미세피치 플립칩 패키지 구현을 위한 EPIG 표면처리에서의 무전해 팔라듐 피막특성 및 확산에 관한 연구

EPIG (Electroless Pd/immersion Au) process was studied to replace ENIG (electroless Ni/immersion Au) and ENEPIG (electroless Ni/electroless Pd/immersion Au) processes for bump surface treatment used in high reliable flip chip packages. The palladium and gold layers formed by EPIG process were uniform with thickness of 125 nm and 34.5 nm, respectively. EPAG (Electroless Pd/autocatalytic Au) also produced even layers of palladium and gold with the thickness of 115 nm and 100 nm. TEM results exhibited that the gold layer in EPIG surface had crystalline structure while the palladium layer was amorphous one. After annealing at 250 nm, XPS analysis indicated that the palladium layer with thickness more than 22~33 nm could act as a diffusion barrier of copper interconnects. As a result of comparing the chip shear strength obtained from ENIG and EPIG surfaces, it was confirmed that the bonding strength was similar each other as 12.337 kg and 12.330 kg, respectively.
교통표지 판 에 표기되는 격음문자의 판독성에 관한 연구

디지털 환경의 도래는 타이포그래피분야에도 혁신을 가져왔다. 그러나 한글은 <훈민정음해례본>에서 제시된 합자형태가 퇴색되지 않고 오히려 형태적으로는 더욱 정돈되었다고 할 수 있다. 탈네모꼴 글꼴의 특징은 심미성 확보는 물론 밀도를 분산시켜 판독성을 높이기 위한 기능성 글꼴이라고 할 수 있고, 그 산물로 <ㅊ>과 <ㅎ>의 형태가 많이 노출되고 있다. 그러나 다수의 선행연구에도 불구하고 <ㅊ>과 <ㅊ>, <ㅎ>과 <ㅎ>의 판독성에 대한 명확한 기준은 모호하다. 특히 판독성에 예민한 도로표지판의 경우 <ㅊ>과 <ㅎ>, <ㅊ>과 <ㅎ>이 아무런 의심 없이 혼용되고 있음에 따라 판독성과 밀도의 관계를 적용하여 각 낱글자의 면적을 산출해보는 실험을 하게 되었고, 판독성은 “같은 크기, 같은 굵기의 낱글자는 획의 면적과는 크게 상관없이 심미성이 유지되는 범위 안에서 획과 획의 간격이 멀수록 판독성은 높아진다.”고 결론지었다. Along with the advent of digital environment, the area of typography, too, has seen great improvement. But Hangul suggested in <Hunminjeongeumhaerye> did not get discolored and become more arranged formally. The non-square fonts are characterized by high functionality with enhanced legibility by securing aestheticity and also dispersing density. As the products of it, the forms of <ㅊ> and <ㅎ> have been much released. Despite many advanced researches, however, criteria about the legibility of <ㅊ> and <ㅊ>, and <ㅎ> and <ㅎ> are still unclear. In particular, in road signs sensitive about legibility, <ㅊ> and <ㅊ>, and <ㅎ> and <ㅎ> are being used in confusion with no doubt. Thus, applying the relationships between legibility and density, this study performed an experiment to calculate the area of each of the single letters. And it can be concluded that “legibility increases as the distance between strokes becomes farther within the range that aestheticity is maintained mostly regardless of the area when the single letters have the same size and same thickness”.

Pb-Free Technology was born with environmental problems of electronic component, Being connected by big and small project of every country. Also, in each country environment is connected and various standards of IEC, ISO, MIL, ITS, KS, JEDEC, EIAJ etc. All products can divide at solder part and finishing part. These can tested each and synthetically divide. This research is reliability evaluation for three kind of pb-free SnCu solder plating solution and it's deposit. First, executed analysis about Pure Sn, SnCu solutions and plating surface by way similar to other plating solution analysis. Next, executed reliability about test method and equipment for reliable analyzer system construction. Next, data comparison and estimation, main estimation test method and item's choice. In this paper the systematic surface analysis and reliability for plating solutions and it's deposit in metal surface finishing processes could be shown.

An ultrasound-assisted Sn-Ag-Pd activation method for electroless copper plating was presented in this study. With this activation process, it was shown that the fine catalyst particles were homogeneously distributed with high density on the entire specimen. In addition, it was observed that incubation period occurred during the electroless plating step was decreased owing to the absorption of Ag which holds high catalytic activity. Resulting from the refinement and high densification of catalyst, the defect-free gap-fill was achieved within the 20x nm trench

This paper examines various definitions of the fourth industrial revolution and its influence on typical market demands and manufacturing methods. And this study reviewed the policies of the major global competitors in preparedness for the fourth industrial revolution. In conclusion, this paper suggested various possible developing ways in which Korean companies, especially focused on surface treatment firms, could adapt and survive in such a revolutionary industrial circumstance change.

연구배경 한국과 중국의 공익광고 전략의 차이점, 양국간 공익광고의 특성 등의 분석을 통하여 공익광고 속에 내재되어 있는 광고의 크리에이티브 전략과 메시지 소구방법을 탐색해 본다. 한국과 중국의 커뮤니케이션 전략의 틀을 상호 비교하여 국가간 차이점을 파악해 보고 향후 중국 시장을 목표로 하는 우리나라 상품의 마케팅 전략과 광고실행에 효율적인 접근방법을 제시해 줄 수 있다. 연구방법 분석대상 총 12편의 ‘환경보호’TV공익광고를 대상으로 질적 연구방법인 텍스트 분석방법을 사용하였으며 분석을 위한 항목은 크게 ‘이성적 소구’와 ‘감성적 소구’로 분류하고 감성적 소구는 다시 부정적 감성 소구와 긍정적 감성 소구로 세분화하여 분류하여 텍스트 분석을 실시하여 한국과 중국의 메시지 소구방법의 차이를 알아보았다. 연구결과 한국과 중국의 메시지 소구방법을 알아본 결과 한국은 6편의 분석대상 중‘부정적 감성’이 4편이며 ‘이성적 소구’, ‘긍정적 감성’가 각 1편씩으로 나타났으며 중국은 총 6편의 분석대상 중 ‘부정적 감성’이 5편이고 ‘긍정적 감성’이 1편으로 나타났다. 결론 한국과 중국의 공익광고 비교분석에서 광고와 직접적인 관계가 없는 저관여 수용자에게 소구하는 공익광고는 감성적 소구방식이 효과적이라는 기존 연구들의 결과와 일치하고, 양국의 문화적, 정치적 특성의 차이도 연구의 결과에 영향을 미치고 있다. 광고의 효율적인 집행을 위해 광고 전략과 메시지 소구방법에 대한 지속적인 연구가 필요하다. Background This study will analyze how public service advertisement strategies are different between Korea and China and the characteristics of public service advertisements in the two countries in order to explore creative strategies and message appealing methods internalized in public service advertisements. This researcher will also compare the frames of communication strategies between Korea and China and find out differences between the countries in order to suggest efficient approaches to the implementation of marketing strategies and advertisements for the products of Korea targeting the market in China. Methods The subjects of analysis are total 12 TV public service advertisements dealing with ‘environmental protection’. Here, one of the qualitative study methods, text analysis, was employed. The items of analysis are largely classified into ‘rational appealing’ and ‘emotional appealing’, and emotional appealing is again subdivided into negative emotional appealing and positive emotional appealing before going through text analysis. This study has examined how message appealing methods are different between Korea and China. Result According to the results of examining message appealing methods in Korea and China, among six Korean advertisements analyzed, four deal with ‘negative emotion’, and one is found to deal with ‘rational appealing’ and ‘positive emotion’ each. Among total six Chinese advertisements analyzed, five deal with ‘negative emotion’, and one is found to deal with ‘positive emotion’. Conclusions Through comparative analysis on Korea and China’s public service advertisements, it has been found that emotional appealing is effective in public service advertisements intended to appeal to low-involved receivers not directly associated with them, which corresponds to the result of advanced research. The two countries’ cultural and political differences also have influenced the findings of this study. In order to execute advertisements efficiently, it is needed to carry out research constantly on advertisement strategies and message appealing methods.
