        단기간 체중감량차이가 체급운동선수의 스트레스 호르몬과 뇌파에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE: The aim of this research was to examine the effects of short-term weight loss on stress hormone and EEG in weight athletes. METHODS: Subjects were divided into 3 groups: CON (n=7, control), LWL (n=7, low weight loss), and HWL (n=7, high weight loss). RESULTS: The results were as follows: 1) There were significantly decreased on body fat and WHR in HWL group (p<.001). However, body mass was significantly increased in HWL group (p<.01). 2) There were no significant group by time interactions for stress hormones on all items. Epinephrine was significantly decreased after weight loss in HWL group (p<.05). While, norepinephrine (p<.05) and cortisol (p<.001) was significantly increased after weight loss in HWL group. 3) There were no significant group by time interactions for theta and SMR waves of EEG. However, alpha, mid-beta, high-beta and gamma waves showed significant difference group by time interactions (p<.001). CONCLUSIONS: It is recommended that you lose no more than 5% of your weight for stress hormones to stay in the best condition before the match. However, it is recommended that you keep your normal weight at the weight of the match to participate in the competition to maintain your best condition in the brain wave shift.

        소방용 가죽제안전화 착용이 신체평형성에 미치는 영향

        The aim of study intends to investigate effect of weight of fire leather boot for physical balance and to provide the base data for the safety of firefighter. The results of the study are as follows. Static balance tests with closed-eyes foot balance, opened-eyes foot balance on cushion and dynamic balance tests with beam walking, closed-eyes walking at 10 m, barefoot group and fire leather boot group is not statistically significant. For balance comparisons between firefighting and rescue & EMS was not statistically significant between barefoot and fire leather boot. For balance checks about career, closed-eyes foot balance is appeared statistically significant between career groups and the rest of the test results are not statistically significant. 본 연구에서는 소방용 가죽제안전화 착용이 신체평형성에 미치는 영향을 조사하여 소방공무원의 안전을 위한 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 하며 연구에서 얻어진 결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 정적평형성 검사를 위한 눈감고 한발서기와 쿠션 위에 서기와 동적평형성 검사인 평균대 걷기와 눈감고 10 m 걷기에서 맨발과 소방용 가죽제안전화 착용간의 통계적 유의함은 나타나지않았다. 화재진압과 구조구급을 담당하는 집단간의 평형성비교에서 맨발과 소방용 가죽제안전화 착용간의 통계적 유의함은 나타나지 않았다. 근무경력에 따른 소방공무원의 평형성 검사 결과 눈감고 한발서기에서 맨발의 경우 경력간의 통계적의 유의함이나타났으며, 나머지 검사에서는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다.

        중등교사 임용시험 체육교과 내용학 문항의 출제 경향 분석 : 2014~2020학년도 선발시험을 중심으로

        This study analyzed the questions related to the content knowledge of physical education subject for the middle and high school teacher employment examination conducted from the school year of 2014 to 2020 based on the evaluation scope of the physical education subject content knowledge and evaluation contents which were presented by the Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation(KICE). The main studies covered in order to achieve the objectives of this study are as follows: First, the frequency of questions in physical education and content studies is analyzed by the Korea Institute of Curriculum and Evaluation for each area of assessment. Second, through the analysis results, a measure is proposed to ensure the validity of the appointment test as an evaluation component of the evaluation of physical education and curriculum contents. The results of the study are summarized as follows: First, the weight imbalance problem of seven subjects in physical education and curriculum. Second, there was a significant difference in the weight of the questions by assessment area. Third, it is an unbalanced problem of the proportion of questions between assessment content elements. In addition to solving these problems, consideration should be given to the composition of convergence questions between assessment content elements between subjects. By converging and complicating the questions of the appointment examination, one will be able to develop the ability to solve various problem situations at school sites.

        영화 ‘국가대표 2’에 비춰진 여자 아이스하키 팀과 동계스포츠의 제 모습

        본 연구는 영화 ‘국가대표 2’에서 내재된 한국 여자 아이스하키 팀의 형성 및 발달과정과 동계스포츠의 현실에 대한 고찰에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 텍스트 선정 및 자료 수집, 텍스트 분석 과정을 실시하였고, 도출한 결과는 다음 과 같다. 첫째, 영화 ‘국가대표 2’에 재현된 한국 여자 아이스하키 대표 팀의 형성 및 발달과정은 다음과 같다. 1단계는 목적이 아닌 수단의 팀: 동계올림픽의 병풍으로 나타났다. 2단계는 낮은 인지도: 세계 아이스하키의 이방인, 3단계는 지 도자, 선수 구성의 어려움: 각양각색의 구성원으로 드러났다. 4단계는 격동의 시간: 구성원 간의 갈등 및 훈련 지원 미비, 5단계는 투혼의 결과: 국가대표의 암울한 현실의 과정이 도출되었다. 둘째, 영화 ‘국가대표 2’에서 나타난 한국 동계스 포츠의 현실의 재현 방식은 스포츠 강국의 이면성: 특정 종목 집중 육성, 열악한 선수 저변: 철저한 엘리트주의 시스템 고수, 성적 지상주의: 금메달만 기억하는 세상, 스포츠의 주체적 자격 상실: 정치적 도구화, 연맹, 협회 운영의 비정상화: 불명확한 존재 이유로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to explore the formation and development process of Korean women's ice hockey team and the reality of winter sports inherited from the film ‘Take Off 2’. For this purpose, text selection, data collection and textual analysis were performed. The results were as follows. First, the development process of the Korean female ice hockey team, which is reproduced in the movie ‘Take Off 2’, is as follows. The first stage was not a purpose but a team of means: a screen of the Olympic Winter Games. Step 2 is revealed as a member of low awareness: the stranger of the world ice hockey, the third stage is a difficulty of forming a leader and player: variety of team members. In the fourth stage, the time of the turbulence: the conflict between the members and the lack of training support, and the result of fifth stage was the outcome of combative spirit: the depressed reality of the national representative was derived. Second, the reenactments of the reality of Korean winter sports in the film ‘Take-Off 2’ were due to the two-sides of sports powers: the intensification of specific sports, the lack of athletes infrastructure: the presence of strict elite athletes, a world that only remembers gold medals, losing its own certificates :

        소방용 보호장구 착용에 따른 소방공무원의 신체평형성 연구

        The aim of study intends to investigate a study on body balance of firefighter wearing fire protective equipments and to provide thebasic data for the safety of firefighter. The results of the study are as follows; Static balance tests with closed-eyes foot balance, firefighterprotective clothing(Group A), firefighter protective clothing and Self-contained breathing apparatus(Group B), firefighter protectiveclothing, Self-contained breathing apparatus and 10 kg jacket(Group C), among three groups were statistically significant andin other tests, the difference was not statistically significant. The balance comparisons between firefighting and rescue & EMS was notstatistically significant among three groups. For balance checks about career, closed-eyes foot balance with the heaviest Group C isappeared statistically significant and the results of the rest test are not statistically significant. 본 연구에서는 소방용 보호장구 착용에 따른 소방공무원의 신체평형성을 연구하여 소방공무원의 안전을 위한 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 하며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 정적평형성 검사를 위한 눈감고 한발서기에서 방화복을 착용한 경우(Group A), 방화복과 공기호흡기를 착용한 경우(Group B)와 방화복, 공기호흡기, 10 kg의 조끼를 착용한 경우(Group C)의 세집단간의 통계적 유의함이 나타났으며,다른 검사에서는 유의하지 않았다. 화재진압과 구조구급을 담당하는 소방공무원의 평형성검사에서 세집단간의 통계적 유의함은 나타나지 않았다. 세집단간의 소방공무원 근무경력에 따른 평형성 검사 결과 눈감고 한발서기에서 가장 무거운 경우인 방화복, 공기호흡기,10 kg의 조끼를 착용한 경우에서 경력간의 통계적 유의함이 나타났으며, 나머지 검사에서는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다.

        코어 트레이닝 프로그램 차이가 척추측만증 여고생의 신체구성, Cobb’s Angle, 근전도, 유연성과 통증자각도에 미치는 영향

        This study aims to examine the Body Composition, Cobb’s Angle, Electromyogram, Flexibility and Pain Consciousness of High-school Girls with Scoliosis after 12 weeks Exercise Training and Chair Training. To do so, it experimented 19 High-school Girls with Cobb’s Angle over 10° assigning them to Exercise Group (n=9) and Chair Group (n=10) and let them do exercise for 50 minutes, 3 times a week during 12 weeks. For data analysis, two-way repeated measures ANOVA was used to analyze the interactive effect of the Exercise Training and Chair Training on the variables(Body Composition, Cobb’s Angle, Electromyogram, Flexibility and Pain Consciousness) by group and time. The analysis brought forth the findings as follows. After 12 weeks Exercise Training and Chair Training, there was an no interactive effect in Body Composition, Cobb’s Angle, difference between the left and right Electromyogram, in Flexibility and in Pain Consciousness. However, this study shows that After 12 weeks Exercise Training and Chair Training, there was an effect in the time period in Cobb’s Angle, Electromyogram, Flexibility and Pain Consciousness.

        지구성운동과 리보스 섭취가 남자대학생의 최대산소섭취량, 혈중피로물질 및 코티졸에 미치는 영향

        In this study, the effects of 12-week endurance exercise and D-ribose-intake on male college students’ blood fatigue substance amount, VO₂max and cortisol level were analyzed to investigate the feasibility of D-ribose as an ergogenic aid. A total of 14 male college students were assigned to either the D-ribose-intake plus endurance exercise group (n=7), or to the endurance exercise group (n=7). D-ribose was administered three times a day for 12 weeks, Endurance exercise was conducted using a bicycle ergometer with a training strength of 70% VO₂max for 60 minutes each time five days a week for 12 weeks, Using two-way repeated measures (ANOVA), correlation effects were tested, conclusion followed. First, no correlation effects were observed in all the body composition, but body weight increased significantly in the exercise+ribose-intake group. Second, in terms of the change in fatigue substances, LDH and IP showed correlation effects, and those levels in the exercise+ribose-intake group significantly decreased. Third, the change in the VO₂max showed correlation effects, and VO₂max of the exercise+ribose-intake group significantly increased. Fourth, No main and correlation effects were observed in the change in the cortisol level.

        D-ribose 섭취와 저항운동의 복합처치가 남자대학생의 신체구성 무산소 운동능력 테스토스론 및 코티졸에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to understand if ATP supply promotion, which is induced by D-ribose taken during high intensity anaerobic exercise, is effective in showing explosive and strong power and what kind of things it influences on stress hormone after taking D-ribose and practicing resistance exercises for 12 weeks. Thus, it examined male university students in their 20s who have no regular exercising experience by dividing them into RRT(ribose+resistance training group) 7 members and PRT(resistance training group) 7 members, and then they took 40 ㎎ D-ribose/weight dissolved in 200 ml drinking water for 12 weeks. PRT group took placebo(refined sugar, 2g) dissolved in 200 ml drinking water in the same way. The exercise program was the weight training; during 1st-6th weeks 2 sets of 15 repetition at 60% of 1-RM, and during 7th-12th weeks 3 sets of 15 repetition at 70% of 1-RM. The statistical technique used was two-way ANOVA and paired t-test as post-hoc analysis. Experiment result is as followings: 1. In body composition change there was no interaction between body fat percentage and lean body percentage, but the body fat percentage was decreased and lean body percentage was increased in 12th week compared with prior ones in both RRT and PRT. 2. In anaerobic exercise capability there was no interaction in all items, and PP, AP and MP were increased in 12th week in both RRT and PRT compared with prior ones, and PD was decreased in 6th and 12th weeks in both of RRT and PRT. 3. In stress hormone change testosterone showed no interaction and no main effect. Cortisol was increased in 6th week in both of RRT and PRT compared with prior one. Reviewing the results, both of D-ribose taking+resistance exercise group and resistance group showed positive changes in body composition, anaerobic exercise capability and stress hormone, however there was no difference between the groups. Hence, there was no synergy effect from D-ribose taken.

        투기종목 선수들의 신체조성과 골밀도의 상관관계

        The aim of this research was to examine the correlation between body composition(weight, lean body mass, skeletal muscle mass, fat mass, BMI, %fat, WHR) and bone mineral density of combat sports athletes. Subject groups were divided into ssireum(n=10), wrestling(n=10), boxing(n=10) and taekwondo(n=10). For date analysis one-way ANOVA(LSD) and Pearson"s correlation coefficient were used. There were statistically significant differences on all variables of body composition. Weight, fat mass and %fat of ssireum group were higher than those of boxing and taekwondo groups. Lean body mass and skeletal muscle mass of ssireum were higher than those of wrestling, boxing and teakwondo groups. BMI of ssireum was higher than that of wrestling, boxing and teakwondo groups, and BMI of wrestling group was higher than boxing group. WHR of ssireum and wrestling groups were higher than that of boxing and taekwondo groups. However, T-score showed statistically no significant difference among four groups. All items of body composition were expected to significantly correlate with bone mineral density, but they showed no significant correlation in four groups. Bone mineral density of combat sports athletes were considered to be relevant to the exercise form and density, volume of exercise rather than body composition. Further studies on relation between bone mineral density and physical fitness, exercise program should be performed on various ages and lots of combat sports athletes.
