Regional development and value creation through the development of tourism resources became an important issues through diverse cases. However, it is hard to find the case of the development of tourism resources and the case that its value has been evaluated. Suwon Hwaseong has been acknowledge its value and has been granted World Heritage status by UNESCO. Consequently, national tourism program has been suggest for the promotion of tourism for Suwon Hwaseong. Since billions of national budget is expected to be assigned to this program, it is required to analyze the economic returns from the program as well as its cost-benefit analysis. Therefore, in this study, we evaluate the economic benefit from the tourism program for Suwon Hwaseong by using Contingent Valuation Methods(CVM). As a result, citizen in Suwon area are willing to pay 6,718won, all citizen 4,298won and those who are willing to visit Suwon Hwaseong are willing to pay 26,236won. This paper is a pioneering study of evaluating the economic returns from tourism program and the development of cultural heritage and can be a good example for similar cases related with cultural heritage. 관광 자원의 개발을 통한 부가가치화와 지역 개발의 중요성은 다양한 사례를 통해 그 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 하지만 국내에서는 아직 관광 자원화 사례가 미흡하며 그 가치 평가 또한 이루어지지 않고 있다. 수원화성은 유네스코 지정 세계문화유산으로 그 가치를 널리 인정받았을 뿐 아니라 최근 관광자원화를 위한 프로그램이 개발되어 구현을 앞두고 있다. 대규모 예산이 투입되어야 하는 국책사업인 만큼 프로그램의 가치 평가와 향후 경제적 수익에 대한 추정을 통해 사업의 타당성을 정량적으로 분석하는 절차가 필요하다. 본 연구는 조건부 가치측정법 (Contingent Valuation Method)을 활용하여 수원화성 관광 자원화 프로그램의 경제적 편익을 추정하였다. 그 결과 수원 시민은 가구당 6,718원, 전국 시민은 4,298원의 지불의사금액이 계산 되었으며 향후 수원화성에 방문할 의사가 있는 예비 관광객의 경우 1회 관광 시 26,236원을 지불할 의사가 있음을 보였다. 본 연구는 문화유산의 복원과 개발이 창출하는 경제적 편익과 관련해 정책적 시사점을 제공하며 향후 유사한 사례에 활용될 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

관객의 평가(W0M)는 영화의 흥행에 중요한 요인으로 작용함은 과거 연구를 통해 알려져 있다. 그리고 여기서 관객의 평가는 관객이 부여한 수치적 값인 평점에 의존하는 경우가 대부분이다. 하지만 평점은 관객이 영화에 대해 느낀 정도를 종합해서 나타낸 숫자로 관객이 직접 텍스트로 작성한 평가와 다를 수 있어 관객의 의도가 정확히 반영되지 않을 가능성이 있다. 본 연구에서는 관객이 직접 작성한 텍스트 형태의 리뷰를 바탕으로 평가를 분석하고자 한다. 이 때 의미 분석을 통해 사용자 의 표현에서 해당 영화에 갖는 긍정 또는 부정 정도를 탐지하였고, 각 긍정/부정 표현의 발현 정도가 영화의 흥행에 어떠한 연관성이 있는지 분석하고자 하였다.

In the case of B / a 1: 3, the intensity when the substitution rate increased to 15% showed a tendency to decrease, but it turned out that the strength increased at the substitution rate of 20%. 자본시장의 국제화를 통하여 선진자본국가의 반열에 올라선 한국의 자본시장에 대한 법적 규제 즉, 자본시장법의 주요내용을 살펴봄과 더불어 우리나라 자본시장의 법제로부터 시사점을 도출하여 향후 보다 구체적이고 실효성이 있는 개선방향을 제시함으로써 견제와 균형이라는 양축을 중심으로 자본시장 시스템의 안정적 발전에 일조 시키고자 한다. 본 논문의 주요구성은 크게 다섯 개 부분으로 나누어진다. 첫째, 최근 시대적 대세로 떠오르고 있는 통합규제 방식에 대한 이해를 돕고자 우선 자본 시장의 국제화 의의, 국제화 발생요인 및 국제화 발생에 따른 효과를 살펴본다. 그리고 우리나라의 자본시장 국제화의 배경, 발전과정 및 규제체제를 간단히 살펴봄으로써 우리나라의 자본시장법 개편 에서 시사점을 찾아보도록 한다. 둘째, 우리나라에서는 투자대상과 투자자에 대해서 어떠한 성격을 부여하고 있으며, 어떠한 원칙을 적용하는가를 분석한 이후, 유통시장의 국제화에 따른 외국인의 증권 취득에 대해서 법제를 고찰하고자 한다. 그리고 우리나라에서의 증권투자와 관련된 법적 규제의 문제점을 도출하고, 한국 자본시장법이 제시하는 바에 따른 개선방향을 강구하고자 한다. 셋째, 증권의 발행규제와 관련하여, 우선 한국 자본시장법상 공시주의 철학과 발행규제의 원칙을 살펴본 후, 이에 따른 기본이론과 구체적인 규제방식에 대해서 분석한다. 넷째, 한국 자본시장법상 불공정거래에 대한 규제기준, 규제방식 및 규제의 실효성 보장을 살펴본다. 마지막으로, 금융법제의 선진화를 목표로 제정한 우리나라 자본시장법을 모델로 하여 시장원리의 정착을 위해 우리나라의 관련법제가 어떠한 방향으로 나아가야 할 것인지에 대한 구체적인 개선방향들을 제안하고자 한다. Second, in our country, it has some characteristics about investors and investors. And after analyzing the principle of application, it is necessary for the foreigner s securities I would like to consider the legal system for acquisition. And the problem of legal regulation related to securities investment in Korea And to seek the direction of improvement according to the Korean Capital Market Law. Third, securities Regarding the issuance regulation, first of all, after examining the principles of disclosureism and issuance regulation under the Korean Capital Market Law, The basic theories and specific regulatory methods are analyzed. Fourth, under the Korean Capital Market Act, Regulatory standards, regulatory methods, and the effectiveness of regulations will be examined. Finally, aiming at the advancement of financial law In order to establish the market principle based on the Korean capital market law, We will propose specific directions for improvement.
