This study investigated fundamental and spalling resistance properties of the high strength concrete that W/B was 25% designed with the various types, contents, and aspect ratios, and the results were summarized following. The test showed that increase of polypropylene(PP) fiber content and aspect ratio of PP fiber decreased the fluidity Of fresh concrete. The properties of the harden concrete, although they were decreased some little according to increase of fiber contents on the high strength concrete, the various types and aspect ratios did not influence big in strength. The spalling properties after fire resistance examination, 0.05% content and 750 aspect ratio of nylon fiber could prevent spalling phenomenon, and it was the best condition on fluidity, strength, spalling resistance, and economic side.

This study investigates spalling appearance and residual compressive strength after examination of fundamental properties on the concrete and fire test to prevent spalling of the concrete. Test results showed that fluidity, air content, and compressive strength are excellent in the case that polyethylene Polyvinyl Acetate and polyvinyl alcohol fiber was mixed. After fire test, it is analyzed that using polyvinyl alcohol fiber is effective considering spalling property.
내화성 고강도 콘크리트 구조물의 화재 후 반발도 특성 비교

The purpose of the study was to analyze damage characteristics and the remaining repulsion after testing a fire of high-strength concrete structure supposing a real housing building. The results of the study were as follows. Scaling and spalling were logically taken place in a pillar not mixing polylon fiber with fireproofing characteristics. However, a pillar mixing polylon fiber had a good fireproofing performance. The internal average temperature history of the real structure approached the highest temperature (713℃on average) in about four minutes after c mbustion, and its duration time was very short as about 20 seconds. As the results of c minuing the standnud heating curve of KS 2257-1 with the internal average temperature history of the structure, the internal average temperature of the structure was beyond the standnud heating curve within enuly fs afminutes. In temperature history characteristics of an internal pillar of the structure, when polylon fiber was not mixed, repulsion on the average generally was lower about 10 than before the fire test and difference in the remaining internal force between the upper inut and the lower inut was about 5 on the average. On the other hand, when polylon fiber was mixed, average repulsion was lower about 4 than before the fire test and deviation between the upper part and the lower part was not large.
고온 가열시 골재 종류 변화에 따른 고강도 콘크리트의 강도 특성

Results of this experiment tests showed that all specimens, as for the properties of fresh concrete, had favorable fluidity, satisfying 600±100㎜ of slump flow. Air content was varied with aggregate types which indicated 3.0±0.5% in the specimens using granite and lime stone as a coarse aggregate, but basalt used specimens increased the value more than 80%, compared with others. This is due to the multi porous properties of the basalt. The compressive strength of all specimens was indicated at around 80㎫ at 28 elapse days, but this strength values of the specimens gradually decreased at fire circumstance. It is demonstrated that the residual compressive strength of high strength structure, which was once exposed to the fire and cooled down, is deteriorated. This is highly affected by higher temperature, so that the careful attention should be considered whether the structures could be recycled again.
