In this paper we discussed various types of electronic payment schemes that are emerging. Threats vary from malicious hackers attempting to crash a system, to threats to data or transaction integrity. An understanding of the various types of threats can assist a security manager in selecting appropriate cost-effective controls to protect valuable information resources. An overview of many of today's common threats presented in this paper will be useful to mangers studying their own threat environments with a view toward developing solutions specific to their organization. To ensure security on the Internet, several methods have been developed and deployed. They include authentication of users and servers, encryption, and data integrity. Transaction security is critical : without it, information transmitted over the Internet is susceptible to fraud and other misuse. So computer systems represents an Intermediary with the potential to access the flow of information between a user. Security is needed to ensure that intermediaries cannot eavesdrop on transactions, or copy/modify data. Online firms must take additional precautions to prevent security breaches. To protect consumer information, they must maintain physical security of their servers and control access to software passwords and private keys. Techniques such as secret and public-key encryption and digital signatures play a crucial role in developing consumer confidence in electronic commerce. 최근 인터넷을 이용한 전자상거래가 점차 발전됨에 따라 고객의 서비스 구매에 따르는 전자 결제의 이용이 점차 늘어가고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 전자결제는 온라인상에서 이루어지는 활동이라는 점에서 많은 문제를 내포하고 있다. 온라인 신용카드와 전자화폐 그리고 전자수표로 대변되는 전자결제의 수단들은 흔히 해커라 불리어지는 전자상거래의 비주체들에 의하여 오용되어지고 그로 인해 많은 피해가 발생할 우려가 있다. 본 고에서는 전자상거래시의 대금결제 수단인 전자결제의 종류와 문제점에 대하여 알아보고 그러한 문제점을 극복할 수 있는 방법들에 대하여 제시해 본다.

본 논문은 무역거래에서 가장 기초라 할 수 있는 거래선을 발굴하는 각종 방법들 중에서 인터넷을 이용하여 발굴하는 방법에 대하여 살펴보고 그 중에서 가장 활용도가 높은 거래 알선 사이트의 현황과 문제점을 논의한 후에 거래알선 사이트의 발전방안에 대하여 제시하고자 하였다. This paper suggests the developing scheme of trade-finding site after observing the customer-finding methods, which is the most basic in trade, among all kinds of customer-finding methods by using the internet and discussing the present condition and problems of trade-finding site which is used most frequently.

한국의 B2C 국경 간 전자상거래와 시장 다변화에 대한 시사점

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine the current status and changes of B2C cross-border e-commerce after the COVID-19 pandemic, identify the characteristics and problems of B2C cross-border e-commerce in Korea, and derive implications for this. Design/Methodology/Approach This study analyzes the current situation and derives problems based on various papers, reports, and statistical data centering on literature research. To this end, various data and documents published by KOTRA, KITA, KPMG, GLOBAL-e, KOSTAS, etc. were referenced. Findings As a result of the study, global cross-border e-commerce showed negative growth in January and February 2020, but rebounded in March and April 2020, growing more than 20% year-over-year. However, B2C cross-border e-commerce in Korea decreased by more than minus 10% year-on-year in both the first and second quarters of 2020. Unlike high growth in major countries and regions, negative growth in Korea revealed problems in Korea. In addition, the high dependence on specific countries and specific products is likely to be an impediment to the future development of B2C cross-border e-commerce in Korea. Research Implications The following implications were derived from the study: B2C cross-border e-commerce leaning on china and cosmetic is posing a variety of risks. Therefore, market diversification is very necessary. India and the Middle East have been chosen as new markets to replace China.
