철강산업은 자동차, 조선, 기계, 건설 등을 비롯한 전 산업에 기초소재를 공급하는 산업이다. 제품의 특성상 높은 물류비 비중이 타 산업에 비해 높게 나타나고 있다는 것이 특징이라고 할 수 있다. 특히, 코일 형태의 제품들은 중량물로써 유통 경로 상에서 벌크형태로 취급되고 있어 수송상의 여러 가지 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 코일의 원활한 컨테이너 운송을 위한 코일 거치장치를 소개하고 거치장치 사용에 따른 여러 비용?편익 평가 항목을 설정하여 사업성 분석을 실시한 결과를 제시하였다. 또한 코일의 컨테이너 운송시 안전성 확보와 거치장치의 반복사용에 따른 물류비 절감방안에 대해 제안하였다. The steel industry has supplied basic materials for the entire industry including the automobile, shipbuilding, machinery and construction materials industry etc. The nature of the products causes higher proportion of logistics costs than in other industries. In particular, steel coils have heavy weight and have been treated as bulk handling on distribution channels. Therefore there are various issues in transporting them. This study analyses the feasibility of equipment to ensure stability during transporting steel coils derived using the cost-benefit analysis. And this paper proposes the method for accomplishing a high level of safety through the use of the equipments during steel coils handling and transport in ISO-containers and cost savings through the reuse of them.
택배차량의 표준운송원가 산정시 핵심성공 요인에 관한 연구

Among the domestic transportation industry, the implementation of the fare and fare reporting system is institutionalized in the Passenger Transport Business Act (Article 9) as a bus and taxi industry. On the other hand, general freight transportation has been converted into a rate autonomy system, and the confusion of the freight transportation market is increasing due to the lack of standards for freight transportation rates due to intensifying competition among transportation companies. Recently, the government announced a policy to introduce the standard transportation cost system to stabilize the freight transportation industry. However, there is a difference in delivery fee depending on the operation type of the freight vehicle, the size of the operator, and the type of the vehicle. Therefore, it is necessary to calculate the standard transportation cost by categorizing them into business type, vehicle size, and vehicle type. In this study, the composition and calculation of production cost for standard transportation cost calculation were set for the parcel delivery · staging vehicles among general freight transportation businesses. Since labor costs account for a large portion of the standard cost calculation items, the standard cost of transportation was calculated by setting scenarios for each standard of labor cost application. As the handling fee of the freight service industry becomes an autonomous competition system, the freight service consumers are confused because the delivery fees among the freight companies are different. In the freight industry, the competition for lowering fee is being intensified and the quality of freight service is declining low management. Therefore, it is necessary to stabilize the freight service industry through the calculation of the standard transportation cost of freight vehicles.
원격진료 처방에 의한 의약품 배달앱 시스템 운영체계 개발

국내에서도 본격적으로 원격진료제도가 도입될 경우, 약국에서 조제된 의약품이 배달앱 시스템을 통해 환자에게 배달될 것이다. 원격진료 시스템에서 환자용 단말기에서 환자 정보를 입력과 진료병원을 선정하게 된다. 병원은 환자가 입력한 정보에 의해 원격진료를 수행하고, 처방전을 약국용 단말기로 발송한다. 약국은 약국용 단말기에서 등록된 정보에 의해 의약품을 조제하여 환자용 단말기에 조제 내역 및 배달 의향서를 발송한다. 환자용 단말기로부터 배달요청이 있을 경우, 약국에서는 배달플랫폼에 배달요청을 한다. 지정된 배달자는 약국에서 의약품을 인수인계 받아 환자에게 배달하고 환자용 단말기 및 배달자용 단말기에 배달완료 정보를 전송하면 된다. 현재는 음식배달 및 공산품 통신판매 부문에 배달서비스가 이미 사회문화로 정착이 되어 있어, 배달업이 세분화, 발전되면서 독거노인 및 원거리 병원을 왕래하는 환자들에게는 매우 유익한 의약품 배달앱 시스템이 될 것이다. If the full-fledged telemedicine system is introduced in Korea, medicines prepared by pharmacies would be delivered to patients through a delivery app system. The telemedicine system puts patients’ information into the devices for patients and selects hospitals. The hospitals conduct telemedicine based on the information entered by patients and send prescriptions to the devices for pharmacies. The pharmacies prepare medicines based on the information registered in the devices for them and send the details of preparation and letters of intention for delivery to the device for patients. If delivery is requested by the devices for patients, pharmacies ask delivery platforms to deliver medicines. Designated deliverers take over medicines from the pharmacies and deliver them to patients, and then, should send the information of delivery completion to both devices for them and patients. The delivery service is already established as a social culture in the sectors of food delivery and mail-order sale of industrial goods, so the medicine delivery app system would be very beneficial for the elderly living alone and outpatients who should visit remote hospitals, if delivery apps are sub-divided and developed.
