. In the chief cells, no mitoses occurred in any of the studied cases also, the multinuclear forms, which were probably overlooked by many investigators, could be found in all the cases in varying numbers, i.e, in the human gastric rmuucosa 6, in monkey 9, in rabbit 3 and in mouse 3 in 10mm vertical sections.

        빅데이터 및 대용량 샘플의 반복선택을 위한 효율적인 알고리즘

        Corporations, public institutions and individuals are using computers, the Internet and smart phones to produce vast amounts of data, and as high-level industrialization progresses, it was converted into a small-scale mass production system. In order to make good use of these data and products, There are some one-off items that are used once and discarded with batteries, and there are many items that can be used repeatedly. For example, in everyday life there are rechargeable batteries and laser printer toner, a common feature of which is that they can be used repeatedly but there is a limit to the number of times they can be used. it is necessary to select well and be organized evenly. Conventional selection techniques and sorting algorithms are disadvantageous in that they use excessive memory in bulk selection and bulk sorting. In this paper, we propose a method to determine the point and direction of the selection by analyzing the number of selected locations topographically and overcoming the above problems. 기업, 공공기관, 개개인들은 컴퓨터, 인터넷, 스마트폰을 사용하며 엄청나게 방대한 양의 데이터를 만들어 내고 있으며, 고도의 산업화가 진전되면서 소품종 대량 생산 체제로 전환하게 되었다. 건전지와 같이 한번 쓰고 버리는 일회성 물품이 있는가 하면, 여러번 반복 사용가능한 물품들이 있다. 예를 들어 일상 생활에서 충전지, 레이저 프린터기 토너가 있는데, 이것들에 공통된 특징은 반복사용은 가능하되 사용 가능한 회수에 제한이 있다는 것이다. 이러한 데이터와 제품들을 잘 활용하기 위해 먼저 잘 선택하고, 균등하게 잘 정리되어야 할 것이다. 기존의 선택 기법 이나 정렬알고리즘 으로는, 대량 선택 및 대량 정렬에 있어서 메모리를 과도하게 사용하여 느려지는 단점이 있다. 이러한 문제들을 극복하면서 빠르고 정확하게 균등 선택을 하기 위한 방법으로 본 논문에서는, 선택된 위치의 횟수를 지형적로 해석을 하여 선택을 할 지점과 방향을 결정하는 방법을 알고리즘으로제안하고 실험을 통해 이를 증명하고자 한다.

        중장년층에서의 근력 및 근지구력에 대한 연령적 추이에 관한 연구

        By chest press and sit-up method Muscle strength and Endurance was measured in young, middle and old age groups, Correlation between each age group and power action was studied. 135 male and 15 female with age ranging from twenties who were all health and from any physical be defect were skeletal. 1. Muscle power The average value of muscle power of man reveals 46.3±2.68kg in third decade, increase it's value upto 62.8±12.8kg in fouth decade, 52.7±11.2kg & 53.2±11.1kg in fifth and sixth decade and 48.0±13.1kg in seventh decade, which shows gradual decline with aging. In woman it's average value reveals 16.2±2.66kg in third decade, 22.5±6.17kg in fourth decade, in fifith decade increased it's value upto 24.8±8.54kg but, decreased 27.7±6.84kg, 22.1±4.48kg in sixth and seventh decade. 2. Endurance of Muscle The endurace of muscle in man reveals 32.1±2.43 in third decade, relatively increased upto 34.4±7.22 in fourth decade but, decreased after 5th decade with aging. In woman average value reveals 22.7±54.9 in third decade, and 8.20±11.1 in seventh decade, which shows gradual decline with aging. From above results, when aging take place from adulthood not only is there a change in human structural functional aspect, there is also a gradual decrease in their power action.

        석유회수증진분야의 나노기술 활용

        This article presents an overview of nanotechnologies applied to EOR (Enhanced Oil Recovery). Nanoparticles have their own optical, magnetic and electrical properties so that they could improve significantly productivity of residual oil in a pore scale. The specialized emulsion manufactured by nanoparticles could improve the recovery efficiency by altering wettability, viscosity or mobility in a pore-scale formation unlike a typical polymer flooding. Various nanoparticles were used in lab-scaled experiments and confirmed their applicability but were not obtained the actual field application. Nano-researches are still in a fundamental stage or an initial substantiation but will be enough to be an innovation to overcome the technical stagnation of typical EOR methods. 이 논문은 석유회수증진 분야에 활용 가능한 나노기술의 연구현황에 대해 소개하였다. 최근 회수증진분야의 나노기술은 주입수, 폴리머에 나노입자를 유화액 형태로 저류층에 주입하는 연구이다. 나노입자는 기존 주입유체가 도달하지 못한 공극규모에 주입되어 석유이동에 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라, 유착도, 점성도, 이동도를 변화시킬 수 있어 회수효과를 높인다. 나노입자는 각 연구마다 다양하게 사용되고 실험실규모의 효과는 증명되고 있으나 현장단위의 평가는 미흡하다. 주입 유체의 이동효율 향상을 목표로 한 기존 석유회수증진 기술에 비해 주입 물질과 저류암의 물성 변화에 초점을 맞춘 나노기술 연구는 새로운 혁신이 될 가능성이 크다.

        호텔관리자의 예산참여가 직무몰입 및 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This study aims at examining budgetary behavior and attitudes of hotel managers and analyzing effects of budgetary participation on budgetary performance and Budget-Related Behavior. Considering job involvement as a moderator variable it also focuses on relations between budgetary participation and dependent variables, coordination roles. Hotel managers' budgetary participation significantly affects budgetary performance and Budget-Related Behavior in some parts. The role of job involvement as a moderator variable in the relation of budgetary participation, performance and Budget-Related Behavior has resulted in showing some relation between budgetary performance and Budget-Related Behavior. As a conclusion, the budget which quantifies planning activities of the hotel business is meaningful as a guide for adjustment and performance of management activities. each business outlet has its own budgetary system owing to organizational characteristics of the hotel which is departmentalized by the job function, opinions and roles of managers of middle and low levels in each department should be respected. When these managers are participated and cooperated in the process of the budgetary goal setting and evaluation by the budge, the goal of an organization can be successfully achieved.

        요트 세일의 성능에 관한 수치해석 및 실험

        It is important to understand flow characteristics and performances of sails for both sailors and designers who want to have efficient thrust of yacht In this Paper the viscous flows around sail-like rigid wings, which are similar to main and jib sails of a 30 feet sloop, are calculated using a CFD tool. Lift, drag and thrust forces are estimated for various conditions of gap distance between the two sails and the center of effort of the sail system is obtained. Wind tunnel experiments are also carried out to measure aerodynamic forces acting on the sails system and to validate the computation. It is found that the combination of two sails produces the lift force larger than the sum of that produced separately by each sail and the gap distance between the two sails is an important factor to determine total lift and thrust.
