본 연구는 공식 영재교육기관인 교육청에서 영재상담 프로그램이 어떻게 이루어지고 있으며, 실제 상담 사례를 통해 구체적인 상담내용은 어떠한지를 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 2014년 4월 1일부터 12월 31일까지 교육청 영재상담 프로그램에 참여한 대상은 207명이며, 면대면, 인터넷, 전화 상담의 방식으로 운영된 영재상담 프로그램의 운영 사례 및 구체적 상담내용을 분석하였다. 연구결과 S시교육청 관내 상담 참여 소속청은 강동·송파 43건(20.8%), 상담시기는 9월이 65건(31.4%), 학교 급은 초등이 193건(93.2%), 상담참여자는 학부모가 157명(75.8%), 상담내용은 영재성이 100건(48.3%), 상담만족도 결과는 ‘매우 만족’이 136명(65.7%)으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한 구체적 상담내용을 분석하기 위해 질적 연구도 병행하여 사례를 제시하였다. 본 연구는 공교육 차원에서 장기간에 걸쳐 운영한 영재상담 프로그램으로, S시교육청 관내 전역에 분포하고 있는 영재교육 수요자의 자발적 참여에 의해 상담이 진행되었기 때문에 현실적인 상담적 요구를 파악할 수 있었다. 따라서 영재의 특성으로 인해 야기될 수 있는 여러 문제들을 예방하여 영재들이 건강한 영재성을 발현할 수 있도록 전문적이고 체계적인 영재상담이 지속적으로 활성화 되어야 할 것이며, 영재상담 영역의 다양한 연구들이 미흡하다는 점을 고려할 때, 향후 영재의 다양한 특성과 상담적 요구에 적절한 상담기법과 프로그램을 개발하고 현장에 적용하여 효과를 검증하는 연구가 활발히 이루어질 필요가 있음을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to identify how the counseling program for the gifted was being enacted in the official gifted education institution which is Education office after the gifted and talented education(GATE) was went off with Metropolitan and Provincial Offices of Education base and what would be the contents of real counseling cases. Therefore, research problems such as below were set up. First, how the counseling program for the gifted children is managed? Second, what is the specific contents of the cases(face-to-face counseling, internet counseling, telephone counseling)? The subject of this study were the gifted students who participated in the counseling program for gifted children including their parents and teachers. In addition, general students and parents who were interested in the gifted education were also included. This program was implemented from 1st of April to 31st of December, 2014. Current situation and consulting contents were analyzed by the counselling cases during nine months with three methods: face-to-face counseling, internet counseling, and telephone counseling. Counseling satisfaction survey was redone with selected cases for the qualitative study in order to identify positive effects which could be improved after the counseling. The data was processed statistically by SPSS Win 18.0 program. The results of this study could be summarized as follows. First, the model counseling program based on the sympathy of necessity of emotional support and sharing information on the GATE at the level of public education enabled to identify the concern and the difficulties of various demanders, preferred counseling method, counseling satisfaction, things to improve, and etc. Second, realistic consult content and coping plan were known through the counseling case study. By the result of the satisfaction survey, positive effect of counseling and aspects to improve for the future were identified. This study was about a model counseling program for gifted children over long period at the level of public education. Counseling was progressed by the voluntary participation of demanders distributed all over the bound of S Metropolitan of office Education. Therefore, realistic needs were able to be understood. More active support of the government is expected to activate specialized and systematic counseling for gifted student continuously and the researcher thinks that this active action could help gifted children’s intellectual and emotional growth and prevent problems that can be caused by the attribute of giftedness. Furthermore, considering that studies of counseling for gifted children are insufficient, I expect further study for developing appropriate counseling method and program should be conducted including verification of the developed methods in the field forward.

As commercialization of the Arctic sea route and resource developments are regularized, demands for ice-breaking tankers, LNG carriers, and offshore plants are expected to increase. In addition, the existing ice-breaking cargo ships navigating in the ice-covered waters are worn out. Hence, the construction of new ships is likely to be undertaken for both current and long-term applications. The design of ships navigating in ice-covered waters demands conservative methods and strict development standards owing to the extreme cold and collision tendencies with ice floes and/or icebergs. ISO 19906 recently stated that a fatigue limit should be defined when designing Arctic offshore structures such that the ice-induced fatigue becomes one of the important design drivers. Thus, establishing systematic measures to mitigate ice-induced fatigue problems in ice-breaking ships are important from the viewpoint of having a competitive advantage. In this paper, the issues relating to ice-induced fatigue problems, based on data and published literature, are examined to describe the criticality of ice-induced fatigue. Potential fatigue damage possibilities are investigated using data measured in the Arctic Ocean (2013) and using the Korean icebreaker, ARAON.
토마토 반촉성 시설 재배에서 천적중심 온실가루이와 총채벌레 관리모델

춘천지역 농가 및 강원도농업기술원 내 시험포장에서 반촉성재배토마토(2~6월)에서 트랩을 이용한 주요 해충의 발생밀도와 천적 등을 이용한 방제효과를 조사 하였다. 토마토 재배농가에서 주로 사용하는 약제와 유기농자재의 천적곤충에 대한 독성평가도 수행하였다. 반촉성재배 시 발생되는 주요 해충은 온실가루이(Trialeurodes vaporariorum)와 총채벌레류이었다. 온실가루이의 경우 4월 중순경부터 발생하기 시작하여 5월 중순 이후 발생이 증가하였고, 총채벌레류는 4월 상순 경 발생을 시작하여 6월 이후에 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 저독성약제 선발시험을 통해 온실가루이와 총채벌레의 천적인 온실가루이좀벌과 미끌애꽃노린재에 대해 60% 이하의 독성을 보이는 살충제 1종(spiromesifen SC), 살균제 1종(cyazofamid SC) 및 님 추출물이 함유된 유기농자재 외 1종을 선발하였다. 이상의 결과에서 제시한 천적중심 관리모델을 적극적으로 활용한다면 토마토 반촉성 시설재배 시 온실가루이와 총채벌레를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. To investigate the control effect of insect pests by natural enemies, sticky traps were used in commercial tomato greenhouses in Chun-cheon and the experiment fields of Gangwon-do Agricultural Research and Extension Services, Republic of Korea using semi-forcing culture (February to June). We selected low toxicity pesticides, environment-friendly agricultural materials (EFAM), and natural enemies of the study species, combinations of which have been previously used in farms to control insect pests. In this study, Trialeurodes vaporariorum and thrips, which are major agricultural insect pests, were studied in experimental greenhouses. The adult T. vaporariorum population was observed in mid-April and the population of thrips showed occurrences in early April. Regarding seasonal fluctuation, T. vaporariorum peaked in mid-May and thrips peaked after June. one insecticide, spiromesifen suspension concentrate (SC); one fungicide, cyazofamid SC; and two EFAMs containing neem tree extract were shown to be slightly toxic to Encarsia formosa and Orius laevigatus. The results of this study could be used to develop management models using natural enemies of control the insect pests; T. vaporariorum and thrips in semi-forcing culture of tomato.
