        Simulation of Dynamic Crack Propagation in Uni-Directional and Cross-Ply Fiber-Reinforced Composites

        이 논문에서는 단일방향 및 크로스-플라이 섬유강화 복합재에서의 동적 균열 전파를 모사하기 위해 특별히 고안된 스펙트랄 방법의 정식화와 수치적 구현 방법에 대해 제시한다. 이 방법은 균열면에서 작용하는 힘과 변위 사이의 스펙트랄 관계식에 기초하고 있고, 재료는 횡등방성 고체로 가정된다. 본 논문에서 제안된 방법에 의해 섬유보강 복합재에서 전파하는 균열문제가 대해 검토 해석되며, 실험 및 문헌에 나와 있는 결과와 비교된다. 이 방법은 FRP 보강 철근 콘크리트 구조물에서의 균열해석문제에 직접 적용이 가능하다. This paper presents the formulation and numerical implementation of a spectral scheme specially developed to simulate dynamic fracture events in unidirectional and cross-ply fiber-reinforced composites. The formulation is based on the spectral representation of the transversely isotropic elastodynamic relations between the traction stresses along the fracture plane and the resulting displacements. Example problem of dynamically propagating cracks in fiber-reinforced composites is investigated and compared with reference solutions available in the literature and/or experimental observations. This scheme can be directly applicable to the interfacial fracture analysis in the FRP reinforced concrete structures.

        Computation of the Higher Order Derivatives of Energy Release Rates in a Multiply Cracked Structure for Probabilistic Fracture Mechanics and Size Effect Law

        본 논문에서는 다중 균열 구조물에서의 균열 진전에 따른 에너지 해방을 및 고차 미분값을 구할 수 있는 가상균열 진전법을 제시한다. 이 방법은 다중 균열 체계의 에너지 해방율과 고차 미분값이 단 한번의 해석으로 수행될 수 있는 장점이 있다. 예제에서 얻어진 해의 최대 오차는 에너지 해방율 0.2%, 일차 미분값 $2\sim3%$, 이차 미분값 $5\sim10%$이다 이 방법으로 구한 에너지 해방률의 미분값들은 파괴 확률을 구하거나, sire effect law에 적용될 수 있다. In this paper, we further generalize the work of Lin and Abel to the case of the first and the second order derivatives of energy release rates for two-dimensional, multiply cracked systems. The direct integral expressions are presented for the energy release rates and their first and second order derivatives. The salient feature of this numerical method is that the energy release rates and their first and second order derivatives can be computed in a single analysis. It is demonstrated through a set of examples that the proposed method gives expectedly decreasing, but acceptably accurate results for the energy release rates and their first and second order derivatives. The computed errors were approximately 0.5% for the energy release rates, $3\sim5%$ for their first order derivatives and $10\sim20%$ for their second order derivatives for the mesh densities used in the examples. Potential applications of the present method include a universal size effect model and a probabilistic fracture analysis of cracked structures.

        경남 서부지역 u-City 서비스 공급 우선순위 분석에 관한 연구

        This study deals with the priority issues in u-Cities and their services in the western district of KyongNam. To draw the priority in the target regions for the u-City and its services, literature review, discussion and extensive survey have been performed for u-City experts including 52 professors in academia, 35 researchers, 12 IT engineers in charge of tele-communication facilities in apartment complex in the province, 91 state and city officers. The conclusions are as follows. First, regional priorities among cities and states designated as u-City were analyzed. The pairwise comparison between each areas was used to determine the relative priorities. The reason why an area needs to be designated as u-City and the potentiality of the area were considered as weighting attributes in the analysis. The composite weights were calculated by matrix multiplication of weighting attributes and relative priorities in order to determine the regional priorities among cities and states designated as u-City in the western district of KyongNam. The top regional priority is Sa Cheon City and the next are as following: Nam Hae Province, Ha Dong Province, Keo Chang Province, San Chung Province and Ham Yang Province. Second, priorities in prerequisites for being designated as u-City were analyzed. The pairwise comparison between each areas was used to determine the relative priorities. The composite weights were calculated by matrix multiplication of weighting attributes and relative priorities in order to determine the priorities in designating u-City in the western district of KyongNam. From the analysis, the top prioritiy is in the willingness of the city mayor or governor and the next is Firm in legal system, expansion of budget, expansion in private fund, IT education for community, formation of sympathy. Third, priorities in u-City services were analyzed. It was found from the analysis that the top priority is in the job opportunity and the next services are education, security, health, tourism, commerce, environment, symbolic industry, prevention of disaster. The most significant in u-City services should be to provide information for job and education service. It was found from the above analysis that the top priority city for u-City is Sa Cheon. It means that there is a sympathy in understanding that urban area should be designated as u-City firstly.

        소셜미디어 마케팅 4가지 모델 : 사례와 마케팅효과 평가 방법

        본 논문은 소셜미디어 마케팅을 분석하고 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서 소셜미디어 마케팅을 4가지 형태로 모델로 구조화한 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 소셜미디어 마케팅의 4가지 유형에 대한 사례를 살펴보고 유형별로 마케팅 효과를 측정하기 위해서 페이스북의 인사이트에서 사용하고 있는 도달(reach)과 참여하는 사람(people engaged)을 결합한 평가방법을 제안하였다. This paper is a study of social media marketing as a structured four types of model in order to analyze and perform social media marketing effectively. In this paper we analyze cases of each types of social media marketing and suggest a new social media marketing evaluation methods by a combination of reach and people engaged in using facebook insight.

        스마트워크 시스템 성공을 위한 사용자 만족의 영향요인에 대한 연구 : P그룹사를 중심으로

        At the center of the repeating evolution of IT industry, there is mobile computing in the ubiquitous environment, and the increasing usage of smart phones contribute more to its growth. P corporation co-developed with Google and implemented smart work system called SWP for the purpose of 'communication and collaboration with co-workers' beyond the general goal of increasing productivity and comfort of employees. The primary objective of this study is to objectively analyze the influence of the effect factor from end user's perspective and user satisfaction on SWP usage, intention for continuous usage and individual performance. To accomplish this research purpose, this study established research models and hypothesis by collective review about information system success models, and tested the research hypotheses using the structural equation modeling technique by data collected from 320 SWP system users of P corporation. Variations for system satisfaction evaluation standard are 1)SW system usage 2) intention for continuous usage 3) individual performance, effect variations are 1) social factors 2) technical factors 3) combination of social and technical factors. Therefore, this study is about influence factors on success of SWP system and how the factors impact the outcome. The test results of this research model is summarized as follows. Firstly, system user's satisfaction had positive impact on all three; SWP system usage, intention for continuous usage and individual performance. Secondly, social factor 'SWP control system' and technical factor 'information quality' and 'system quality' had positive impact on SWP system user satisfaction, while social factor 'shared value' and technical factor 'service quality' did not have significant effect on user satisfaction. Shared value however, had interactive effect with 'information quality' and 'service quality'. This study is expected to contribute to spread of academic research on smart work system by suggesting a model that can show important factors for corporation while explaining the successful implementation of SWP and its continuous usage.

        한국의 u-City서비스 품질이 고객만족에 미치는 영향 : 공공서비스를 중심으로

        본 논문은 한국의 u-City 공공 서비스 품질이 고객만족에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구이다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같이 요약된다. 첫째, 기존 정보시스템 품질 평가의 근간인 "시스템 품질", "정보품질", "서비스 품질"에 "공공성" 요인을 추가하여 u-City서비스 품질 평가 개념에 대한 연구모형을 도출하였다. SPSS 12.0을 활용한 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 타당성과 신뢰성을 확인하였고, AMOS 16.0을 활용한 확인적 요인분석에서는 연구모형의 적합기준과 집중타당성, 판별타당성의 기준에 적합함을 확인하였다. 둘째, u-City서비스품질 요인간의 인과관계를 분석 결과, "시스템품질", "정보품질", "공공성"요인은 고객만족에 통계적으로 유의한 정(正)(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 서비스 품질요인은 유용성과 만족도에 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 셋째, u-City 공공 서비스는 누구나 공평하게 그리고 지역적 장소에 관계없이 어디서나 서비스에 접속할 수 있는 자원의 충족성이 중요한 서비스 속성이라는 것을 확인하였다. This paper aims to study the effects of quality of u-City public service on customer satisfaction in the Korea and is summarized as follows. First, we propose a model for assessing customer's satisfaction on u-City public services. The model comprises of information system (IS) quality, information quality, service quality and publicity. For verifying a model, a statistical study by SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 16.0 has been performed. Second, it is shown from the analysis that information system (IS) quality, information quality and publicity have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. while service quality does not. Last, the study shows that u-City public service enables any citizen to connect to necessary service in anytime and anywhere.

        한국의 신재생에너지 정책의 평가모델 개발 : RPS 및 FIT를 중심으로

        신재생에너지산업의 발전은 에너지원의 문제를 해결하기 위한 필수적인 과제라 할 수 있다. 이에 따라 세계 각국에서 신재생에너지산업을 위해 적극적으로 움직이고 있다. 신재생에너지산업은 아직 산업기반이 약하고, 산업의 특성상 규모의 경제 및 기술개발을 위한 초기 투자가 필요한 경우가 많다. 따라서, 신재생에너지산업을 육성하기 위한 정책이 실행되고 있는데 우리나라 뿐만 아니라 많은 나라에서 대표적으로 실행하는 정책이 RPS와 FIT 정책이다. 신재생에너지산업은 다양한 이해관계와 경제, 사회, 환경, 국제 등의 변수를 동시에 가지고 있으므로 이를 종합적으로 고려한 정책이 필요하다. 신재생에너지산업의 경우 평가의 지표에 해당하는 부분이 많고 고려되어야 할 변수가 많으나, 이를 모두 고려하기 힘들고 고려한다 하더라도 일관된 기준이 마련되어 있지 않은 상황이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 신재생에너지정책을 평가하기 위한 평가지표를 개발, 제시한다. New & renewable energy becomes a crucial subject to solve the problems inherent in the current energy resources, which results in the fast development of the new & renewable energy industry worldwide. However, not only its base is still weak but the high initial investment for technology development and certain scale of an energy market are required in many cases. For this reason, many countries in the world, including Korea, run the energy policies to foster the new & renewable energy industry such as RSP and FIT. In general, a policy should be established to take various, intertwined interests as well as a number of variables related to economic, social, environmental, and international matters into comprehensive consideration. For new & renewable energy industry, there are many variables to be considered and indexes necessary for evaluation but it is hard to take all of them into account. Even though they were considered, no criteria are available for use in a consistent manner. Therefore, this study plans to develop an evaluation model for the Korean new & renewable energy policy.
