Modified Widman Flap과 Modified Flap 후의 치료효과에 관한 임상적 비교연구

Periodontal surgery can be directed to remove the irritants from the tooth surface and reduce the periodontal pocket. The purpose of this study is to compare the clinical effects after between modified Widman flap and modified flap in periodontal patients. Ninety six molar area teeth of 9 patients were used. One of sextants performed a modified Widman flap, while the other side performed a modified flap. After initial periodontal therapy, the following measurements prior to surgery(baseline) were taken : pocket depth, gingival recession, clinical attachment level, tooth mobility, bleeding on probing. Also these measurements were taken at 4 weeks, 8weeks, and 12 weeks after surgery. Significant decrease of pocket depth was shown in both techniques, and the degree of decrease was significant in modified flap than modified Widman flap at 12 weeks. Significant increase of gingival recession was shown in both techniques, and the degree of increase was significant in modified Widman flap than modified flap at 4 weeks, 8 weeks, and 12 weeks. Significant attachment gain was shown in both techniques, and the degree of increase was significant in modified flap than modified Widman flap at 4 weeks, 8 weeks, and 12 weeks. Significant increase of tooth mobility was shown in both techniques at 4 weeks, but the decrease of tooth mobility was shown at 12 weeks. Greater decrease of bleeding on probing was shown in both techniques at 4 weeks. Modified flap was better than modified Widman flap in the decrease of gingival recession and the attachment gain. These results indicate that modified flap operation is better than modified Widman flap operation in the effect of periodontal treatment.

The purpose of this research is to obtain and analyze dynamic responses from human volunteers for the development of the human-like mechanical or mathematical model for Korean males in automotive rear collisions. This paper focused on the introduction to a low-speed rear impact sled test involving Korean male subjects, and the accumulation of the motion of head and neck. A total of 50 dynamic rear impact sled tests were performed with 50 human volunteers, who are 30-50 year-old males. Each subject can be involved in only one case to prevent any injury in which he was exposed to the impulse that was equivalent to a low-speed rear-end collision of cars at 5-8 km/h for change of velocity, so called, ${\Delta}V$. All subjects were examined by an orthopedist to qualify for the test through the medical check-up of their necks and low backs prior to the test. The impact device is the pendulum type, tuned to simulate the crash pulse of a real vehicle. All motions and impulses were captured and measured by motion capture systems and pressure sensors on the seat. Dynamic responses of head and T1 were analyzed in two cases(5 km/h, 8 km/h) to compare with the results in the previous studies. After the experiments, human subjects were examined to check up any change in the post medical analysis. As a result, there was no change in MRI and no injury reported. Six subjects experienced a minor stiffness on their back for no more than 2 days and got back to normal without any medical treatment.

Recently, high-rise combined residential-commercial facilities project are promoted in metropolitan area and even in middle towns in order to provide convenient houses and to utilize land effectively. But, this project has many uncertainties and risks since it needs different concept and goal, comparing with single dwelling project and commercial project. It is too important to cope with these uncertainties and risks, because these are related with projet's success closely. So, it is necessary to study influential factors related with various environmental concerns, from the feasibility study to the end of the project in order to make this project an high profitability. The main purpose of this study is to suggest objective direction in feasibility study of combined residential-commercial facilities which could make project successful. In this point of view, this study carried out an analyzing the evaluation factors and risks based on previous studies, and deduced influential elements for the upcoming feasibility valuation. Ultimately, this study suggested the counterplan in the feasibility evaluation stage, by investigating and analyzing important factors using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) and FMEA(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) method.

Computer graphics 응용 소프트웨어는 몇가지 구성요소로 이루어진다. 그중 하나가 data modeling 요소이다. 그러나 graphics 응용에 따라 data modeling 방법이 상이하기 때문에 다른 관련된 graphics 응용의 data model과의 통합이나 데이타공유가 어렵다. 또한 시간과 버젼에 따라 조금씩 변하는 picture 의 효율적 관리가 요구된다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 DBMS 와 interactive graphics system 간의 interaface 모델을 제시한다. 이 interface는 complex object 의 계층적 구조를 이해하고 version control 을 효율적으로 지원할 수 있는 semantic data model 을 핵심으로 하고 있다.
임질의 임상적 고찰 - 제8보 : Kanamycin과 Fortified Penicillin G의 Non - PPNG 요도염의 치료효과 -

In this study, the effect of kanamycin sulfate was compared with fortified penicillin G in the treatment of uncomplicated penicillinase negative Neisseria gonorrhoeae(nonPPNG) urethritis in male. The subjects were 250 male patients with uncomplicated non-PPNG urethritis, at the Venereal Disease Clinic of Choong-ku Public Health Center in Seoul from May 1982 to August 1982. Among 103 patients treated with kanamycin sulfate, 2. 0 gm, IM, 92 recovered and 11(10. 7%) failed. Among 100 patients treated with fortified penicillin G, 6 megaunits IM, plus probenecid, l. 0 gm, 92 recovered and 8(8%) failed. No significant difference in the effect was found between these two regimens for non-PPNG urethritis. It is concluded that kanamycin sulfate as well as fortified penicillin G. have a good effect in the treatment of non-PPNG urethritis.
일반논문 : 고려말,조선전기 하동지역 왜구 방어체계 고찰

고려말~조선전기는 왜구(倭寇)의 침입이 극심한 시기였다. 이를 방어하고자 조선 개국 이후 읍성·산성·봉수 등을 축성(築城)하였다. 이러한 방어체계를 갖추면서 어떠한 방법으로 방어 했는지를 하동지역으로 한정하여 왜구의 침입루트 및 방어체계에 대하여 고찰해보았다. 먼저 침입루트를 해안-섬진강 루트와 해안-육지 루트로 나눈 뒤, 침입 루트상에 설치된 방어시설인 읍성·산성·봉수대의 현황에 대해 살펴보았다. 문헌검토를 통해 하동지역은 다른지역에 비해 왜구의 침입 횟수가 적었고, 규모도 작았을 것으로 추정하였으며 침구(侵寇)시기는 겨울과 봄에 집중되었음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 침입 루트와 방어시설을 살펴본 결과 지형 및 주변 유적을 통해 왜구 침입시 4단계의 방어선을 설정해 보았다. 하동지역 방어선 설정과정에서 하동지역의 방어상 몇 가지 특징을 살필 수 있었다. 첫째, 방어시설의 배치관계이다. 하동읍성을 중심으로 5km 내에 대부분의 방어시설이 존재한다는 것이다. 둘째, 하동읍성의 견고성을 뽑을 수 있다. 셋째, 산성의 규모를 보아 둘레가 1000m를 넘지 않는다. 이는 왜구가 침입시 소규모로 침입한 경우를 대비해 쌓았을 것으로 판단된다. 넷째, 산성과 봉수와의 배치관계를 보면, 봉수대는 대부분 산성 내에 위치하거나 산성 주변에 위치하는 것을 알 수 있다. 다섯째, 봉수대 배치 구도의 중요성이다. 각 방어선 마다 배치된 봉수대가 삼각형 구도를 갖추어 남해안으로 출몰하는 왜구를 효과적으로 감시할 수 있었음을 알 수 있다. The late Koryo through the early Chosun Dynasty was the period during which Japanese invasion was at peak. To defense the Japanese pirates, town walls, mountain fortress walls and beacons has been built since the foundation of Chosun Dynasty. This study attempted to know how ho these defense systems were used against the Japanese attack, the invasion routes of Japanese pirate and the defense system of the Dynasty, focusing on Hadong area. First of all, this study segmented the invasion routes into the seashore to Sumjin River and the seashore to the shore and then examined the current status of the defense systems (town walls, mountain fortress walls and beacons) built in each route. Through the investigation, this research could reach the assumption that Hadong area was less offended by the Japanese pirate than any other areas and the scale of the Japanese attack was not significant. In addition, it was thought that the periods of the attack were concentrated in winter and spring. As the result of looking into the invasion routes and the defense system through the related topographies and confirmed remains, we could picture the defense lines against the attack. Some characteristics of the defense system in Hadong area were found in the process of setting the lines. First, the arrangements of the defense system are located within 5 km from Hadong town walls. Second, the town walls are firm. Third, judging from the shape of the mountain fortress walls, they are shorter than 1000 meter in circumference. This short circumference allows thinking that they were built against small scale of offense. Fourth, the arrangement of the mountain fortress and beacons guides us to picture that most of beacons were positioned inside the fortress or around it. Fifth, the spatial composition of the beaconshas importance. The beacons, which were built on each defense line, were planned in a triangular composition. It was the effective lineup in defending the Japanese pirate landing on the southern coast.
