        복합재료 지능구조물의 제어를 위한 압전소자를 이용한 변형형상예측

        A method is proposed to predict the deformed shape of the structure subjected to the unknown external loads using the signal from the piezoceramic sensors. Such a shape estimation is based on the linear relationship between the deformation of structure and the signal from sensor, which is calculated using finite element method. The deformed shape is, then calculated using the linear matrix and the signals from the piezoceramic sensors attached to the structures. For the purpose, a structural analysis program is developed using a multi-layerd finite element of 8 nodes with 3 displacement and one voltage degrees of freedom at each node. The multiple layers with the different material properties can be layered within the element. The incompatible mode with the element is found to be crucial to catch the bending behavior accurately. The accuracy of the program is, then, verified by being compared with the experimental results performed by Crawley. The proposed shape estimation method is also verified for the different loads and sensor size. It is shown that the results of shape estimation method using the linear matrix well predicts the deflections compared with those of finite element method.

        능동 화이버 복합재의 모델링 및 적용 연구

        Effective material properties of active fiber composites with interdigitated electrodes are derived as a function of the fiber volume fraction. For the purpose of applying the rule of mixture, three unit cell models are introduced; each for the deformation and stress continuities in the out of plane and in-plane directions, and the continuity of the electrical displacement in the longitudinal direction. Derived effective material properties are compared with the results by the finite element method; good agreements are observed between them. As an application, the electromechanical behavior of the angle ply laminates with the active fiber layers bonded on the top and bottom surfaces are investigated; the angle of piezoelectric fiber to maximize the twisting curvature is obtained using the present model.

        부분 장골과 장요추 인대를 포함한 요추 천추골의 유한 요소 모델링 및 비선형 해석

        Owing to needs of biomechanical comprehension and analysis to obtain various medical treatment designs which are related with the spine in order to cure and diagnose LBP patients, the FE modeling and nonlinear analysis of lumbosacrum including a partial ilium and iliolumbar ligaments, were carried out. First, we investigated whether the geometrical configuration of vertebrae displayed by DICOM slice files is regular and normal condition. After constructing spinal vertebrae including a partial ilium, a sacrum and five lumbars (from L1 to L5)with anatomical shape reconstructed using softwares such as image modeler and CAD modeler, we added iliolumbar ligaments, lumbar ligaments, discs and facet joints, etc.. And also, we assigned material property and discretized the model using proper finite element types, thus it was completely modeled through the above procedure. For the verification of each segment, average sagittal ROM, average coronal ROM and average transversal ROM under various loading conditions(${\pm}10Nm$), average vertical displacement under compression(400N), ALL(Anterior Longitudinal Ligament) and PLL(Posterior Longitudinal Ligament) force at L12 level, strains of seven ligaments on sagittal plane at L45 level and maximal strain of disc fibers according to various loading conditions at L45 level, etc., they were compared with experimental results. For the verification of multilevel-lumbosacrum spine including partial ilium and iliolumbar ligaments, the cases with and without iliolumbar ligaments were compared with ROM of experiment. The results were obtained from analysis of the verified FE model as follows: I) Iliolumbar ligaments played a stabilizing role as mainly posterior iliolumbar ligaments under flexion and as both posterior and anterior iliolumbar ligaments of one side under lateral bending. 2) The iliolumbar ligaments decreased total ROM of 1-8% in total model according to various motion conditions, which changed facet contact forces of L5S level by approximately 0.8-1.4 times and disc forces of L5S level by approximately 0.8-1.5 times more than casewithout ilioligaments, under various loading conditions. 3) The force of lower discs such as L45 and L5S was bigger than upper discs under flexion, left and right bending and left and right twisting, except extension. 4) It was predicted that strains of posterior ligaments among iliolumbar ligaments would produce the maximum 16% under flexion and the maximum 10% under twisting. 5) It's expected that this present model applies to the development and design of artificial disc, since it was comparatively in agreement with the experimental datum.

        지금까지 인류가 창안해 낸 가장 훌륭한 대안적 개발 패러다임은 '지속가능한 개발'이라 할 수 있다. 어젠다21(Agenda 21) 등 국제기구에서 논의되는 지속가능한 개발의 개념은 '미래 세대의 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 환경과 여건을 저해하지 않으면서 현 세대의 욕구를 충족시키는 개발'이다. 그리고 이 지속가능한 개발은 세 가지 핵심적 요소를 포함하고 있는바 이는 환경적 가치, 미래 지향성, 그리고 형평성이다. 이와 관련한 지속가능한 도시개발에 대해 알아보자.

        아파트 공동체 운동과 주민의식에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 아파트 공동체운동의 실태를 주민의식조사를 통해 파악하고자 하며, 이를 바탕으로 향후 공동체 운동의 방향을 모색하고자 한다. 1995년 인구주택센서스에 따르면 도시지역의 주택재고 중 아파트가 차지하는 비중이 40%를 넘어서고 있다. 이제 아파트는 한국 도시 주민의 보편적 주거형태로 변화하고 있다. 아파트는 구조적으로 공유공간과 대면적 접촉이 잦고 공동으로 대처해야 할 일들이 많은 특징을 지니고 있다. 이러한 주거환경 속에서 주민이 적극적으로 참여하는 정주공동체를 활성화시키는 것은 향후 도시민의 삶의 질 향상 및 사회발전에 큰 도움이 될 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 서울, 대구, 청주 3개 도시의 아파트단지 거주민을 대상으로 2256가구 표본조사를 통해 주민의 의식조사를 실시하였다. 주택점유형태별로는 자가와 임대로 구분되며 조사내용은 인구학적 특정, 주거환경특성, 주거만족도, 주민자치활동, 공동체문화, 주민참여의식 등으로 구성되어있다. 조사결과 임대아파트와 분양아파트 거주민의 주민공동체 활성화에 필요한 프로그램 운영 등 상당부분 상이한 반응을 보였다. 우리나라 아파트공동체 운동은 기존의 반상회와 같은 주민의 대화 방식도 개선되어야 하지만 공동체적 활동을 증진시킬 수 있는 주민프로그램의 개발과 이를 위한 주민의 적극적 참여가 중요한 요소로 판단된다. The aim of this paper is to explore community movement in apartment estates and to seek more effective ways of community development activities. In Urban Korea more than 40% of housing stock is apartment in 1995. In terms of security, facilities and management cost, urban dwellers tend to prefer to occupy apartment rather than traditional detached house. In line with mass apartment construction, it is very important for the residents of apartment estates to have community social networks and community development activities. A community is defined as a group people who share geographic area and are bound together by common culture, values, or social class. In urban Korea, more disturbing to many is the unsettling feeling that we have lost a sense of belonging, a sense of place, a sense of community. Are there no ties to neighbors in apartment estates? What kinds of activities for the community do they have? We have made a questionnaire survey to find out the situation of apartment community movement and residents` attitude toward community development. The sampling(2256 respondents) has taken in three large cities including Seoul, Chongju, and Daegu in apartment estates. The respondents can be divided into two groups of rental and owner-occupied households. The result of survey was that most of apartment estates had not taken very active community development activities. All they have been to make activities was only the field of simple estate maintenance. The most important thing is that how to organize residents` self-help democratic committee, sharing information and active participation. To make more livable habitation of apartment estate, residents` participation voluntarily is crucial to address the problems of collective decision making. The difference of attitude between tenants and owner-occupied households was found in terms of community development movement, and owner-occupied residents have responded more active than tenants.
