정신장애인 동료지지활동 프로그램이 동료지원가의 회복에 미치는 효과

본 연구의 목적은 정신장애인 동료지지활동 프로그램이 동료지원가의 회복에 미치는 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 동료지지활동을 통해 서비스를 제공한 동료지원가의 회복과 정신과적 증상이 어떠한 변화를 나타내는지 실증적으로 검증하였다. 이를 위해 동료지원가 33명을 대상으로 활동 전후, 그리고 6개월 사후의 변화를 측정하였으며, 활동 지속여부에 따라 차이가 있는지를 함께 분석하였다. 연구 결과 참여자들은 동료지지활동 후 회복과 정신과적 증상에 있어서 통계적으로 유의미한 변화가 있는 것으로 나타났으나 6개월 사후에는 그 변화가 지속되지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 활동 지속집단과 중단 집단 모두 정신과적 증상에는 통계적으로 유의미한 변화가 나타났으나, 회복정도에 있어서는 유지집단에만 변화가 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 정신장애인 동료지지활동의 확대를 위한 제언을 하였다. This study conducted to verify the peer support program effect on the recovery of peer provider. The study analyzed the change of recovery and psychiatric symptom of peer provider through peer support. The study selected 33 peer providers and measured 3 times-pre, post, and 6 months after the peer support. The difference between the continued and discontinued group was also analyzed. From the analysis, the peer providers showed significant differences in the recovery and symptom between the pre and post, but the effect didn't last after 6 months. Both continued and discontinued group showed significant differences in the symptom, but only the continued group did in recovery. Based on the results, it is provided the suggestion for the dissemination of peer support.

정신보건센터에서의 Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) 기반 사례관리의 효과성에 관한 연구

Purpose: This study was done to assess effects of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) in a community mental health center. Methods: This study was a non-equivalent control group design with two groups, each of 20 clients. The instruments were the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS), Global Assessment of Function (GAF), Satisfaction of Life, and the number and duration of admissions. Data collection was done in March, 2010 for the pre-test, and in March, 2011 for the post-test in the S community mental health center in Gyung-gi province. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Fisher`s exact test, and Mann-Whitney U test with the SPSS/WIN program. Results: The experimental group showed significant differences in the duration of admission, GAF, and Satisfaction of Life,. but not on number of admissions and BPRS. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that ACT can be applied as an effective case management model in Korea.

정신장애인 절차보조사업의 한계 및 개선방안 : 영국의 독립정신건강옹호와의 비교를 중심으로

강제입원은 심각한 인권침해로서, 정신장애인에게 트라우마를 남기며 치료의 결과에도 효과적이지 않다. 이에 강제치료 과정에서 정신장애인의 의사와 선호를 반영하는 지원의사결정이 강조되고 있다. 한국에서도 2018년부터 절차보조사업이 시범사업으로 시작되어 2021년 본 사업으로 전환되었으며, 2025년까지 전국적으로 확대할 계획이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 절차보조사업의 현황과 한계점을 분석하고, 영국의 독립정신건강옹호 제도와의 비교를 통해 향후 개선방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 독립정신건강옹호 제도에서는 서비스 이용 자격을 강제입원과 지역사회 강제치료까지 포함하며, 이용 권리 고지를 법적 의무화 하고 서비스 평가에도 반영한다. 반복적인 의사 확인과 기록, 거부 의사를 밝히지 않는 한 동의를 가정하는 옵트아웃 방식을 강조함으로써 서비스 접근성을 향상시켰다. 옹호자가 되기 위한 훈련과정을 체계화 하며, 이용자를 만나고 회의 참석 및 기록을 조회할 수 있는 권한을 부여함으로써 실제적인 권리옹호가 가능하도록 하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 절차보조사업의 개선방안으로 권리옹호를 위한 의사결정지원의 역할 규정, 권리로서의 서비스 접근성 강화, 절차지원가의 역량강화 및 권한보장에 대해 제언하였다. Compulsory hospitalization is a serious human rights violation, imprinting trauma on the people with psychiatric disabilities and not effective for the treatment outcomes. Therefore, emphasis is being placed on providing support decision-making that reflects the will and preferences of the people with the psychiatric disabilities during compulsory treatment. In Korea, the procedural assistance project commenced as a pilot project in 2018, converted to the main project in 2021, and expected to expand nationwide by 2025. This study analyzed the current issues and limitations of the procedural assistance project, and attempted to derive future improvement through comparison with independent mental health advocacy of UK. In the independent mental health advocacy, the eligibility for service use includes compulsory hospitalization and community treatment order, and the notice the right to use is legal obligations and reflected in service evaluation. Service accessibility was improved by emphasizing the opt-out method, repeated confirm and records The training process for becoming an advocate was systematized, and the authority to meet users, attend meetings, and inquire records made it possible to actually defend rights. Based on the results, it was suggested to define the role of decision-making support for the protection of rights, ensure access to services as a right, and enhance the competence and empowerment of procedural assistant

Recently the number of the visitors to Munyoungwangleung has increased although the winter is off-season of tourism, after this place had seen on the TV program as hometown of Chan-ho Park. The use of a location for TV program or film influence on the local economy. And many of local governments try to induce film or drama location by offering the drama or film sets or other efforts. But these places are left without management after the public interest has faded away. In order to achieve the purpose of the local government, several efforts are necessary as follows. First, satisfying the substantial needs of tourists who visit the location place. Second, assuring the unique attractions based on the image which has made by the drama or the film. Third, developing the tour products or the courses connecting the tourist places round about. Fourth, offering the various information about the locations. Fifth, managing continuously the convenient facilities, the transportation and the lodging facilities of the locations.

코로나19 이후 해양치유 패러다임의 변화 : Be fore Afte : Before Corona 시기와 After Corona 시기 비교를 중심으로

After the WHO declared a pandemic, the increase in the influx of foreign infectious diseases due to the expansion of exchanges between countries and the possibility of overseas infectious diseases caused by changes in the social and natural environment were revealed. Accordingly, it is necessary to predict the future society as changes in the global lifestyle are progressing in addition to changes in the overall society and industry. In addition, interest in marine healing is increasing as the majority of people experience depression and stress due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic. This study tried to predict how the interest in marine healing, which is growing in public interest, has developed so far and what changes it will bring in the new normal era formed after COVID-19, and to preemptively respond to a new paradigm of marine healing. For the purpose of this study, marine healing related news search data were analyzed and the analysis results were used to compare and analyze trends related to ocean healing in the Before and After Corona times. And based on this, I would like to suggest a new paradigm of marine healing that can satisfy the desire to relieve stress and depression that have arisen during the COVID-19 crisis.

포스트코로나 시대 섬관광의 치유가치 증진 방안 : TV 리얼 버라이어티 프로그램 <삼시세끼>를 중심으로

Recently, as Corona 19 is sweeping the world, various predictions and opinions are emerging about the daily life and industry that will change in the post-Corona era. As a result of an infectious disease called Corona 19, how to respond to the changes caused by the “new normal” that will create a world that has not been experienced before has emerged as an important topic. The emergence of these new normals is also affecting the changes in the tourism industry, and the changes in tourist needs that have been triggered by Corona 19 are increasing the demand for island tourism. Based on the analysis of the value of island tourism and the characteristics of island tourism from the current popular real-time TV entertainment program <Three meals a day>, this study suggests the direction of the strategy of revitalizing island tourism to meet the needs of tourists that will change in the post-Corona era. The suggestions are as follows. First, the island s natural state (inconvenience) strategy. Second, the island s isolation (disconnection) strategy. Third, the island s uniqueness (unique food ingredients) strategy. In conclusion, the strategy of island tourism to satisfy the changing needs of tourists in the post-Corona era is to actively preserve the natural state, isolation and uniqueness of the island. In other words, the island tourism strategy in the future requires a strategy focused on preservation that allows tourists to experience the characteristics of islands rather than development-oriented strategies such as expansion of facilities in urban tourism.

해양관광 활성화를 위한 해양문화관광자원 활용 방안 해양문화축제를 중심으로

Nowadays there are changes of types of tourism for experience tour and marine tour. And marine resources could satisfy the tourists needs for software and contents of tour in the era of qualitative growth. Therefore this study is performed in order to propose the development directions of marine culture festivals for the sustainable tourism. The development directions of marine culture festivals are as follows. First, the development of the marine culture festivals should be considered the environmental and cultural value such as marine traditional culture and history. Second, the marine culture festivals programs should be focused on the educational contents on the basis of marine culture and environment. Third, regional brand strategy for marine cultural festivals is necessary with unique marine culture resources of region.

초등학교 고학년생 스마트폰 과의존 수준에 따른 모자화 반응차이

본 연구는 초등학교 고학년생의 스마트폰 과의존 수준에 따른 모자화 반응차이를 통해 초등학교 고학년생의 스마트폰 과의존 여부를 변별하는 투사적 그림검사로서 모자화의 활용가능성을 탐색하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 P시와 U시 소재의 3개 초등학교에 재학 중인 5, 6학년 학생 476명을 대상으로 스마트폰 과의존 척도와 모자화를 실시하였다. 검사 실시 후 스마트폰 과의존군으로 나온 95명과 일반군으로 나온 336명 중 무작위로 95명을 선정하여 본 연구자료로 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 빈도분석과 t 검증, 교차분석을 적용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스마트폰 과의존군과 일반군의 모자화 반응차이를 알아본 결과 스마트폰 과의존 수준이 높을수록 모자화의 전체 점수가 높게 나타났다. 그리고 스마트폰 과의존군과 일반군의 모자화 채점척도를 분석한 결과 모자화의 크기, 표정, 신체접촉, 눈맞춤에서 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 스마트폰 과의존군과 일반군의 모자화 PDI의 반응차이를 알아본 결과 모자행동, 모자의 생각, 친밀감 3가지 질문에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 한계를 논의하였다. This study aimed to explore the applicability of the mother-and-child drawings as a projective drawing test to distinguish the smartphone overdependence of upper-grade elementary school students, through the differences in mother-and-child drawings responses. Mother-and-child drawing and a smartphone overdependence scale were administered to 476 fifth-and sixth-grade students from three elementary schools in P and U city. Afterward, 95 smartphone overdependent students and 95 students among 336 normal group students were selected for the research. For the analysis, frequency analysis, T-test, and crossover analysis were used. The findings from the study are as follows; First, in the mother-and-child response differences, the higher the overdependence, the higher the mother-and-child overall score. In the mother-and-child grading scale, differences in size, expression, body touch, and eye contact were shown. Second, in the mother-and-child Parent-Directed Interaction response between the smartphone overdependent group and its counterpart, significant differences in mother-and-child behavior, thought, and intimacy were shown. Based on these research results, the significance and limitations of this study were discussed.
