무선 인터넷 사용자의 증가와 함께 호스트의 이동성 뿐 아니라 모바일 네트워크의 이동성의 관리도 중요한 이슈로 부각하게 되었다. 그러나 현재의 모바일 IP 는 실질적인 통신과 상관없이 새로운 네트워크로 이동할 때마다 홈에이전트와 대응노드로 호스트의 위치를 저장하여야 한다. 이것은 불필요한 트래픽을 생성할 뿐 아니라, 모바일 네트워크 환경에서는 네트워크의 부하를 낳을 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 NeMoS 상태 테이블을 통해 실질적인 트래픽이 있을 경우에만 홈에이전트와 대응노드로 업데이트가 이루어지는 NeMoS 메커니즘을 제안한다. NeMoS 를 통해 불필요한 위치저장 신호를 줄임으로써 효과적인 이동성 관리 방식을 제시할 것이다.

There are several causes. fatigue, the percussion from the exterior, the decline of capacity by circumstances, the crack occured in the interior, the carbonation and so on, that can shorten the span of life of concreted construction. First of all, the life of R·C construction can be predicted to understand the connection between appearance status index, fatigue life and used life. In this report, I think that the status evaluation found out by the outside investigation with timeworn R·C bridge can be utilized for deciding bridge``s life and danger with analysis of appearance status index, fatigue-life and used-life.

The study of the fatigue, the carbonation and the steel corrosion has been developed deeply at the inside and outside of the country and several experimental formulae have been presented. Farther more, these formulae have been utilized as the index of making the prediction of life of R·C construction and maintenance. However, it`s very difficult to predict accurately the span of life, because of circumstance of a field experimentation, reliance of Data and so on. Finally, in this report, I think that the status evaluation of decrepit found out by the outside investigation with timeworn R·C bridge should be utilized for deciding bridge`s life and danger with analysis of carbonation-life, fatigue-life and steel corrosion-life.

This paper aimed to examine the educational effects of an entrepreneurship program based on the constructivist learning environment. For this purpose, this paper discussed the relationship between the features of entrepreneurship programs and constructivist learning environments and how the program reflect the construct learning principles (contextual task, autonomous and collaborative learner, and tutors as scaffolder). For the analysis of the program result, data were collected from reflective journals, survey, interviews of the participants (50 Korean and 50 Japanes high school students) along with the abservation reports of the tutors in the program. The results were as follows: 1) The participants deeply and eagerly engaged with the given ``context-based`` task with fun and interest; 2) Their competencies in terms of communication, collaboration, and creativity were improved; and finally, their multicultural understanding were also improved. The results of this study confirmed the importance of entrepreneurship programs developed according to constructivist learning environments to enhance creative and active strategic minds and decision makings with supportive and collaborative teamwork which represent the ultimate goals of the entrepreneurship programs.

As the human material life style growth and the industrialization have been taking place, the overland transporting system also has been growing with its size, mass, and velocity. Especially, since domestic overland transporting system is rapidly growing, the smooth function of highway is very important in economic and military matters. To meet these requirements, the bridge's usage, safety, and durability have to be revaluated very carefully. But by focusing only on the quantity of the public basic facility has brought many tragedies to us. To prevent such incidents, there are many steps we can take such as careful planning, careful designing, careful constructing, using good materials, and steady maintenance; the most important thing is the maintenance.Taking all this in consideration, in this thesis ra like to construct a system related to the safety of ferroconcrete bridge according to fuzzyidea, and at the same time creating a scientific maintenance system would be very important to gain credibility from regular citizens.
