야금학은 가장 오래된 과학의 일부분으로써, 19세기 후반기 까지는 주로 광석으로 부터 금속을 추출하는 방법과 강철, 황동, 및 기타의 합금을 제조하는 여러가지 방법을 취급하였다. 20세기 직전에 이르자 금속과 합금의 유용한 성질이 그 제련방법 이외에도, 여러가지 원인에 의하여 영향을 받는다는 것이 더 한층 명백하게 되었다. 이를 테면 가영후에 급속히 냉각 하든지, 또는 압연(rolling)Drawing등의 여러가지 기계적 가공을 하면 그 특성이 변화한다는 것 등이다.

In order to increase the action of contral nervous system stimulation, two hetero cyclic derivatives of P-Chlorophenoxy acetic acid such as (P-Chlorophenoxy) acetic acid-2-piperidino ethyl ester hydrochloride(I), (P-Chlorophenoxy) acetic acid-2-morpholino ethyl ester hydrochloride(II) were synthesized These were obtained by the action of N-hydroxy ethyl piperidine and N-hydroxy ethyl morpholine with P-Chlorophenoxy acetyl chloride in benzene solution.

Six (2,4-dichlorophenoxy)alkanoic acid esters were synthesized such as (2,4-dichlorophenoxy)acetic acid 2-piper-idinoethyl ester hydrochloride <1>, (2,4-dichlorophenoxy)acetic acid 2-morpholinoethyl ester hydrochloride<Ⅱ>, (2,4-dichlorophenoxy)acetic acid 2-dimethylaminoethyl ester hydrochlolide<Ⅲ>, (2,4-dichlorophenoxy)propionic acid 2-pipperidinoethyl ester<Ⅳ> and (2,4-dichlorophenoxy) propinoic acid 2-morpholinoethyl ester<Ⅴ>. There were abtained by the action of (2,4-dichlorophenoxy)acetyl chloride or(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)propionyl chloride with 2-piperidinoethanol<Ⅵ>, 2-morpholinoethanol<Ⅶ> and 2-dimethylaminoethanol (except (2,4-dichlorophenoxy)propionyl cholride) in benzent solution.

1.2-Ethanediol bis(2-aryloxyisobutyrate) and 1,2-propanediol bis (2-aryloxyisobutyrate) [aryloxy; p-chlorophenoxy, p-tolyloxy] were synthesized by condensation of α-aryloxyisobutyryl chloride and alkanediol (alkanediol; ethylene glycol, propyleneglycol) with pyridine. 2-p-Tolyloxyisobutyric acid was prepard by condensation of p-cresol, acetone and chloroform with sodium hydroxide.

With the recent increase in dementia patients due to aging, measures to prevent their wandering behavior and disappearance are urgently needed. To solve this problem, various authentication methods and location detection techniques have been introduced, but the security problem of personal authentication and a system that can check indoor and outdoor overall was lacking. In order to solve this problem, various authentication methods and location detection techniques have been introduced, but it was difficult to find a system that can check the security problem of personal authentication and indoor/outdoor overall. In this study, we intend to propose a system that can identify personal authentication, basic health status, and overall location indoors and outdoors by using wristband-type wearable devices in a private blockchain environment. In this system, personal authentication uses ECG, which is difficult to forge and highly personally identifiable, Bluetooth beacon that is easy to use with low power, non-contact and automatic transmission and reception indoors, and DGPS that corrects the pseudorange error of GPS satellites outdoors. It is intended to detect wandering behavior and abnormal signs by locating the patient. Through this, it is intended to contribute to the prompt response and prevention of disappearance in case of wandering behavior and abnormal symptoms of dementia patients living at home or in nursing homes.

스마트 헬스케어를 위한 프라이빗 블록체인과 생체인증기반의 만성질환관리 원격의료시스템

고령화 사회로 인한 만성질환자의 증가로 그들의 질병 예방과 관리가 시급하다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한생체인증 방법과 원격의료시스템들이 소개되고 있으나 의료정보와 개인인증의 보안성 문제를 해결하는데에는 어려움이있다. 스마트 헬스케어는 대상자의 개인 의료정보를 포함하고 있으므로 무엇보다 개인정보의 보안이 중요한 분야이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 프라이빗 블록체인 환경에서 손목 밴드 형태의 스마트 웨어러블 디바이스 ECG와 얼굴 개인인증을 활용한 원격의료시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 이 시스템에서는 다양한 의료인과 전 지역 만성질환자를 대상으로 하였으며, 데이터의 무결성과 투명성을 높일 수 있는 프라이빗 블록체인을, 위변조가 어렵고 개인식별성이 높은 ECG와 얼굴인증을 활용하여 보안성과 신뢰성이 높일 수 있는 시스템을 구성하였다. 이를 통해 재가 만성질환자의 질병 예방과건강관리에 힘써 만성질환 관리의 효율성을 높이는데 기여하고자 한다.

중년부부의 마음챙김과 결혼만족도의 관계에서 의사소통능력의 매개효과: 자기-상대방 상호의존성 모형(APIM)의 적용

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the actor and the partner effects in the process of which mindfulness affected marital satisfaction through communication among middle-aged couples. Methods: 309 couples aged 40~65 residing in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon, and Daejeon participated. The data were analyzed using the Actor-Partner Interdependence Model (APIM). Results: First, while there was no significant difference between the husband’s and wife’s mindfulness, the wives had higher communication ability, and the husbands had higher marital satisfaction. Second, it was found that the higher one’s mindfulness, the higher one’s own communication. The higher the husband’s mindfulness, the higher the wife’s communication, but the wife’s mindfulness did not affect the husband’s communication. Third, it was found that the higher one’s communication, the higher the one’s own marital satisfaction as well as the partner’s marital satisfaction. Fourth, there were significant mediation effects between the husband’s and wife’s mindfulness and their own and the partner’s marital satisfaction through one’s own communication. Conclusions: The implications for the practice of marital therapy and future research based on the study results were discussed. 본 연구는 중년부부의 마음챙김이 의사소통능력을 통해 결혼만족도에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 배우자 간의 자기효과와 상대방효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 서울, 경기, 인천, 대전의 40~65세 부부 309쌍이 참여하였고 자기-상대방 상호의존성 모형을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 남편과 아내의 마음챙김은 차이가 없는 반면, 의사소통능력은 아내가 더 높았고, 결혼만족도는 남편이 더 높았다. 둘째, 개인의 마음챙김이 높을수록 자신의 의사소통능력이 높았다. 그리고 남편의 마음챙김이 높을수록 아내의 의사소통능력이 높은 반면, 아내의 마음챙김은 남편의 의사소통능력에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 개인의 의사소통능력이 높을수록 자신의 결혼만족도가 높을 뿐 아니라 배우자의 결혼만족도도 높았다. 넷째, 남편과 아내의 마음챙김이 모두 자신의 의사소통능력을 통해 자신과 배우자의 결혼만족도에 영향을 미치는 매개효과가 유의하였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 부부치료적 개입과 후속연구를 위한 시사점을 논하였다.

Piperazine 誘導體 合成에 關한 硏究〔1〕

In synthetic process of N, N-Bis [(2-methoxy-4-propyl phenoxy) acetyl] piperazine and N, N[(2-methoxy-4-allylphenoxy acetyl] piperazine (Analgesic Agent), usually 4-propylguaicol Evgenol, Isoeugenol are same ) and monchloracet acid is used for orginal materiols. At first step of this experiment, I had increased yield of (2-methoxy-4-alkyl phenoxy) acetic acid, in result of regulating monochloroacetic acid acetic acid, in result of regulating monochloroacetic acid (1.5∼1.7 mole ) and Sedium hydroxide(2.55∼2.8 mole) to 4-propylguaiacol (1 mole) At second, I want to observe variety of yield by changing acceptor in the reaction of (2-methoxy-4-alkyl phevoxy) acetyl chloride and piperazine.

N-Sulfanil-amino acid-amide 類의 合成에 關한 硏究

The synthesised new N-Sulfanil-amino acid-amide derivatives are N-Sulfanil-glycine, N-Sulfanil-glycine amide, N-Sulfanil-asparagine. They were obtained by the action of glycine, glycine amide, aspartic acid and asparagine with p-nitrobenzenesulfonylchloride in 5%-NaOH solution and reduction of the above four compounds. They are expected that N-Sulfanil-amino acid-amides may be anti-virosis as N-Sulfanil-amino acid-amide has a similar chemical structure with N-Sulfail-gultamine which is anti-virosis.
