        요추간판 탈출정도에 따른 수핵탈출증(HNP) 환자와 요추간판탈출증(HLD) 환자의 운동효과 비교

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of exercise between HNP and HLD patients on the degree of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. The subjects consisted of groups of HNP(n=10) and HLD(n=10). The changes of a lumbar isometric extensor strength, lumbar flexibility, knee flexion, knee extension strength, VAS, and Oswestry low back pain disability scale are analyzed for this study. Statistlcal technique for data analysis were 2-way RM ANOVA and paired t-test. As a result, the following conclusions were obtained. 1. The case of the body functional aspects, HNP and HLD both groups showed significantly differences in the changes of a lumbar isometric extensor strength and flexibility, knee flexion and extension by period(p<.05). 2. Also, the cases of pain and disability factor, HNP and HLD both groups showed significantly differences in the VAS and Oswestry low back pain disability scale by period(p<.05). The result so far showed that nucleus pulposus and the degree of intervertebral disc herniation didn’t have nothing to do with physical functional improvement, pain relief, and enhancement of the daily living activity through rehabilitation exercise.

        치자섭취와 복합운동이 비만중년여성의 신체구성, 혈중지질과 아디포 싸이토카인에 미치는 영향

        This study is to find influence for 8-weeks combined exercise and the combined treatments of Gardenia intake to the body composition and Inflammatory related hormones in the Obese Middle Aged Women. To this purpose, 16 middle-aged obese females are divided to Gardenia+Excercise Group (n=8) and Gardenia Group (n=8). For 8 weeks each exercise is performed with 50~60% HRmax, 50% 1-RM. 0.08 g of the Gardenia is consumed per 1 kg of the body weight. The results of study are as under: 1. In the body composition change, the interaction effects show on%fat, fat mass, VFA and WHR. 2. In the blood lipid, the interaction effect doesn’t show. And, Gardenia + Excercise Group shows the significantly reduction of TC, TG and LDL-C. Gardenia Group shows the significantly reduction of LDC-C and the increase of HDL-C. 3. In the change of inflammation related hormones, the interaction effect shows in Leptin(p<.05). Gardenia+Excercise Group shows the significantly increase of Adiponectin and the significantly decrease of Resistin. And Gardenia Group show the increase of Adiponectin. According to the above results, Gardenia’s anti-obesity effect is shown to be positive, yet occures the reduction of fat-free mass. Therefore, to maintain the reduced body weight, the combination treatment of exercise and Gardenia is considered to be effective.

        D-ribose 섭취와 저항운동의 복합처치가 남자대학생의 신체구성 무산소 운동능력 테스토스론 및 코티졸에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to understand if ATP supply promotion, which is induced by D-ribose taken during high intensity anaerobic exercise, is effective in showing explosive and strong power and what kind of things it influences on stress hormone after taking D-ribose and practicing resistance exercises for 12 weeks. Thus, it examined male university students in their 20s who have no regular exercising experience by dividing them into RRT(ribose+resistance training group) 7 members and PRT(resistance training group) 7 members, and then they took 40 ㎎ D-ribose/weight dissolved in 200 ml drinking water for 12 weeks. PRT group took placebo(refined sugar, 2g) dissolved in 200 ml drinking water in the same way. The exercise program was the weight training; during 1st-6th weeks 2 sets of 15 repetition at 60% of 1-RM, and during 7th-12th weeks 3 sets of 15 repetition at 70% of 1-RM. The statistical technique used was two-way ANOVA and paired t-test as post-hoc analysis. Experiment result is as followings: 1. In body composition change there was no interaction between body fat percentage and lean body percentage, but the body fat percentage was decreased and lean body percentage was increased in 12th week compared with prior ones in both RRT and PRT. 2. In anaerobic exercise capability there was no interaction in all items, and PP, AP and MP were increased in 12th week in both RRT and PRT compared with prior ones, and PD was decreased in 6th and 12th weeks in both of RRT and PRT. 3. In stress hormone change testosterone showed no interaction and no main effect. Cortisol was increased in 6th week in both of RRT and PRT compared with prior one. Reviewing the results, both of D-ribose taking+resistance exercise group and resistance group showed positive changes in body composition, anaerobic exercise capability and stress hormone, however there was no difference between the groups. Hence, there was no synergy effect from D-ribose taken.

        지구성운동과 리보스 섭취가 남자대학생의 최대산소섭취량, 혈중피로물질 및 코티졸에 미치는 영향

        In this study, the effects of 12-week endurance exercise and D-ribose-intake on male college students’ blood fatigue substance amount, VO₂max and cortisol level were analyzed to investigate the feasibility of D-ribose as an ergogenic aid. A total of 14 male college students were assigned to either the D-ribose-intake plus endurance exercise group (n=7), or to the endurance exercise group (n=7). D-ribose was administered three times a day for 12 weeks, Endurance exercise was conducted using a bicycle ergometer with a training strength of 70% VO₂max for 60 minutes each time five days a week for 12 weeks, Using two-way repeated measures (ANOVA), correlation effects were tested, conclusion followed. First, no correlation effects were observed in all the body composition, but body weight increased significantly in the exercise+ribose-intake group. Second, in terms of the change in fatigue substances, LDH and IP showed correlation effects, and those levels in the exercise+ribose-intake group significantly decreased. Third, the change in the VO₂max showed correlation effects, and VO₂max of the exercise+ribose-intake group significantly increased. Fourth, No main and correlation effects were observed in the change in the cortisol level.

        운동부하 및 물추출 프로폴리스 섭취가 STZ-투여 당뇨흰쥐의 골격근내 AMPK 활성도 및 GLUT-4 발현에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of activity of glucose transporter(GLUT4), skeletal muscle AMPK activity and level of blood variables a for administration of propolis and exercise during six weeks in diabetic rats. Sparague Dawley rats were divided into 4 groups as follows: control group(CON, n=7), Diabetic with streptozotocin(STZ, n=7), propolis administration after diabetic(STZP, n=7), propolis administration and exercise after diabetic(STZPE, n=7). The results were as follows: There was significantly decreased in body weight in STZ, STZPE, STZP compared to CON(p<.05). The level of triglyceride, total, cholesterol, glucose was more significant increased at three groups(by induced diabetic) than control group(p<.05). The level of insulin was more significant decreased the three groups than control group(p<.05) Meanwhile there was significantly decreased in STZPE and STZP. On the other hand, the activity of GLUT4 in skeletal muscle was significantly decreased by diabetes(p<.05), and STZPE group was significantly increased compared to STP group(p<.05). However, activity of AMPK in skeletal muscle, there was no difference among the groups. In conclusion, in this study apply to animals by administration of STZ-induced diabetes, the blood lipid and blood glucose to get a significant increased, and 6 weeks of treatment with propolis to exercise confirmed that it was effective to improve. GLUT4 expression in skeletal muscle of propolis alone in the treatment was more effective than exercise when applicable. As a result, it may brings anti-diabetes by propolis intake and regular exercise. Applied in this study to verify the effectiveness of propolis alone for treatment duration and dose of intake later in more depth through a variety of applications that should be addressed is considered.

        고온환경에서 소방방화복과 공기호흡기착용의 트레드밀 걷기운동이 Cortisol, BDNF 및 생리학적 반응에 미치는 영향

        Firefighting Protective Clothing is heavy and unable to control the body temperature due to the increase in sweat, and when the physical activities are sustained in high temperature environment. The subjects were 10 healthy male students in their 20s. Duplication applied with double blind was used as the test method consisting of Firefighting Protective Clothing group(FPC; n=10) and Firefighting Protective Clothing+Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus group(SCBA; n=10) and the experiment was conducted alternately with one week intervals. The temperature condition was set to WBGT 30°C. Exercise load was set with the intensity of 6 METs(83.3 m*min-1, 6%). In order to verify the interaction, the two-way repeated measures ANOVA was conducted. As a result of experiment, interaction was not shown in all variables, and in RPE, SCBA group was shown significant higher than the FPC group indicating that heavier the weight in high temperature environment, the subjects felt more difficult.

        중등교사 임용시험 체육교과 내용학 문항의 출제 경향 분석

        This study analyzed the questions related to the content knowledge of physical education subject for the middle and high school teacher employment examination conducted from the school year of 2009 to 2013 based on the evaluation scope of the physical education subject content knowledge and evaluation contents which were presented by the Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation(KICE). To achieve the objectives of this study, a total of 140 questions were collected with respect to the questions that appeared on the test over the last 5 years which aimed to evaluate the level of applicants’ knowledge related to the contents of physical education subject. The ratio of the contents covered in the test was assessed based on the scope of evaluation and the items for evaluation among the 8 subjects. Based on the results, suggestions were presented in relation to the operation of the physical education curriculum for the department of physical education at the college of education or the restructuring of the evaluation scope. There was a significant difference in the ratio of items that appeared on the test among the 8 subjects related to the content knowledge of physical education. Also, there was a remarkable difference in the ratio of items covered in the test among the evaluation scope by subject. The results of analysis on the evaluation content items suggested that 28 items out of 95 items did not appear in the physical teacher employment examination for 5 years. Based on such results of analysis, this study discussed the need for readjusting the ratio of items covered in the test of content knowledge related to physical education or the evaluation scope and evaluation content items.

        투기종목 선수들의 신체조성과 골밀도의 상관관계

        The aim of this research was to examine the correlation between body composition(weight, lean body mass, skeletal muscle mass, fat mass, BMI, %fat, WHR) and bone mineral density of combat sports athletes. Subject groups were divided into ssireum(n=10), wrestling(n=10), boxing(n=10) and taekwondo(n=10). For date analysis one-way ANOVA(LSD) and Pearson"s correlation coefficient were used. There were statistically significant differences on all variables of body composition. Weight, fat mass and %fat of ssireum group were higher than those of boxing and taekwondo groups. Lean body mass and skeletal muscle mass of ssireum were higher than those of wrestling, boxing and teakwondo groups. BMI of ssireum was higher than that of wrestling, boxing and teakwondo groups, and BMI of wrestling group was higher than boxing group. WHR of ssireum and wrestling groups were higher than that of boxing and taekwondo groups. However, T-score showed statistically no significant difference among four groups. All items of body composition were expected to significantly correlate with bone mineral density, but they showed no significant correlation in four groups. Bone mineral density of combat sports athletes were considered to be relevant to the exercise form and density, volume of exercise rather than body composition. Further studies on relation between bone mineral density and physical fitness, exercise program should be performed on various ages and lots of combat sports athletes.

        치자섭취와 요가운동이 비만중년여성의 신체구성, 혈중지질, 식욕관련호르몬에 미치는 영향

        This study is to find influences for 8-weeks Gardenia intake and the combined treatments of Yoga exercise on the body composition and appetite relating hormones in the Obese Middle Aged Women. 26 middle-aged obese females are divided to Gardenia+Excercise Group n=10), Gardenia Group(n=8) and Yoga Excercise Group(n=8). For 8 weeks Yoga exercise was performed with 50~60% HRmax. 0.8 mg of the Gardenia is consumed per 1kg of the body weight. The results of study are as follows: 1. In the body composition change, the statistical interaction effects show on %fat, VFA and WHR. 2. In the blood lipid, the statistical interaction effects show on TG. 3. In the change of appetite relating hormones, the statistical interaction effect shows in Leptin. As a result of this study, all the treatment groups were found to have an improvement effect of research variables in general; therefore, the single treatment and complex treatment for the middle-aged obese women were found to have a positive impact on body composition, blood lipids and appetite relating hormone on obesity middle-aged woman. In particular, Gardenia+Excercise Group and Yoga exercise Group more decrease than Gardenia Group in occasion of Leptin.

        코어 트레이닝 프로그램 차이가 척추측만증 여고생의 신체구성, Cobb’s Angle, 근전도, 유연성과 통증자각도에 미치는 영향

        This study aims to examine the Body Composition, Cobb’s Angle, Electromyogram, Flexibility and Pain Consciousness of High-school Girls with Scoliosis after 12 weeks Exercise Training and Chair Training. To do so, it experimented 19 High-school Girls with Cobb’s Angle over 10° assigning them to Exercise Group (n=9) and Chair Group (n=10) and let them do exercise for 50 minutes, 3 times a week during 12 weeks. For data analysis, two-way repeated measures ANOVA was used to analyze the interactive effect of the Exercise Training and Chair Training on the variables(Body Composition, Cobb’s Angle, Electromyogram, Flexibility and Pain Consciousness) by group and time. The analysis brought forth the findings as follows. After 12 weeks Exercise Training and Chair Training, there was an no interactive effect in Body Composition, Cobb’s Angle, difference between the left and right Electromyogram, in Flexibility and in Pain Consciousness. However, this study shows that After 12 weeks Exercise Training and Chair Training, there was an effect in the time period in Cobb’s Angle, Electromyogram, Flexibility and Pain Consciousness.
