        스트레스에 따른 대학생 탈모의 인식에 관한 연구

        This study collected 245 questionnaires from college students in Gyeonggi-do and analyzed them using SPSS statistical packages, with the aim of identifying the status of hair loss perception due to the relationship between stress and hair loss received by college students and analyzing the correlation between stress and hair loss perception by type. As a result of the study, it was analyzed that the biggest problem caused by hair loss was 'loss of confidence', and in particular, people who were stressed about career/employment and studies were analyzed to consider the problem of 'loss of confidence' the most serious. As a result of cross-analysis of the general characteristics of awareness and the 'most recent stress' item, and as a result of correlation analysis between stress by type and hair loss status that constitutes hair loss awareness, it was analyzed that all types of stress affect hair loss in college students. Among them, career/employment stress and academic stress were found to be the most influential stress, and in the event of hair loss, it was analyzed that they were more willing to engage in hair loss treatment for career/employment, study, and appearance before interpersonal relationships or economic problems. Therefore, this study is of great significance in that it classified stress by type and analyzed the correlation through empirical research methods by specifying the contents of hair loss recognition into three categories: hair loss status, hair loss management, and hair loss treatment.

        Hypoglycemic and Hypolipogenic Action of Acetic Acid and Monascus-Fermented Grain Vinegar: A Comparative Study

        Acetic acid has been proposed to improve lifestyle-related diseases, including hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia. This study compared the hypoglycemic and hypolipogenic effects of acetic acid vinegar (AV, contains only 4% acetic acid) and Monascus-fermented grain vinegar (MV) containing various bioactive compounds in 3T3L1 cells and C57BL/KsJ-db/db mice (DB). The DB were divided randomly into three treatment groups containing nine mice each; DB-, AV-, and MV-groups were orally administered 1 mL/kg/day of distilled water, acetic acid vinegar, and Monascus vinegar, respectively, for 8 weeks. Exposure to AV and MV inhibited the adipogenic differentiation of 3T3L1 preadipocytes and lipid accumulation during differentiation. Oral administration of AV or MV to the mice resulted in a marked reduction in the body weight, liver weight, and hepatic triglyceride content compared to the control DB-group. Moreover, treatment with AV and MV clearly increased the expression of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) and AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) and suppressed the expression of fatty acid synthetase in liver tissues of DB. Significantly, lower levels of fasting blood glucose, insulin, leptin, and the glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) as well as higher levels of the skeletal muscle GLUT4 expression were obtained in the AV- or MV-groups than levels determined in the control DB-group (P < .05). Although MV has the potential to be a natural alternative treatment for obesity-associated type 2 diabetes, this study suggests that acetic acid is the central ingredient in MV responsible for the hypoglycemic and hypolipogenic effects in the DB mice.

        Comparison of the Effects of Blending and Juicing on the Phytochemicals Contents and Antioxidant Capacity of Typical Korean Kernel Fruit Juices

        Four Korean kernel fruit (apple, pear, persimmon, and mandarin orange) juices were obtained by household processing techniques (i.e., blending, juicing). Whole and flesh fractions of each fruit were extracted by a blender or a juicer and then examined for phytochemical content (i.e., organic acids, polyphenol compounds). The antioxidant capacity of each juice was determined by ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) and 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) assays. Results revealed that juices that had been prepared by blending whole fruits had stronger antioxidant activities and contained larger amounts of phenolic compounds than juices that had been prepared by juicing the flesh fraction of the fruit. However, the concentration of ascorbic acid in apple, pear, and mandarin orange juices was significantly (P<0.05) higher in juice that had been processed by juicing, rather than blending. The juices with the highest ascorbic acid (233.9 mg/serving), total polyphenols (862.3 mg gallic acid equivalents/serving), and flavonoids (295.1 mg quercetin equivalents/serving) concentrations were blended persimmon juice, blended mandarin orange juice, and juiced apple juice, respectively. These results indicate that juice extraction techniques significantly (P<0.05) influences the phytochemical levels and antioxidant capacity of fruit juices.

        뷰티전공 대학생들의 전공만족도, 직업가치관, 진로결정 자기효능감의 구조적 관계

        본 연구는 뷰티관련 학과에서 보다 질 높은 교육과정을 통해 산업 현장에서 요구되는 전문화되고 경쟁력 있는 인재를 양성하고 뷰티전공 학생들의 진로결정 자기효능감과 전공만족도 및 직업가치관과의 구조적인 상관관계를 설문수집 과 통계분석으로 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 서울과 경기도에 소재한 뷰티관련 대학의 뷰티전공 학생을 대상으로 일반 적인 특성, 직업가치관, 전공만족도, 진로결정 자기효능감과 구직결정 자기효능감에 관하여 설문조사하였다. 그 결과 전공 만족도는 직업가치관과 진로결정 자기효능감에 대하여 p<.001로 유의수준 .05에서 통계적으로 유의미한 영향이 있는 것으 로 나타났다. 직업가치관은 진로결정 자기효능감의 진로결정과 구직결정에 대하여 p<.001로 유의수준 .05에서 통계적으로 유의미한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 직업가치관은 전공만족도와 진로결정 자기효능감 중 진로결정에서 유의한 매개효 과를 확인하였다. 따라서 전공만족도와 직업가치관이 진로결정 자기효능감에 있어 구조적으로 유의미하게 작용하는 요인 임을 확인하였으며, 뷰티전공 대학생들의 진로결정 자기효능감에 영향을 주는 다양한 변수들에 대한 지속적인 연구는 반드 시 필요하다고 사료된다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural correlation between career decision making self-efficacy, major satisfaction and occupation value of beauty major students by questionnaire collection and statistical analysis. Major satisfaction was found to be statistically significant at the significance level of .05 with respect to coccupation value and career decision making self-efficacy at p<.001. Occupation value was found to be statistically significant at p<.001 for career decision and job decision of career decision making self-efficacy and significance level .05. Therefore, it has been confirmed that the major satisfaction and job value are the factors that play a significant role in the self-efficiency of career decisions, and it is believed that continuous research on various variables that affect the self-efficiency of career decisions of beauty major university students is necessary.

      • 小麥胚芽의 化學的 租成에 關한 硏究

        제분산업의 부산물로 얻어지는 소맥배아(wheat germ)의 화학적 조성은 다음과 같다. 1. 일반성분은 조섬유소의 함량이 42.88%로 가장 높았고 조단백질(21.57%), 조지방(9.88%), 당(11.10%), 수분(10.80%) 그리고 회분(3.77%)의 순으로 나타났다. 2. 조단백성분을 이루는 각 아미노산의 함량은 Glycine과 Lysine의 함량이 각각 221.06, 216.00mg/100g으로 가장 높았고 Threonine, Glutamic acid, Proline 등의 아미노산함유율도 비교적 높았으며 Tryptophan, Valine, Methionine, Leucine, Isoleucine 등의 필수아미노산의 종류로 골고루 함유되어 있었다. 3. 소맥배아의 무기질성분은 K, Mg, Ca. Mn, Zn, Fe, 그리고 Cu의 순으로 함유율이 높았으며 특히 K의 함량은 다른 성분에 비해 1495. 25mg/100g을 나타내어 매우 함유율이 높았으나 Na성분은 검출되지 않았다. 4. 소맥배아중의 식이섬유소의 함량은 16.0-18.1%로 나타났다. 5. 소맥배아유의 지방산조성은 linoleic acid가 59.9%로 가장 높았고 palmitic, oleic, linolenic 그리고 stearic acid의 순으로 나타났다. 이 중 PUFA의 함유율은 65%이상이었고 포화지방산은palmitic acid가 17.7%로 나타나 전체 포화지방산 함량의 96%를 차지하였다. 6. 소맥배아유의 토코페롤 함량은 충 463mg/100g으로 나타났으며 그 중 65% 정도가 α-tocopherol로 301mg/100g이었고, β-tocopherol은 150mg/100g으로 30%를 차지하였다. 그밖에 d-tocopherol이 미량 검출되었으나 γ-tocopherol은 발견되지 않았다. The chemical composition of wheat germ, which can be recovered as a by-product of the flour milling industry were summerized as follows. 1. Overall chemical composition of wheat germ has a higher crude fiber content, 42.88%, followed by crude proteins(21.57%), crude lipids(9.88%), sugars(11.10%), water(10.80%), and ash(3.77). 2. The amino acid contents of germ protein were In order of Glycine, Lysine, Threonine, Glutamic acid, Proline, Arginine, Alanine, Tryptophan, Leucine. The germ protein has also rich in the essential amino acids Valine, Methionine and Isoleucine in which many of the cereals are deficient. 3. The elements contributing to ash of wheat germ showed high contents of the trace mineral elements from K, Mg, Ca, Mn, Zn, Fe, and Cu. Potassium content of germ minerals was greater than that of the other mineral elements as 1495.25mg/100g. But sodium element of germ mineral not detected. Wheat germ contained high concentrations of nutritionally important trace elements like zinc, manganese, copper, iron, and selenium. 4. The dietary fiber contents of wheat germ by frosty AOAC method were 16.0∼18.1%. 5. Fatty acid cotents of lipids of wheat germ were In order of linoleic, palmitic, oleic, linolenic. and stearic acid. The PUFA contents of the total fatty acid composition were65%. Palmitic arid, the principle fatty acid, formed 96% of the total saturated fatty acids. 6. Tocopherol compositions of wheat germ oil determined Identifiable tocopherol, α-,β-, and δ-tocopherol. Alpha(301mg/100g)-, and Beta-tocopherol(150mg/100g) contents of the total tocopherol(463mg/100g) compositions was 65%, 30% respectively and δ-to-copherol contents was trace. But γ-tocopherol of tocopherol isomers in wheat germ oil not detected.

        Hypouricemic and Antioxidant Effects of Soy Vinegar Extracts in Hyperuricemic Mice

        We investigated the potential hypouricemic and antioxidant activities of soy vinegar brewed from soybeans fermented with Monascus pilosus KCCM 60084 in potassium oxonate-induced hyperuricemic mice. Soy vinegar extracts (SVEs), which contain free isoflavones, ubiquinones, γ-aminobutyric acid, gallic acid, and acetic acid, reduced the level of uric acid (UA) by decreasing UA production through xanthine oxidase inhibition and increasing UA excretion through uricase activity in hyperuricemic mice (P < .05). Moreover, SVE administration increased hepatic antioxidant enzyme activities in a dose-dependent manner. The results suggest that soy vinegar has potential with natural ingredients to prevent and treat hyperuricemia.
