      • 自然科 敎育課程의 生物材料에 對한 比較分析 및 活用에 관하여 : 1,2,3學年을 中心으로

        개편된 자연과 교과서 1~3학년에 나타난 생물재료를 구입원별로 분류해 보면 총 95종으로서 각 학교의 시설을 최대한 이용하여 필수적으로 갖추어야 할 것이다. 그러기 위해서는 학교의 정원이나 연못, 웅덩이, 공지를 이용하거나 화분, 수조 등을 활용하여 관찰 실험에 필요한 생물재료를 구비해야 좋을 것이다. 학교에서 교재원시설을 갖출 여건이 안될 경우엔 행정관청과 협조하여 그 지역의 공원에생물재료를 구비할수 있도록 하거나 인근에 시범학교를 운용하여 학습할 수 있도록 고려해야 할 것이다. 생물재료 없이는 효과적인 탐구학습지도를 할 수 없으므로 교사는 학습에 필요한 생물재료를 미리 파악하고 준비해야 하며 학교의 시설을 자연학습장으로 최대한 활용할 수 있도록 개선해야 할 것이다.

      • 水原 龍珠寺 後佛畵에 對한 考察 : 金弘道의 懷畵를 中心으로

        Buddhist's painting kept at Yingju-Sa temple in Suwon, is called the first one of western painting way(Tae-Seo Painting): it was emphsized on the painting line to express the outline and on coloring to express the musical and uneven tones. It was the essential painting subject for the member of painting group to use the picture like description to draw the portrait. It was commonly shown in many portraits of King Yeongjo, Lee dynasty to draw a part of face and jaw with dark-light painting. To express the volum of painting. Buddhist's painting of Yongju-Sa temple was especially emphasized on the face and clothes furrows with dark-light painting. There are two academic theories to the original author: it was painted by Kim, Hong-Do(artistic name:Dan-Won), or it was painted by 25 monks, namely Keyon-Kwan, Sang-Kyeom, Sung-Yoon. This paper concludes it was dfawn by Kim, Hong-Do and aims to study and analyze Buddhist's painting on his works and on painting way.

        조간대 퇴적 환경에 따른 저서미세조류 색소와 총 아데노신 3인산(ATP: Adenosine-5' triphosphate) 비교 연구

        Biomass and community composition of microphytobentos in tidal flats were studied by HPLC analysis and also investigated to examine the relationship between microphytobenthic pigments and Adenosine-5' triphosphate (ATP) as an index of total microbial biomass in intertidal environments (muddy and sandy sediment) of Gyeonggi Bay, west coast of Korea. Microphytobenthic pigments and ATP concentration in muddy sediment were the highest at the surface while the biomass of microphytobenthos in sandy sediment was the highest at the sub-surface (0.75 cm sediment depth). The detected pigments of microphytobenthos were chlorophyll a, b (euglenophytes), c3, peridinin (dinoflagellates), fucoxanthin (diatom or chrysophytes), diadinoxanthin, alloxanthin (cryptophytes), diatoxanthin, zeaxanthin (cyanobacteria), β-carotein, and pheophytin a (the degraded product of chlorophyll a). Among the pigments which were detected, the concentration of fucoxanthin was the highest, indicating that diatoms dominated in the microphytobenthic community of the tidal flats. There was little significant correlation between OC (Organic Carbon) and ATP in both sediments. However, a positive correlation between chlorophyll a concentration and ATP concentration was found in sandy sediment, suggesting that microbial biomass could be affected by labile OC derived from microphytobenthos. These results provide information that may help us understand the relationship between microphytobenthos and microbial biomass in different intertidal sediment environments.

        실내 자외선 노출 실험을 통한 극지 식물플랑크톤(Phaeocystis pouchetii, Porosira glacialis)의 자외선 흡수물질 생성 연구

        Herein, we compared the production rate of UV-absorbing compounds (mycosporine-like amino acids) and carotenoids in two phytoplankton species--Phaeocystis pouchetii and Porosira glacialis--which are the dominant species in Polar Regions under artificial UV radiation conditions. P. pouchetii exposed to UVR and PAR evidenced reductions in the carbon fixation rate, and was not significantly influenced by differing light conditions. However, the concentrations of UV-absorbing compounds and photo-protective pigments of P. pouchetii were increased with increasing exposure time, but P. glacialis maintained constant levels during the UVR exposure experiment. The production rates of MAAs showed a reverse phase between the two phytoplankton species. The carbon fixation rate of P. pouchetii cells was inhibited by exposure to UV radiation, but the production rates of MAAs in P. pouchetii were increased under UV radiation exposure. The carbon fixation rate and production rate of MAAs in P. glacialis were simultaneously inhibited under UV radiation exposure conditions. These results provide us with new information regarding the processes involved in the production of UV-absorbing compounds and photoprotective pigments in two phytoplankton species.

      • 회절격자 주기의 랜덤 변이가 QWS-DFB 레이저의 정규화된 결합계수에 미치는 영향

        회절격자 반주기 길이의 랜덤 변이가 QWS-DFB 레이저의 특성을 나타내는 척도인 xL 값에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. QWS-DFB 레이저의 양 거울면은 무반사면으로 하였고, 회절격자 랜덤 변이는 평균이 0이고 분산이 1인 상관되어 있는 두 Gaussian 랜덤 변수로 나타내었다. 회절격자 반주기의 랜덤 변이가 있으면 동일 위상성분의 되먹임이 적어져 유효 xL 값이 감소하고 모드 간격이 줄어든다. 그런데, 회절격자 주기의 랜덤 변이가 있을 때 곁모드 간격에서 구한 결합계수 xL/sub SM/값과 주모드 거울면 손실에서 구한 xL/sub SM/는 일치하지 않으며, 랜덤 변이가 없을 때의 xL값보다 작다. 이 결과는 곁모드 간격 또는 spontaneous emission spectrum을 사용하여 측정한 xL/sub SM/ 값을 실제로 되먹임되는 정도를 나타내는 xL/sub eff/로 해석하여서는 안된다는 사실을 보여준다. Influence of the grating half-period fluctuation on the normalized coupling coefficient has been studied by an effective index transfer matrix method in quarter wavelength shifted(QWS) DFB lasers. The laser facets are assumed to be perfectly antireflection coated, and the period fluctuation is modeled by two correlated Gaussian random variables. In the presence of the random fluctuation in the grating period, effective normalized coupling coefficient is reduced because the in-phase feedback strength Is weakened. We have shown that the normalized coupling coefficient determined from the side mode spacing is less than the effective coupling coefficient, and the normalized coupling coefficient determined from the mode spacing or spontaneous emission spectrum does not properly represent the feedback strength of the grating.

      • QWS-DFB 레이저에서 회절격자 주기의 랜덤 변이에 따른 주모드 파장 분포의 해석적 근사식

        회절격자의 인접한 반주기 길이 사이에 음의 상관관계가 있는 반주기 길이의 랜덤 변이가 QWS-DFB 레이저의 주모드 파장 분포에 미치는 영향을 유효 굴절률 전달 매트릭스 방법으로 알아보았다. 주모드 파장 분포를 쉽게 파악할 수 있도록 주모드 파장 분포를 회절격자 반주기의 정규화된 표준편차 σΛ와 인접 반주기 랜덤 변이 사이의 상관계수 γ 의 해석적인 근사식으로 나타내었다. 이 확률 밀도 함수는 가우스 분포 함수이며, 그 표준편차는 σΛ가 커질수록 커지고 γ가 -1로 갈수록 작아진다. Effects of the grating period fluctuation on the wavelength distribution have been studied by an effective index transfer matrix method in quarter wavelength shifted (QWS) DFB lasers. The wavelength distribution is expressed by a probability density that is an analytical function of the correlation coefficient and normalized standard deviation of the grating period fluctuation. The probability density function of wavelength distribution is shown to be nearly Gaussian, and its standard deviation increases with normalized standard deviation of the grating period fluctuation, and decreases with the negative correlation between adjacent half-periods.

        13C 추적자를 이용한 팔당호 수변역 부유 및 부착조류의 일차생산력과 광합성 색소 생산속도 연구

        The primary productivity and production rate of photosynthetic pigment of periphyton and phytoplankton were estimated using a 13C stable labeling technique in May 2011, in the waterfront of Lake Paldang. Primary productivity of periphyton (28.15 mgC m-2 d-1) was higher than phytoplankton production (0.14 mgC m-2 d-1). The net production rates of photosynthetic pigments (Chl a and Fucoxanthin) of periphyton were 2.53 ngC m-2 d-1 and 0.12 ngC m-2 d-1, respectively. On the other hand, the net production rate of pigments on phytoplankton (Chl a : 0.023 ngC m-2 d-1, Fucoxanthin: 0.002 ngC m-2 d-1) was lower than that of periphyton. Specific production rates of individual pigments of phytoplankton to the total primary productivity indicate the predominance of diatom (Fucoxanthin) species in phytoplankton assemblage in Lake Paldang. The net individual production rate of pigments by 13C tracer was a useful tool to estimate the contribution of each phytoplankton class for total primary productivity, and it is possible to calculate the seasonal contribution of each phytoplankton class to the total primary productivity in the aquatic ecosystems. This study is the first report on photosynthetic pigment production rates of periphyton and phytoplankton.
