국군간호사관학교 통합교과목 개발 - 환자 안전을 중심으로 -

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to develop an integrated nursing curriculum on patient safety for the 4th grade cadets of Korea Armed Forces Nursing Academy. Method : For the Integrated nursing curriculum development, Dick & Carey`s ADDIE model was used. The analysis, design, and development phases were conducted in this study with the exception of implementation and evaluation. In the analysis stage, patient safety guidelines and the education needs of nursing officers in 10 military hospitals were analyzed. Based on the analysis, interviews, and literature review, the authors drafted education topics and contents in the design stage. During the development stage, the validity of the curriculum was checked by experts. Result : Education in four major categories of medication errors, falls prevention, communication, and nursing practice were in high demand. Each category was comprised of its own content items, and finally 39 items in total passed the validity test. The validity score of the 39 items ranged form 0.8 to 1.0. Based on these results, a 30-hour or 4-days program focusing on patient safety was developed integrating adult nursing, fundamental nursing, psychiatric nursing, and nursing management. Conclusion : This study is expected to contribute to improving clinical competency of newly commissioned nursing officers especially for patient safety. Further research needs to determine the effect of the integrated nursing curriculum.
간호대학생의 시험불안, 문제음주, 우울, 수면의 질의 관계 -고카페인 음료 섭취를 중심으로-

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the test anxiety, problematic drinking, depression, and quality of sleep between high caffeine drink intake and non-intake group and identify factors influencing the quality of sleep among nursing students. Methods: The design of this study was a descriptive correlational study. 180 participants of 1th to 4thgrade nursing students completed the questionnaire. Data were analyzed by the SPSS/WIN22.0 using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, chi-square test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation and multiple regression. Results: The mean scores of test anxiety, problematic drinking, depression, and quality of sleep in the high caffeine drink intake group were significantly high compared to those of the non-intake group. Sleep quality showed a positive correlation with test anxiety and problematic drinking. High caffeine drink intake and problematic drinking were the influential factors predicting quality of sleep. Conclusion: This implies that health education and policies on managing sleep quality and intake of high caffeine drinks should be essential to promote the health of nursing students.
고 세장비 마이크로 음각 패턴을 갖는 금속 몰드 제작을 위한 기계가공 및 전주도금 공정 개술 개발

This paper describes a novel method for fabricating a metallic mold with narrow high-aspect-ratio intaglio micro pattern structures, hole and groove pattern width of 10 ㎛, and aspect ratio 4.0. Creating such structures by conventional micromachining with a 10-㎛-wide tool tip is difficult or even impossible. We first fabricated pattern structures with width of 10 ㎛ and height of 40 ㎛ by micro machining process with wider tool, and replicated metallic mold to form inverse structures by electroforming process. A passivation layer was used to prevent diffusion between the brass master and the electroformed metallic mold during electroforming. We demonstrated the feasibility of this process by measuring and analyzing the patterns imprinted using the metallic mold.
