        급성기 뇌졸중 환자의 인지기능 및 삼킴기능과 일상생활활동 수행능력과의 상관성

        본 연구는 뇌졸중 환자의 인지기능 및 삼킴기능과 일상생활활동 수행능력과의 상관성을 알아보기 위하여 실시하였다. 연구기간은 2014년 2월부터 2014년 4월까지 3개월간 실시하였다. 연구대상자는 뇌졸중으로 진단 받은 68명이였으며, 한국판 간이 정신상태 검사(MMSE-K), 미국언어청각협회 삼킴척도(ASHA)와 한글판 수정바델지수(K-MBI)를 검사하여 수집한 값을 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS forWindow (ver. 21.0) 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였으며, 인지기능 및 삼킴기능과 일상생활활동수행능력 사이의 상관관계를 알아보기 위하여 이변량 상관분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과, 인지기능이 일상생활활동 중 개인위생, 목욕하기, 식사하기, 용변처리, 대변조절,소변조절, 보행/의자차, 의자/침대 이동 항목에서 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 나타내었다(p<.01). 또한, 삼킴기능이 일상생활활동 중 개인위생, 식사하기, 옷입기, 대변조절, 소변조절, 보행/의자차, 의자/침대 이동 항목에서 의미있는 상관관계(p<.01)가 있음을 알 수 있었다. This study was to identify the relationship between cognitive function or swallowing and ability to perform activity of daily living (ADL) in acute stroke patients. The study was conducted for three months from February to April 2014. Sixty-eight subjects with stroke participated and were evaluated by Mini-Mental Status Examination-Korean Version( (MMSE-K),American Speech-Language-Hearing Association National Outcomes Measurements System(ASHA NOMS) and Korean-Version of Modified Barthel Index(K-MBI). By SPSS statistics(ver. 21.0) Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient was asked between cognitive function or swallowing and ability to perform ADL in stroke patients. The results indicated that there was a significant correlation between the cognitive function and the items of ADL such as grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, bowel control, bladder control, walking & W/C and chair/bed transfer. In addition, the swallowing function was significantly correlated to grooming, feeding, dressing, bowel control, bladder control, walking & W/C and chair/bed transfer.

        시지각 훈련프로그램이 뇌성마비유아의 눈-손 협응 능력에 미치는 효과 : 사례보고

        The purpose of this study were to evaluate the effect of program in visual perception on eye-hand coordination in a child with cerebral palsy. The results were as follows. 1) Eye-hand coordination were increased significantly compared to doing without pretreatment with the program in visual perception with time-dependent fashion with a cerebral palsy child 2) A most increased part of eye-hand coordination activities was a large heavy objects and a least increased part of those was a writing. From the above results, it is suggested that program in visual perception is a most useful therapy for a child with cerebral palsy having incomplete eye-hand coordination activity functionally.

        LAP를 이용한 장애 아동의 발달 평가 : 하위항목간의 상관관계 연구

        The purposes of this study are to evaluate the development of disabled children us- ing LAP(Learning Accomplishment Profile) and to investigate the correlation between subtest scores of LAP. The development scores were obtained using 244 items in 5 su-btests (gross motor, fine motor, cognitive, language/cognitive, and self help) of LAP in 34 children with delayed development from February, 1998 to March, 1999. The birth history and risk factors for developmental disablilty such as prematurity, hyperbilirubi-nemia, low birth weight, and seizure were evaluated. Collected data were analized by Pearson's correla tion coefficient and Mann-Whitney U test. The results were as follow : 1) Among the subtests of LAP scores, fine motor, language/cognitive, and self-help were signi ficantly correlated with the cognitive subtests scores (p > 0.001) 2) On the other hand, gross motor subtest scores were independent to cognitive sub-test scores. 3) The children who had history of seizure during neonatal period showed significantly low scores in language-naming, fine motor-writing, and self help-eating. The LAP is considered as a useful tool to evaluate the cognitive development disab- led children. Cognitive function significantly influence on other developmental areas es-pecially on fine motor development.

        활성산소에 의한 피부노화와 항산화비타민의 효능에 대한 이론적 고찰

        피부노화를 설명하기에 적합한 노화이론은 환경기인설(environmental etiology)이다. 그 중 자외선과 호흡을 통해 생성되는 활성산소(free-radical)는 피부노화에 가장 중요한 요인으로 간주되고 있다. 이렇듯 활성산소가 피부노화의 주요원인으로 밝혀짐에 따라 활성산소를 제거하는 항산화제, 즉 항산화비타민의 체내흡수가 피부노화를 예방하고 지연시키는 데에 중요한 연구과제가 되고 있다. 하지만 피부미용학적 연구에서는 피부노화를 예방하고 지연시키는 측면이 화장품을 통해 항산화비타민을 흡수케 하거나 매뉴얼테크닉을 이용한 외양적인 변화에만 목적을 두고 있는 실정이다. 유용성을 가지고 있는 화장품과 매뉴얼테크닉은 피부미용학에서 필요한 항목이다. 그러나 피부노화를 예방하고 지연시키는 측면이 화장품과 매뉴얼테크닉으로만 해결하려 한다면 곧이어 한계에 부딪치게 될 것이다. 피부노화란 본문에서처럼 생체 산화에 따른 외부변화현상이기 때문이다. 따라서 피부의 아름다움을 유지하고 관리하는 피부미용학적 연구에서도 피부의 외양적 관리와 함께 항산화비타민의 체내흡수도 병행되어야 할 것인데, 그러기 위해서는 항산화비타민의 체내흡수를 통한 피부의 변화양상에 대한 지속적인 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 이러한 연구가 이루어질 때에 피부미용학의 범위가 넓어질 것이며, 고객에 대한 전인적 관리도 기대할 수 있을 것이다. A theory of aging proper for explaining skin aging is environmental etiology. Out of them, the free-radical, which is generated through ultraviolet radiation and breathing, is being regarded as the most important factor to skin aging. Free-radical leads to damaging skin cell and tissue, thereby resulting in speeding up skin aging that is characterized by reduction in elasticity, wrinkling, and revelation in liver spots & freckles. A method, which can prevent and delay this skin aging, is to inhibit free-radical or make antioxidant system strong. However, what inhibits free-radical, which is generated by breathing or external environment, is unreasonable. Accordingly, a method of making antioxidant system strong needs to be sought. In our body, the antioxidant vitamins(vitamin C, vitamin E, β-carotene) available for a supply from the outside to the inside of the body, are forming antioxidant system along with its enzymes(enzymes such as SOD, CAT, GPX). These antioxidant vitamins are available for increasing quantity, thereby being able to allow antioxidant system in a living body to be strong by taking it. In addition, the antioxidant vitamins remove free-radical inside and outside of cell membrane, thereby having effect on aesthetics of inhibiting damage in collagen and elastic fiber and of preventing pigmentation and wrinkling in the skin. For this reason, the absorption in the body of antioxidant vitamins is becoming an important research task in preventing and putting off skin aging. Accordingly, in the aspect of preventing and delaying skin aging even in an aesthetics research of keeping and managing beauty in the skin, the customer management will need to be developed in line with it along with an extensive research of seeking for solution by grasping a fundamental cause for a change in the skin.

        마황산(麻黃散) 및 그 구성약물(構成藥物)이 GUINEAPIG의 기관지(氣管支) 평활근(平滑筋)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Mahwangsan is used in the treatment of asthma due to wind and cold(風寒喘). This study was carried out to investigate the effect of Mahwangsan extract and each drug composing it on the contractile force of the isolated guinea pig trachea muscle and elucidate its mechanism. The results were obtained as follows; 1. The isolated trachea smooth muscle of guinea pig was signifi-cantly relaxed by the administration of Mahwangsan extract. 2. The contractile response of the isolated trachea smooth muscle of guinea pig to histamine was significantly inhibited by the administration of Mahwangsan extract. 3. The contractile response of the isolated trachea smooth muscle of guinea pig to histamine was significantly inhibited by the administraction of Herba Ephedrae, Cortex Cinnamoni, Flos Farfarae, Fructus Chebulae and Semen Armeniacae extract. 4. The contractile response of the isolated trachea smooth muscle of guinea pig to acetylcholine was significantly inhibited by the administration of Mahwangsan extract. 5. The contractile response of the isolated trachea smooth muscle of guinea pig to acetylcholine was significantly inhibited by the administration of Herba Ephedrae, Flos Farfarae, Fructus Chebulae and Semen Armeniacae extract. 6. The contractile response of the isolated trachea smooth muscle of guinea pig to 5-hydroxytryptamine was significantly inhibited by the administration of Mahwangsan extract. 7. The contractile response of the isolated trachea smooth muscle of guinea pig to 5-hydroxytryptamine was significantly inhibited by the administration of Herba Ephedrae, Flos Farfarae, Fructus Chebulae and Semen Armeniacae extract.

        u-Healthcare 서비스의 시작으로 병원에서의 치료로 그쳤던 과거의 의료 패러다임이 새롭게 변화하고 있다. 현재 우리나라는 인구 고령화와 만성질환의 증가로 고혈압과 같은 순환기계질환의 사망원인이 전체 사망원인의 9위에 위치하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 고혈압 관련 환자 데이터를 가지고 데이터마이닝을 통한 의사결정 시스템을 구축하여 고혈압 환자에 대한 처방 관리 시스템을 제공한다.

        무연 BNKT세라믹스를 이용한 危害전력설비 접근 직접감지용 압력센서에 관한 연구

        A infrared rays sensor or ultrasonic sensor can detect the object at the narrow area, however a pressure sensor can detect man and animal at the wide area. It is necessary to manufacture the sensor by using Pb-free ceramics in the respect of environmental protection. Piezoelectric properties of ceramics added 0.2wt% La₂O₃ into 0.96Bi0.5(Na0.84K0.16)0.5+0.04SrTiO₃ were 0.4 of kp, 31×10?³ Vm/N of g₃₃. The output voltage of the pressure sensor is 0.48 V at 20 inH₂O. The output voltage of the pressure sensor with driving circuit is 9.8 V. 37 ㎳ width.
