        아로마 요법이 말기 암 환자의 하지부종에 미치는 영향 - 대조군 연구

        목적: 본 연구에서는 하지 부종이 있는 말기 암 환자에게 아로마 마사지 치료가 부종 정도 및 혈압, 맥박, 체온 등의 생체 징후 변화에 미치는 영향을 관찰함으로써 말기 암 환자의 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 대체의학적 치료법으로서의 근거를 마련하고자 한다. 방법: 총 36명의 환자(치료군 26명, 대조군 10명)의 환자를 대상으로 아로마 치료군에서는 블랜딩한 오일을 이용하여 대상자의 발가락부터 무릎 위 10 cm까지 경찰, 강찰, 진동기법을 이용하여 약 15${\sim}$20분간 마사지를 시행하였으며 대조군은 순수하게 마사지의 효과만을 알아보기 위해 캐리어 오일만을 이용한 마사지를 아로마 치료군과 동일한 시간과 방법으로 시행하였다. 마사지 시행 전, 마사지 시행 30분 후, 2시간 후, 12시간 후에 전족부(forefoot)와 발목관절의 가장 좁은 부위, 종아리의 가장 넓은 부위에서 둘레를 측정하였고 혈압, 맥박, 체온도 동시에 측정하였다. 결과: 발등(Rt.: P=0.771, Lt.: P=0.371), 발목(Rt.: P=0.580, Lt.: P=0.407), 종아리(Rt.: P=0.666, Lt.: P=0.158)의 둘레의 변화는 아로마 마사지 치료군과 대조군 사이에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 하지만, 아로마 치료군에서 좌측 발목과 좌측 종아리를 제외한 나머지 부위에서 치료 전과 비교하여 통계적으로 유의하게 부종이 감소하는 결과를 보였으며 발등은 2시간 후에, 우측 발목은 20분 후에, 우측 장딴지는 12시간 후에 가장 많이 감소되었다(P${\le}$0.05). 결론: 결론적으로 아로마 마사지 치료법이 단순 마사지 치료에 비해 하지 부종의 완화에 큰 영향을 주지 못하며 아로마 마사지 치료의 임상적 적용을 위해서는 향후 보다 많은 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다. This study was designed to examine the effect of aroma massage therapy on lower extremity edema of terminal cancer patients. Methods: A total of thirty-six terminal cancer patients with lower extremity edema were divided into two groups: the aroma massage group received massage with blending oil which was applied from toes to 10 cm above the knee of the subject for 15 to 20 minutes in each turn, while the control group received sham aroma massage (applied with carrier oil only). The circumferences of the fore-foot, ankle and calf were measured before massage and 30 minutes, 2 hours, and 12 hours after massage. The blood pressure, pulse and body temperature were also measured to find the change of subject's physiologic conditions. Results: There were no significant differences in blood pressure, heart rate, body temperature and lower extremity circumferences between two groups. However, edema at each site was slightly improved in the treatment group after the aroma massage therapy, compared to baseline data (P<0.05). In addition, the reduction of lower extremity circumference was maximal at 2 hours in foot, 30 min in right ankle and 12 hours in right calf after aroma massage therapy (P<0.05). Conclusion: Our results suggest that aroma massage therapy is not effective on the lower extremity edema of terminal cancer patients.

      • 해체현상에 의한 메이크업의 그로테스크的 특성에 관한 연구

        Postmodern deconstruction comes up in grotesque forms for makeup as a sort of art category as well. First, aggressive makeup refers to rejecting conventional standardized makeup. It showed radical aspects of nihilism, hysteria, violence and androgynous look, which express death, despair, horror and void by means of black lipstick and tonality. Second, decadent makeup forms a mainstream of contemporary art. It is characterized by attaching artificial and electric ornament onto natural human body, or expressing body in sexually suggestive manner, resulting in revealing unnatural and even unsound aspects along with ultimate erotic images. Third, a makeup in pursuit of impersonality rejects any standardization of traditional makeup and pursues disgust or terrible displeasure, defiant and shocking visual effects and more, instead. Thus, grotesque that is expressed with new and various trials in our deconstruction-induced contemporary makeup is a makeup trend emerging on the rise nowadays-in the era of collapsed modern living environment and classical esthetic sense or absolute values-from psychological conflicts and confusions to destruction of traditional art genres.

      • 중·고등학교 家政科敎育의 現況과 그 問題點

        The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for effective education system in the 21st Century, by analysing the status and issues of the current Home Economics Education. For analysis purpose, 133 Home Economics teachers of 44 middle and high schools located at Seoul Metropolitan areas are randomly selected, w ho are given questionnaire. The results are as follows: 1) They are satisfied with their occupation, and with being a Home Economics teacher; 2) They believe that the current curriculum should be modified to a great extent in order to meet the up-to-date needs ; 3) Practical training is regarded as the most desirable way of teaching, but, in reality, theoretical and one-way teaching is prevailed ; and 4) The most serious difficulties of Home Economics Education are insufficient education times due to college preparation and lack of decent facilities.

      • 服飾名稱의 話用論的 硏究 : 겉옷을 중심으로

        I will analyze practical clothing terms and examine and compare the differences between the definitions of clothing terms in a dictionary and the recognized definitions of clothing terms in reality. The objects of the data are a group of University women in the departments of home management, clothing and Korean language education who are supposed to have more information on definitions and concepts of clothing terms than other departments. The foundings are first, most definitions of clothing terms in a dictionary are similar with recognized definitions of clothing terms in reality. The clothing terms are labeled in accordance with the region names, person's names, the shapes of clothing, the functions of clothing, the materials of clothing and specific occupations. Second, the examined definitions have much more specific definitions of terms than the ones in a dictionary and furthermore some clothing items have very contrastive concepts with the original definitions of clothing terms. Some definitions and concepts in a dictionary have differences in usage, with the ones in reality such as blouses, shirts, sweaters, jackets, coats, slacks, skirts, dresses, accessories, hand bags and footwear. Third, in kinds of clothing, people have very finite and simple recognition rather than exact recognition of characteristics of clothing items and the construction of clothing and the dissimilarities of similar clothing items. Accessories have the highest degree of recognizing the kinds of clothing. Skirts, footwear and slacks in turn have weaker degrees. There are some terms that are not listed in a dictionary of clothing terms according to the trend and change of the age. And fourth, I found that the students get the motivation of learning clothing terms mainly through school education and the students in departments of home.: management and clothing relatively rightly recognize the definitions of clothing terms.         의상디자인 교육용 하이퍼미디어 코스웨어 개발연구

        This paper focuses on the development of a fashion design educational program that will faster the talent and aesthetic consciousness of fashion design students. The goal of progressive educational methods with cutting edge technology is to elevate educational efficiency, and ultimately rear creative designers. To fulfill its objective, this paper presents a courseware program on fashion design education utilizing hyper media that include animation, photographs, pictures, sounds and characters. By the utilization of such comprehensive source of information media, a hypermedia courseware was developed fur elementary education in fashion design with the following conclusions: 1.The program enables the students to customize their fashion design education, The students of fashion design education programs are able to choose and adjust their own programs to suit their requirements and intellectual level. 2.The program effectively motivates. Much like a constant sequence of various images on a screen that can provoke profound heart-felt emotions and inspire creativity, the program can stimulate and motivate the students. 3.The program provides a consistent education. To advance the overall quality of fashion design education, the problem of dissonance in educational content should be resolved and possible individual errors in delivery rectified. The present program will solve such problems, and establish coherent standards that will withstand the test of time regardless of time or place. 4.The program is cost effective. Since the present program frees the teacher from the time consuming drudgery of preparing various texts and lesson plans, have the materials delivered and handled, it reduces the time and cost previously required. 5.The program has the capability to be upgraded. The accumulated know-how of teachers and the total experience of the program can be linked with other programs for limitless expansion.
