길랑바레증후군으로 진단받은 환자의 한방치료 증례보고 1례

Objective: The present study reports on one patient diagnosed with Guillain-Barre syndrome.Method: One patient was treated by Sukjiyanggeun-tang, electroacupuncture, and physical therapy. Any improvement in symptoms was assessed by measuring changes in motor grade; scores in the modified Barthel index, the disability scale, and the numerical rating scale (NRS) of lower back pain; and ambulatory condition during hospitalization.Results: After 48 days of treatment, the patient's symptoms of Guillain-Barre syndrome showed improvement.Conclusions: Traditional Korean medical treatment appeared to be effective in reducing Guillain-Barre syndrome symptoms, but more research is required to confirm these results.
한방 복합치료로 호전된 경추성 현훈 환자의 증례보고 1례

Objective: To report the case of a patient suffering from cervical vertigo who was treated with a combination of Korean medicine treatments (including acupuncture, pharmaco-acupuncture, and Chuna manual therapy). Method: An outpatient with cervical vertigo was given a combination of Korean medicine treatments five times, from December 5 to 16, 2016. All of the treatments, acupuncture with electric stimulation and pharmaco-acupuncture, were applied on the trigger points (TP) of the cervical muscles and the upper trapezoid muscles. Chuna manual therapy was then applied on the cervical area. The Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) - according to outpatient's statement on vertigo, neck pain and headache - and the Korean Dizziness Handicap Inventory (DHI), which is a self-evaluating scale of dizziness in daily life, were used to evaluate the effects of this treatment. Results: At the end of the treatment, the vertigo and the headache disappeared. The NRS decreased from 9 to 0 for vertigo and from 5 to 0 for headache. Although the neck pain also decreased, it did not disappear; this NRS decreased from 7 to 1. The DHI score also decreased significantly, from 64 to 4. Conclusion: Since the symptoms of the patient with cervical vertigo improved after the very first treatment and the improvement of the symptoms was observed as the treatment progressed, this case report is worth supporting the efficacy of combined Korean medical treatments. However, because there was only one subject, it is hard to say that this efficacy can be generalized. Moreover, this report cannot prove the individual efficacy since various treatments were combined. While there are many researches related to cervical vertigo in Western medicine, the studies in Korean medicine are comparably insufficient; therefore, follow-up research on more subjects is needed.
파킨슨병 환자의 진전이 한의학적 치료로 호전된 치험 1례

Objective: To describe the effects of traditional Korean medicine (TKM) on a patient diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. Methods: The patient was treated with Korean medicine, including pharmacopuncture, acupuncture, and Chungpajunsin-bang. The Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) and modified Hoehn and Yahr staging (H-Y stage) were used to measure changes in amplitude and improvements in the patient's symptoms. Results: After treatment with the Korean medicine, according to the UPDRS and H-Y stage assessments, the patient's tremor improved, with the tremor amplitude decreasing from 30 cm to 5 cm. Conclusions: We suggest that TKM could be effective in reducing tremor in Parkinson's disease.
한방치료를 적용한 척추분리성 척추전방전위증 환자의 치험 1례

Objective: To report the effect of an oriental medicine treatment, including chuna manual therapy, for a patient suffering with spondylolytic spondylolisthesis. Methods: One patient was treated by oriental medical treatment including acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, and chuna manual therapy and the results were assessed with a Numerical Rating Scale (NRS), walking distance, and radiological examination. Results: After treatment, the NRS changed from 6 to 2 and walking distance changed from 250 m to 1000 m. Conclusions: In this study, oriental medical treatment, including chuna therapy, was an effective treatment for patients with spondylolytic spondylolisthesis. However, additional studies are needed, as are more and observations of these patients.
단층 래티스 돔의 Erection 중 거동 및 좌굴 특성

단층 래티스 돔은 경량이면서도 높은 강성을 가지므로 대공간 구조물로서 유리하며, 이 구조물은 기둥 없이 널은 공간을 확보해야하는 구조적 특성으로 인하여 시공시 불안정 현상이 발생할 수 있다. 현재 국내에서 대공간 지붕구조물의 설치 방법으로 가장 많이 도입되고 있는 Erection공법은 Block공법이며, 이 공법은 지상에서 조립한 대공간 지붕 골조를 크레인 등으로 소정의 위치까지 들어 올려 지붕구조를 완성해 가는 설치 공법이다. Block 공법에 있어서 인양할 포인트를 선정하는 작업은 대단히 중요하다. 즉, 인양 시 골조의 변형과 좌굴 등에 대해서 가장 안전하고 경제적인 절점을 인양 포인트로 선정할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 가장 안전하고 경제적인 Erection을 위한 기초자료를 얻기 위하여 삼각형 네트워크를 갖는 단층 래티스 돔의 Erection 시 인양 포인트에 따른 구조물의 거동 및 좌굴 특성을 연구하는데 그 목적이 있다. 얻어진 결론은 1) 돔의 높이 H가 작을수록 인양위치에 따른 좌굴내력의 영향이 큰 것을 알 수 있었으며, 반대로 돔의 높이 H가 클수록 인양위치에 따른 좌굴내력의 영향은 미미한 것을 알 수 있었다. 2) 인양 위치에 관계없이 인양로프 길이에 따른 좌굴내력의 영향은 크지 않은 것을 알 수 있었다. A single layer-latticed dome is advantageous for large span structures because it is very stiff despite the light weight of the structure itself. However, this structure becomes easily unstable during erection due to its large size. The Block method is popular with the large span structures. A partial block of the dome is fabricated on the ground and lifted by crane to a designated location of structures. The lifting point selection is very important to create a stable erection and to avoid buckling of members during the erection. The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural behaviors and buckling characteristics according to the lifting point of single-layer latticed domes with triangle network in order to take materials about the safe and economic erection. The conclusions are obtained as follow. 1) The buckling strength of the block part varies with the location of lifting points when it is erected. In case, the height of the dome is lower, the effort of buckling strength of the structure is higher. 2) In buckling strength, the effect of the lifting rope length is smaller than it of the lifting points change.
내화성 고강도 콘크리트 구조물의 화재 후 반발도 특성 비교

The purpose of the study was to analyze damage characteristics and the remaining repulsion after testing a fire of high-strength concrete structure supposing a real housing building. The results of the study were as follows. Scaling and spalling were logically taken place in a pillar not mixing polylon fiber with fireproofing characteristics. However, a pillar mixing polylon fiber had a good fireproofing performance. The internal average temperature history of the real structure approached the highest temperature (713℃ on average) in about four minutes after c mbustion, and its duration time was very short as about 20 seconds. As the results of c minuing the standnud heating curve of KS 2257-1 with the internal average temperature history of the structure, the internal average temperature of the structure was beyond the standnud heating curve within enuly fs afininutes. In temperature history characteristics of an internal pillar of the structure, when polylon fiber was not mixed, repulsion on the average generally was lower about 10 than before the fire test and difference in the remaining internal force between the upper inut and the lower inut was about 5 on the average. On the other hand, when polylon fiber was mixed, average repulsion was lower about 4 than before the fire test and deviation between the upper part and the lower part was not large.
폴리론 화이버를 혼입한 고강도 RC 보 및 슬래브의 내화특성 분석을 위한 Mock-Up 실험

The objective of this study is to analyze the insulation characteristics of the polylon hybrid fiber inserted high-strength RC beam and slab produced as a single body and the results of this study can be summarized as follows. In the spalling mechanism as an insulation characteristic, the slab of the single body type specimen shows an exposure in concrete covers at the center of slab and that leads to the spalling, which exposures reinforcing bars. In the case of the beam, the spalling was presented at several sections as a type of peel spalling before and after 10 minutes from the insulation test. Whereas, although the internal temperature history of concrete represents the highest range as 581℃ in the case of the center of the bottom of beam base, it can be considered that it satisfies the regulation of insulation certification.
