        초등학교 표현활동 영역에서 미적체험교육(Aesthetic Education)의 가능성 탐색

        This study seeks the specific plan for dancing class at elementary schools for its activity of expression by utilizing creativity and personality based on aesthetic education of Lincoln Center. This study also researched on the class potential which can be utilized at elementary school classes. Based on the activity of expression proposed at the current curriculum, the study had accommodated the strong points of aesthetic education which promotes students to talk about things ‘as they are’ and to freely express their feelings. In order to secure the reliability of the data, peer debriefing, associate or expert consultation and the methods of triangulation were conducted from 60 preliminary teachers by developing a teaching plan of dancing class which would be appropriate for Korea’s teaching environment. It helps students to find the meanings of expressions which are related to ‘I’ and to recognize the context of the lesson through direct teaching activities and other activities which utilize contextual information. It has been verified that the curriculum and the learning activity, which could be approached with questions in relation to the topic, can be applied with the course for activity of expression. Aesthetic education is a method of education which can promote students to express their feelings better and stimulates potentials of each student in the means of bilateral communication and capability of creating one’s own movement. As a result, it develops a creative problem-solving capability in a more fun and spontaneous method, and this concludes that activity of expression through aesthetic education should be considered as a major course activity to be utilized at elementary schools. 본 연구는 링컨센터의 미적체험교육을 중심으로 초등학교 표현활동의 구체적인 무용수업 방안 을모색하고수업가능성을탐색해보고자하였다.연구방법은현교육과정에서제시하는우리나라 의표현활동영역을기준으로하여‘있는그대로보이는것’을말하고자유롭게표현할수있는미적 체험교육의 장점을 수용하였다. 이를 위해 우리나라 학습 환경에 적합한 표현활동 교안을 개발하 고두개학급예비교사60인중, 한개그룹10인을표본으로하여사례분석과귀납적범주분석, 전 문가회의를 거쳐 삼각검증으로 진실성을 확보하였다. 그결과수업과정과학습활동의실제로는‘나’ 라는질문으로시작하여‘우주’까지이어진확장된 표현의 의미를 찾아냈고, 체험을 통한 직간접적 교수활동과 맥락적 정보(contextual information) 활용으로완성된하나의‘예술작품’은수업의내용을인식하기에충분했다. 수업과정및교안의결 과물로나타난‘작품’을교육과정과연계해보면교사에의한움직임지시어는단순한행동에서, 동 작을연결, 반복적움직임을만들었고, 리듬을빠르게또는느리게변형시킬수있어, 현교육과정 이추구하는움직임표현, 리듬표현이가능했다. 또한한국춤알아보기과정은우리나라의민속표 현수업이며 주제를 반영한 창작표현이 수업 속에 그물망처럼 내재되어 있음을 확인하였다. 종합해보면,학교에서의미적체험교육은자기표현강화, 스스로동작구현및발전, 상호간소 통을 통해 서로의 잠재성을 끄집어내는 교육이라는 점에서 표현활동 수업으로의 가능성이 확인되 었다. 더불어 즐겁고 자연스럽게 창의적 문제해결력을 가져와 학습에 이르게 한다는 점에서 미적 체험교육을 통한 표현활동은 초등학교 현장에서 활용해야할 주요한 교육활동이 될 수 있다.

        교구를 활용한 즐거운 표현활동 수업 방안 모색

        이 연구는 표현활동이 체육과 교육과정의 5가지 영역(건강․도전․경쟁․표현․여가활동) 중 교사들이 가장 지도하기 어려워하며, 학생들의 선호도가 낮게 나타나는 영역이기에 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 교구를 활용한 표현활동 수업 운영을 통하여 즐거운 표현활동 수업 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 2009개정 체육과 교육과정 표현활동 영역에서 움직임 표현, 리듬표현, 민속표현, 주제표현의 내용 중 교구를 활용한 표현활동 수업 사례를 전문가 3인의 타당도 검증을 받아 제시하고 강원도 소재 C초등학교 6학년 학생 남 12명, 여 10명에게 교구를 활용한 민속표현과 주제표현 수업을 주 1회, 총 12회 진행하고 수업 관찰 교사 4명과 수업 참여 학생22명을 대상으로 참여관찰, 심층면담, 수집된 관련 문서 자료를 분석적 귀납방법을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과 교구를 활용한 표현활동 수업은 첫째, 수업에 대한 동기를 유발한다. 둘째, 재미와 즐거움을 준다. 셋째, 협동하는 과정을 통해 대인관계를 이해하고 서로를 배려하며 넷째, 교구활용 수업을 통하여 표현활동 수업의 다양성과 독창성을 향상시키는데 도움이 되었음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 교구를 활용한 표현활동 수업이 초등학교 현장에서 표현활동을 지도하는 교사에게 어려워하는 표현활동 수업 운영에 자신감을 갖게 하고, 학생들에게는 자발적인 동기유발의 유도와 재미와 즐거움, 협동과 배려, 다양성과 독창성을 길러주고 즐겁게 표현활동에 참여 할 수 있는 기회가 되었다고 본다.

        캡스톤 디자인을 활용한 창작 표현활동 수업 모형 개발

        The purpose of this study is to affirm the practical applicability of capstone design class teaching model for elementary school expression activity with cooperation among elementary school education specialist, researcher, and elementary school teacher. The research method is to make corrections on and complement the model by trying it with ten fifth-grade elementary school students and pre-teacher, and to confirm the applicability of the model at the school site by completing the process of analysis, design, creation, expression, composition, presentation, and evaluation. Capstone design class teaching model is typified solely as ‘student-driven creation type’ and is a class teaching method to strengthen capacity through open discussions. The class process is composed of five parts, first, ‘self-expression and cognitive experience of the inner self’ through game activities, second, comprehension of the composition of movement lines and space, third, technical use of digital media and expansion of knowledge, fourth, development of problem-solving capacity in group activities with a sense of community acquired from cooperation with team members, and lastly, new creation with a variety of compositions and conversions through ‘presentation’, and furthermore, the model comprehensively covers the details of methods and contents for the class process.

      • 운동수행시 정신훈련(Mental Training)의 효과에 관한 문헌 고찰

        The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of mental training in motor-performance, by considering previous studies of native and foreign. The results were summerized as follows; 1. The mental training is to make a display of high level performance by controlling psychological condition of oneself. The process of mental training is composed the 7 level-analytical stage, estimation stage, preparation stage, action stage, measurement stage, application stage, appraisement of the effectiveness stage. 2. The method of mental training is mental-rehearsal, relaxation training, concentration training, attention controlling training, psychological skills training, self-confidence training, arousal level controlling training, setting a goal, imagery training. 3. It showed affirmative effectiveness of mental training in dance, Dan-Jun breathing, swimming, golf, basket ball, archery. In conclusion, it has an affirmative effectiveness of high level performance in motor performance if it is doing periodically and continuously that mental training with physical training.

        플립러닝 기법을 활용한 신체표현교육 적용 가능성 모색

        This study explores the effects of the application of expression activity class by presenting a creative flip-learning technique model for non-verbal teaching media. It is confirmed that non-verbal teaching medium is established by reorganizing expression activity class based on the teaching methodology, flip learning technique, according to the literature study, and that it is the expression activity class that can be applied to the field. As the result of the study, expression activities with flip learning technique may enhance the learner’s artistic sensibility, providing the opportunities for a variety of learning experiences. Second, it is possible to implement three-dimensional convergence education that includes learning contents, goals, and educational activities, according to the vision of the 22nd revised curriculum. Third, it may be positioned as a new educational model as well as a future educational alternative that interconnects elementary school expression classes, curriculum, and creative experience activities. Fourth, it is a self-directed class model centered on the learner activity, which allows the appropriate amount of class to be adjusted and freely operated. Lastly, through the reflection between teachers and learners, it will be possible to quickly procure various educational media required in the field and to respond to the field, thereby nurturing future experts, establishing a system that encompasses industry, academia, and research institutes, and strengthening education as a whole. Educational linkages through flip learning technique improve the reliability of the public education and discover the talents and abilities of the learners at an early stage, thereby suggesting a new paradigm for physical activity education.
