        무용전공별 등속성 대퇴 근력비와 근지구력 비교 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 무용의 효율성을 향상시키고 훈련 중에 발생할 수 있는 상해 예방을 위한 안정성의 제공을 위해서 전공별 무용수들을 대상으로 대퇴사두근 (quadriceps)과 대퇴슬괵근(hamstrings)의 비율을 측정하여 근력과 근지구력비를 알아봄으로써 무용훈련의 과학화를 위한 기초적 자료를 마련하는데 있다. C대학에 재학중인 발레 전공자 9명과 현대무용 전공자 7명, 한국무용 전공자 8명을 대상으로 Cybex 770장비를 이용하여 대퇴 사두근과 대퇴 슬와근의 저속 운동 부하속도(60º/sec), 중속 운동부하속도(180º/sec)에 따른 절대근력과 상대근력, 동측근력비율, 세트 총일량, 근지구력비 등의 운동능력의 차이를 비교 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 등속성 저속부하속도 60º/sec에서 좌·우측 절대 신근력은 한국무용 전공자 집단이 높게 나타났으나 집단 간에는 유의하지 않았으며 상대 신근력 또한 집단간에 유의하지 않았다(p>.05). 2. 등속성 저속부하속도 60º/sec에서 좌·우측 절대 굴근력은 발레 전공자 집단이 높게 나타났으나 집단간에는 유의하지 않았으며 우측상대 굴근력에서 발레 전공자 집단이 40%로 현대 무용전공자 집단과 한국무용 전공자 집단 보다 유의하였다(p<.05). 3. 등속성 저속부하속도 60º/sec에서 좌측 신근과 굴근의 동측근력비는 집단간에 유의하지 않았으며, 우측 신근과 굴근의 동측근력비는 발레 전공자 집단이 51.37%로 현대 무용전공자 집단과 한국무용 전공자 집단 보다 유의하였다(p<.05). 4. 등속성 중속부하속도 180º/sec에서 좌·우측 신근과 굴근의 동측근력비는 발레 전공자 집단이 57.31%, 60.23%로 현대 무용전공자 집단과 한국무용 전공자 집단 보다 유의하였다(p<.05). 5. 등속성 중속부하속도 180º/sec에서 좌·우측 굴곡시 세트 총일량은 집단간에 유의하지 않았다(p>.05). 6. 등속성 중속부하속도 180º/sec에서 좌측 신전시 세트 총일량은 한국무용 전공자 집단이 763J로 다른 두 집단 보다 유의하였으며(p<0.05), 오른쪽 신전시 세트 총일량은 현대무용전공자 집단이 741.14J로 다른 두 집단보다 유의하였다(p<.05). 7. 등속성 중속부하속도 180º/sec에서 신전 및 굴곡시 지구력비는 좌·우측 모두 집단간에 유의하지 않았다(p>.05). To compare the characteristics of Isokinetic Muscle' functional on Thigh classified by Major in Dance, I used Cybex 770 equipment on the subjects, consisted of 9 Ballet group, 7 Modern dancing group, and 8 Korean Dancing group, to analyse the difference between the mobile capacity of Isokinetic such as Peak torque and Peak torque to body weight followed by quadriceps's and hamstring's low loading velocity(60º/sec), and mid loading velocity(180º/sec), Ipsilateral balance ratio, Set total work, endurance ratio, and etc,…. And I came to the conclusion as specified below. 1. Although at Isokinetic low loading velocity 60º/sec, left and right Peak torque of knee extension is high among Korean Dancing group, they, as well as Peak torque to body weight of knee extension, are not significantly different between the groups(p>.05). 2. Although at Isokinetic low loading velocity 60º/sec, left and right Peak torque of knee extension is high among Ballet group, they, as well as Peak torque to body weight of knee extension, are not significantly different between the groups. On right Peak torque to body weight of knee Flexion, Ballet group achieved 40% and they significantly different than Modern dancing group and Korean Dancing group(p<.05). 3. At Isokinetic low loading velocity 60º/sec, left Extensor and Flexor's Ipsilateral balance ratio not significantly different between the groups. On right Extensor and Flexor's Ipsilateral balance ratio, not significantly different between the groups. On right Extensor and Flexors's Ipsilateral balance ratio, Ballet group achieved 51.37% and they significantly different than Modern dancing group and Korean Dancing group(p<.05). 4. At Isokinetic mid loading velocity 180º/sec, Ballet group achieved 57.31%, 60.23% on left, right Extensor and Flexor's Ipsilateral balance ratio and they significantly different than Modern dancing group and Korean Dancing group(p<.05). 5. At Isokinetic mid loading velocity 180º/sec, left, right Set total work of knee Flexor did not significantly different among the groups(p>.05). 6. At Isokinetic mid loading velocity 180º/sec, Korean Dancing group achived 763J on the left Set total work of knee Extensor and they significantly different more than the other two groups. on the right Set total work of knee Extensor, Modern dancing group achieved 741.14J and they significantly different more than the other two groups(p<.05). 7. At Isokinetic mid loading velocity 180º/sec, left, right Extensor and Flexor endurance ratio did not significantly different among all the groups(p>0.05). This research concludes that the characters of each candidates on Thigh have close relation to the ankle and the knee injury caused by the un balanced development of muscles and the definite Muscle exercise is necessary for that matter.

        용접형 판형열교환기의 유동분배 및 특성에 대한 연구

        An experimental study on the flow distribution characteristics according to the inlet direction of the working fluid and an analytical study on the flow characteristics according to the variation of the outlet width were carried out in order to present the optimal design of welded plate heat exchanger. In the experiment results on the flow distribution according to the inflow direction of the working fluid, the flow distribution in the welded plate heat exchanger is mainly formed around the center channel. As the inflow flow rate increases, the flow distribution ratio at the center channel decreases, whereas the flow distribution ratio at the side channel increases, thereby improving the distribution effect. The increase inflow rate of working fluid brings the incre of the pressure drop in the channel while the increase in width at the outlet reduces the pressure drop. Besides, it can be seen the dead zone where the fluid flow stagnates at the opposite corner of the outlet side.

        This paper is a case study about reinforcement of rock slope which is made because industry has made great rapid progress recently. This slope is consisted of moderate weathering gneiss and it is supposed to take place different type slope failure due to combine irregular direction joint set so we conducted that analysis of slope stability using the program such as S-wedge, Roc-plane. The result of analysis of slope stability using that program, at dry condition safety factor of slope is enough to maintain but that factor decrease at rainy condition and not enough to standard value. So it is expected to happen slope failure. Therefore we need to determine the proper method each case. Stability of slope is maintained by constructing rock bolt in area of the wedge and planner failure. Regarding rock-fall, constructing rock-fall protection fence will have the disaster decreased.

      • 『桑韓唱和塤箎集』의 醫學問答 기록과 朝日醫學 교류

        This study examined from 『SangHanChangHwaHunJiJip』 how medical exchange between doctors of Joseon and Japan affected medical science of Japan. 『SangHanChangHwaHunJiJip』 is a record that organized the written conversation between doctors and scholars of the Joseon and Edo period when the delegation so-called Joseon Tongsinsa visited Japan in 1719. Even though 『SangHanChangHwaHunJiJip』 was written by Japanese, but it was comprised of Joseon's advanced medical ideology, especially 『DongEuiBogam』 that has occupied an important part of the Joseon medical ideology. As a matter of fact, 『SangHanChang HwaHunJiJp』 contains general theme and medical subject. But until now, it has been hardly studied by medical historians. Many studies were generally made related to Joseon Tongsinsa, a governmental delegation, focused on literary and cultural exchange between Joseon and Japan by historians. 『SangHanChangHwaHunJiJip』 is no exception to this trend. We can find that doctors of the Joseon and Edo period entered into colloquium, a form of group discussion, about the clinical theme in 『SangHanChangHwaHunJiJip』. Concretely, the conversation between doctors of Joseon and Japan was about infant disease, infectious disease, folk remedies, medical herbs, moxa cautery, acupuncture, the study of nature, the study of medical books, etc. For example, when doctors of Japan ask a confirmed disease, doctors of Joseon explained it particularly. They had a great effect on in every cultural aspect of Japan, especially its medical field. Through this study of the medical questions and answers in 『SangHanChangHwaHunJiJip』, I came to know that the doctors of GiHae envoys gave great influence to the medical knowledge of Japan and the GiHae inherited and developed the medical tradition of SinMyo envoys. Through the examination of this study, I could deduct that 『JeongJeongDongEuiBogam』 which was published by the government of the Edo period is due to not only the contents of DongEuiBogam's advanced medical thought, but also the doctors of GiHae envoy. Also, 『SangHanChangHwaHunJiJip』 gives us an idea that doctors of GiHae envoys have medical trend of the OnBoHakFa and a group of Japanese doctors has medical trend of the study of nature. I am confident that the improvement of medical science and natural history of the Edo period is due to influence of medical exchange between Joseon and Japan. 『SangHanChangHwaHunJiJip』 confirms that medical exchange between two countries affected doctors and scholars of the Edo period.

        초등학교 과학 `생물과 환경` 단원에서 백워드 디자인의 적용 효과

        본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 과학의 생물과 환경 단원에서 백워드 디자인의 적용 효과를 알아보는 데 있다. 백워드 디자인은 학습의 결과를 먼저 명료화한 후, 이것을 토대로 수업 방법과 교수 요목을 결정하는 것이다. 이 방법은 교육 내용-평가-학습 활동 사이의 일관성을 유지할 수 있고 학생들의 진정한 이해를 도울 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 연구 대상은 초등학교 6학년 78명이며, 이 모델 적용에 따른 효과를 알아보기 위해 학생들이 수행한 프로젝트 자료, 과학 학습 정서 검사, 학업 성취도 검사 자료가 수집되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23 통계 패키지로 t-test와 ANCOVA 검증이 이루어졌다. 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 백워드 디자인을 적용한 실험 집단에서 학생들이 2가지 프로젝트를 수행한 결과물을 분석한 결과 과학의 내용에 대해서는 비교적 정확하게 이해하고 있었으나 창의적인 산출물을 만들어내지는 못함을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 백워드 디자인에 따라 수업을 하여도 과학 학습정서 부문의 성취가 유의미하게 향상되지는 않음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 백워드 디자인에 의해 학생들의 학업 성취도는 유의미한 향상을 보였다. The purpose of this study was to develop understanding-oriented materials based on backward course design model and analyze their effects on `biology and environment` unit of elementary school science. Backward Design starts from a specification of learning outcomes and decisions on methodology and syllabus are developed from the learning outcomes. This method has a strength maintaining consistency between educational contents-evaluation-learning activities and also promoting student`s authentic understanding. The 78 students 6th graders participated in this experiments. Data was collected using project activities, the science academic emotion scale and academic achievement. The collected data was analyzed by t-test and ANCOVA analysis using the SPSS 23 statistical program. The following major conclusions were drawn on the basis of data analysis. First, the experimental group showed a relatively accurate understanding of the contents of science but they could not produce creative output in two project activities. Second, the interaction effect of the instruction based on backward curriculum design and science academic emotion was not significant statistically. Third, the experimental group showed a significant improvement in the academic achievement of `biology and environment` unit.
