자생붓꽃의 형태적 특성 및 RAPD 마커에 의한 유연관계 분석

본 연구는 붓꽃속 식물의 형태적 특성 조사와 RAPD분석을 통해 유전적 다양성과 근연성을 밝히고 유전자 도입을 위한 기초적인 자료를 얻기 위하여 실시하였다. RAPD를 이용하여 국내에서 수집한 자생붓꽃종의 DNA다형성을 조사한 결과 40개의 primer중 8개의 유용한primer가 선발되었고 이들 primer는 108개의 밴드를 나타내었다. 이들 중 다형성 밴드는 107 개였다. Jaccard (1-S$_{J}$ )법에 의한 비유사도 계수는 0.095∼0.699로 나타났고, dendrogram에서 나타난 유전적 근연성은 크게 세 개의 군으로 분류되었다. I군은 연미붓꽃, II군은 타래붓꽃, 제비붓꽃, 노랑꽃창포, 노랑무늬붓꽃이 속해 있었으며, III군은 금붓꽃, 각시붓꽃, 붓꽃, 꽃창포가 속해 있었다. This study was conducted to observe the morphological characteristics and to analyse genetic relationship using RAPD markers in 9 species of Iris. The period of flowering was shown very broad among 9 species of Iris, from April 22 to June 9. The flower stalk was fluctuated from 9.0cm (I. rossii) to 104.0cm (I. ensata). I. ensata has the largest flower size and followed by I. laevigata, I. tectorum, I. sanguinea, I. pseudacorus, I. lactea, I. rossii, I. minutoaurea, I. odaesanensis. Among the 108 amplified bands by PCR with 8 random primers, 107 showed polymorphism and only one showed monomorphism among 9 species of Iris. The average dissimilarity coefficient among 9 species of Iris was 0.252. The range of dissimilarity coefficient was shown as from 0.095 to 0.609. Nine species were divided into three groups. The first group was I. tectorum, and the second group was I. lactea, I. laevigata, I. pseudacorus, I. odaesanensis. I. minutoaurea, I. rossii, I. sanguinea, I. ensata were belong to group three.

This study was focused on the possibility that the Korean creative dance drama < Madame Domi > might globally be recognized as it has thus far repeatedly been performed two hundred times with endless adaptation and correction since its premiere in 1984. The major purpose of this study was to investigate what the ideological origin inherent in the dance drama < Madame Domi > was, reestablish the change in the dance language and its contemporary value with the stream of the times and elicit the future prospect of Korean creative dance drama on this basis. This study was conducted at three stages. At the first stage, this study attempted to investigate the essence of the fable through the descriptive study, the substance of the fable Domi and the presence or absence of its artistic use in other genres. At the second stage, it attempted to make a comparative analysis of the followings: the substance of the work performed as the premiere in 1984 with the aim of participation in the cultural events for the LA Olympics and the 35th periodical performance by the National Dance Company; the work for the 52 periodical performance of the National Dance Company in 1988; and the work for the 61 periodical performance of the National Dance Company in 1992(performance in celebration of the retirement ceremony of the original choreographer Song Beom). At the third stage, it attempted to reestablish the artistic value awareness of the dance drama < Madame Domi > and present several needs for the future prospect of Korean creative dance drama. And this study could obtain the following findings through the above process of study: Based on the above findings, it is urgent to make efforts to change the awareness of the value of Korean dance to extend and globalize the domain of Korean dance art. In addition, It is expected that Korean dance will become a world-class masterpiece if an attempt is made at the broad theoretical combination at the level of enhancing national cultural competitiveness as well as a diverse and endless reinterpretation of Korean dance.

Demand of rapid detection for cancer, it is necessary that high sensitivity, specificity, low cost, and simple method. CNT and metal nano materials are widely used to elecate efficient. CNT have various advantage, and can be composed with metal nano materials. Especially, Titanium oxide and gold nano particles are focused on sensor for detection of cancer, it can elecate electron transition feeiciency between electrode surface and target materials, and biological functionalization of CNT. It means that nano material is composed each other. In this study, electrodes are considered materialsd and their chracteristic for cancer sensor.
