Hemorrhagic cystitis refers to massive inflammation and the diffuse vesical bleeding of the bladder. In patients with hematuria complaining of dysuria and pain, it is necessary to differentiate various causes, including cystitis, nephritis, and prostatitis. After the diagnosis of hemorrhagic cystitis, antibiotics usually treat and prevent further urinary tract infections. In the present case, a 78-year-old female patient with hemorrhagic cystitis presenting with hematuria underwent Korean medical treatment with Jeoryeong-tang-hap-Samul-tang for 29 days. The effect of the treatment was assessed with the hematuria grading scale (HGS) per week, urinalysis per two weeks, and the NRS (numeric rating scale) of dysuria per day. After treatment, both HGS and NRS scores decreased, and protein, blood, and red blood cells (RBCs) in urinalysis improved. This case report suggests that Jeoryeong-tang-hap-Samul-tang might be an effective option for hemorrhagic cystitis patients who continuously take antiplatelets.

초분광 영상은 적외선 영역의 전자기파 대역을 수백 개의 파장으로 나누어 영상화한 데이터로 다양한 분야에서 물체를 찾거나 분류하는 것에 활용된다. 최근에는 딥러닝을 사용하여 분류하는 방법이 주목받고 있지만 초분광 영상 데이터의 특성으로 인해 초분광 영상을 학습 데이터로 사용하기 위해서는 기존의 가시광 영상과는 다른 처리 기법이 필요하다. 이를 위해 초분광 큐브에서 특정 파장의 영상을 선택하여 Ground Truth 작업을 수행하고 환경정보를 포함하여 데이터를 관리하는 소프트웨어를 개발하였다. 본 논문에서는 해당 소프트웨어의 구성과 기능에 대하여 설명한다. The hyper-spectral image is data obtained by dividing the electromagnetic wave band in the infrared region into hundreds of wavelengths. It is used to find or classify objects in various fields. Recently, deep learning classification method has been attracting attention. In order to use hyper-spectral image data as deep learning training data, a processing technique is required compared to conventional visible light image data. To solve this problem, we developed a software that selects specific wavelength images from the hyper-spectral data cube and performs the ground truth task. We also developed software to manage data including environmental information. This paper describes the configuration and function of the software.
가공처리에 따른 누룩균 발효기간별 둥근마의 가공적성 분석

Background : Dioscorea bulbifera (DB) contain steroidal saponin which has anticancer and anti-inflammatory. DB is a health-functional material used as edible and medical materials. However, DB has not been studied in detail as industrial purposes of fermentation. Methods and Results : D. bulbifera (DB) was fermented by Rhizopus oryzae CN105 for 3 days. Samples were prepared by adding 10% honey to the D. bulbifera (DBH) and honey free D. bulbifera (DB). The pH, total acidity (%) and reducing sugar (%) were investigated. The free sugar and color values related to taste components were analyzed. The pH level decreased while total acidity increased during fermentation. The free sugar and color values related to taste components were analyzed. The content of free sugar in the DB was the highest after 3 days of fermentation. In case DBH, only glucose was the highest after 3 days of fermentation. The content of fructose, sucrose and lactose were decrease during fermentation. Total polyphenol content of DB and DBH was measured by the Folin-Denis method. Total flavonoid content was measured by the Moreno method. Total polyphenol content and flavonoid content was the highest after 1 days of fermentation in both DB and DBH. Conclusion : The results showed that physicochemical components improved during fermentation in DB. But antioxidant activity was the highest after 1 days of fermentation in DB and DBH. These results are indicated that fermented DB can be used as a functional food.

The golden ratio is a mathematical ratio that has widely been applied in various fields throughout history ranging from the ancient Greek and Renaissance periods to modern and contemporary eras. Unlike the other ratios, this ratio is particularly known as the most beautiful and harmonious ratio among the ratios that determine the beauty of form. Therefore, it has been defined as an universal principle in the fields of art and design. Today, however, as various counterarguments are raised against the aesthetic value of the golden ratio, the golden ratio's beauty is losing its credibility. This study examined the most widely known misunderstandings regarding the golden ratio from counterargumentative viewpoints on the aesthetic value of the golden ratio, and researched this ratio's essential attributes. As a result, this study could confirm that the golden ratio was the mere numerical proportion that was artificially applied by a number of artists to obtain logical and systematic standards and inspirations at the phase of artistic expression. A subsequent analysis on the essential attributes of the golden ratio revealed the following fact. The golden ratio's core attribute is that when a certain object is consecutively divided at the ratio of 1:1.618, the divided objects have characteristics of the Fibonacci sequence. This study suggested utilization measures for this essential attribute of the golden ratio via an experimental application of the ratio to the grid system of design by utilizing the attribute. 황금비는 고대 그리스시대와 르네상스시대, 근·현대에 이르기 까지 다양한 분야에 널리 적용되어온 수학적 비례이다. 이 비례는 다른 비례와는 특별하게도 형태미를 규정하는 비례들 중에서 가장 아름답고 조화로운 비례로 알려져 있어, 예술과 디자인분야에 이르러 하나의 보편적인 원리로 정의되어왔다. 하지만 오늘날에 이르러 황금비가 지닌 미적가치에 대한 다양한 반론들이 제기되면서 황금비의 아름다움은 신빙성을 잃어가고 있다. 본 연구는 황금비가 지니는 미적가치에 대한 반론적인 시선에 입각하여 대표적으로 널리 알려진 황금비의 오해에 관해 고찰해 보았으며, 황금비의 본질적인 속성에 대해 연구하였다. 그 결과 황금비는 단지 많은 작가들의 예술적 표현 단계에 있어 논리적이고 체계적인 기준점과 영감을 얻기 위해 인위적으로 적용된 수학적 비례였음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이후 황금비의 본질적인 속성을 연구한 바에 의하면, 황금비의 속성은 어떠한 객체를 1:1.618의 비례로 연속 분할하였을 때 나누어진 객체들이 피보나치수열의 특성을 지니는 하나의 비례임을 알 수 있었으며, 이러한 속성을 활용하여 디자인의 그리드시스템에 실험적으로 적용함으로써 황금비의 본질적인 속성에 대한 활용방안을 제시하였다.
섬망을 호소하는 비경련성 간질 중첩증 환자에 대한 복합 한의치험 1례

Nonconvulsive Status Epilepticus(NCSE) refers to continuous epileptic condition with altered mental status and behavioral symptoms, but without convulsive movement at least 10 minutes. In Salzburg criteria, well known as the diagnostic criteria of NCSE, it is diagnosed with clinical symptoms, electroencephalogram (EEG), and effects before and after the use of antiepileptic drugs (AEDs). Commonly being used to treat NCSE, AEDs are likely to have adverse effects. In the present case, a 85-year-old female NCSE patient complaining delirium underwent combined Korean medical treatment by acupuncture and herbal medicine for 13 days. The effect of treatment was assessed with delirium scales including Delirium Rating Scale-Revised-98(DRS-R-98) and Assessment Test for Delirium & Cognitive Impairment(4AT) per 2 days. After the treatment, both DRS-R-98 and 4AT scores decreased, and orientation and mental status of patient improved. This case report suggests that Korean medical treatment might be an effective option without side for those NCSE patients complaining delirium.
