        초고층 공동주택에서의 환기량 실측에 관한 연구

        The ventilation system using ventilator which placed on roof is commonly used in every apartment housing. But in private opinion it does not fit in over 20-stary apartment housing. Therefore, examine the air change rates using Trracer Gas Method at 1st floor, 10th floor and 20th floor m already built-in 20-story apartment housing. Air change rates is measured under two conditions : using roof ventilator (natural ventilation) and using ventilating exhaust fan (mechanical ventilation) and measured three times every condition The conclusion is forced on comparing natural ventilation system and mechanical ventilation system with considering out-door weather. The air change rates under natural ventilation condition is from 3.83r/h to 5.07r/h, and the air change rates under mechanical ventilation condition is from 3.83r/h to 5.47r/h. It means that mechanical ventilation system is superior to natural ventilation system by more than 27% or less than 53%.

        Recently, planners perferred to design utility area such as rest room, bathroom, kitchen in core of the apartment. Compared to other living area, these utility areas tend to show higher rate of air pollution. Thus, ventilation fans are often used for local exhaust, in these utility areas. During the local exhaust, large amount of air needs to be ventilated to exhaust the indoor polluted air. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the ventilation pathways and the efficacy of air-supply ventilation oepning designed in order not to suck in airs from the near rooms in apartment house.

        공동주택의 소음성능 실측평가에 관한 연구

        This treatise measures and estimate sound insulation performance of apartment house. Sound insulation performance measured to the floor and wall. Measurement object is apartment occupancy ago of 100㎡ scale built to higher story in Taegu city. Floor Slav's light impact sound level interception performance interacted by benevolent person who carrying out availability of finish material important. Floor Slav's heavy impact sound level interception performance amounted estimation by being good more or less then light impact sound level interception performance. Because sound insulation performance of partition between adjoined generation is gad seldom, privacy infringement becomes anticipation. There was discussion about these results, and presented various kinds future research task to prove sound insulation performance of apartment house.

        신축공동주택의 상하층간 소음 및 진동전달 특성과 층간소음 차단성능에 관한 연구

        This study involves 2 newly built apartment houses which are A with 23 floors as 150 mm slab width and B with 16 floors as 180 mm slab width. The impact was added by tapping and bang machine at the middle floor level of these 2 apartments and the test was arranged in terms of the characteristic of vibration and sound level which transferred to upper or down floors. As a result, impact floor shows the highest value in terms of both sound and vibration level and followed was at down floor of the Impact floor. Also, blocking function for the lightweight and heavyweight floor impact sound level was tested for each room of the apartment A and B including living room, main room, room 1 and 2. As a result, sound blocking function of B apartment was better than that of A and the function was getting worse when the room size is getting smaller.

        공동주택 화장실의 기계 환기시스템에 관한 연구

        To design mechanical ventilation for bathroom of apartment houses where air supply and exhaust are taken into consideration, mock-ups of ventilation systems, widely used in bathroom of apartment houses with an area of 100$\textrm{m}^2$, were made and installed in a laboratory. These ventilation mock-ups were available for control of air supply and exhaust, and the sizes of supply openings were 40cm${\times}$1cm, 40cm${\times}$3cm, and 40cm${\times}$5cm. They were installed at five positions, spaced 45cm at a height of 5cm from the floor. The exhaust fan was designed for its operating voltage to be set to five steps(100V, 130V, 150V, 180V and 220V) in order to control its air flow rates. When the size and position of each supply opening were changed with the wind velocity of the exhaust fan set to the step 5, the ventilation rates were measured and analyzed by the concentration decay method of tracer gas method, in order to present an efficient mechanical ventilation system. The results of the study revealed that the ventilations rates would increase in the presence of supply openings, compared to the absence of supply openings, and that the larger the size of the supply opening, the more the ventilation rates. Therefore, it was found necessary to take air supply into consideration.

        공동주택 화장실의 급기구 및 배기팬 설치위치에 따른 환기효과에 관한 연구

        The mock-ups of ventilation system, which has been widely adopted for the bathroom with the area of 100 $m^2$ apartment housing, were established and tested to design mechanical ventilation for apartment housing bathroom where air supply exhaust are relatively important. These ventilation mock-ups were capable of controlling intake and exhaust, which has the size of supply openings as 40cm${\times}$1cm, 40cm${\times}$3cm, 40cm${\times}$5cm. They were established at five locations, spaced 40cm from each other at a height of 25cm from the floor. The exhaust fans were located at four corners and center of the ceiling. The results this ventilation effect measurement by different condition are showing that when the size of air supply is bigger and the location is lower, the effect of ventilation was relatively higher. In addition, as the distance between exhaust fan and air supply was farther, the ventilation effect were getting highly efficient.

        공동주택의 층별 도로교통 소음의 전달 특성에 관한 연구

        This study is an attempt to understand the floor-specific characteristics of facade road traffic noise in apartment buildings. For this purpose, it sampled a total of seven roadside apartment building complexes: three with no soundproof bar barrier installed at roadside, one with a forest buffer zone, one with a sound-absorbing hill, and two with soundproof barriers. The measured noise level was highest on the 5th floor of apartment buildings with no soundproof barrier, and the upper stories from the 5th floor showed lower-noise measurements in order. For apartment buildings with soundproof barriers, however, the noise level was lower on the 10th floor than the 5th floor. Two apartment building groups--one with a sound-absorbing hill and the other with no soundproof barrier--showed similar measurement results in the floor-specific characteristics of facade road traffic noise. This suggests that such installations have little sound insulation effect. In the apartment building complex with a forest buffer zone around it, a slight sound insulation effect was measured on the lower floors of the buildings.

        To find more efficient exhaust effect, air curtain of upward or downward trend in gas table and left or right side of range hood were made. As result that film vapor from range hood lower part by digital camera, the air current change by moving existence and nonexistence of exhaust fan and direction of air curtain were known. Under all experiment condition, upward air curtain superior exhaust performance.

        Influence of traffic noises caused by automobiles, airlines, and trains on living environment become serious due to increased urban population and industrial development. The purpose of this study is to predict the indoor sound-pressure level supposely increased by the traffic noises and to contribute to better planning for living environment. The sound-pressure levels caused by both automobiles and trains in the place where the apartment house was planned to be built. Then the indoor sound-pressure levels were predicted. An this level was investigated based on the "acceptable indoor sound-pressure level" defined by architectural institute of Japn
