긴급재난문자 송출 내용에 따른 유동인구 특성 분석: 2022년 동해시와 밀양시 산불 재난을 중심으로

This paper analyzed changes in population mobility characteristics based on emergency disaster messages related to wildfires that occurred in 2022, using mobile data. The primary wildfires under analysis are the ones that occurred in Donghae City and Miryang City. Donghae City sent a total of six evacuation messages in response to the wildfire incidents, and all of the message contents specified particular evacuation locations. As a result, it was analyzed that there was a significant impact on changes in population mobility characteristics. On the other hand, in the case of Miryang City, a total of five evacuation messages were sent during the wildfire period, but not all messages specified a clear evacuation location,such as "A safe place". As a result, it was observed that there was minimal change in population mobility due to the lack of clear evacuation locations specified in the messages. These analysis results suggest the need for institutional improvements such as the standardization and specification of emergency alert message content when wildfires or similar disasters occur in different regions.

경제발전과 소득수준의 향상으로 인해 가구당 자동차등록대수의 증가에 따라 교통사고 발생 건수도 점점 증가되어왔다. 우리나라의 교통사고 건수는 매년 줄어들고 있지만 울산광역시의 경우 해마다 증가하는 추세이다. 울산광역시는 우리나라에서 2번째로 자동차보유대수가 높은 도시이자 유출입 교통량과 통행량이 많은 공업도시임에 따라 교통사고 발생에 대한 위험성이 따른다. 이에 본 연구에서는 울산광역시를 대상으로 교통사고 법규위반별 발생지점 분포특성을 도출하고 상관분석을 통해 도시 공간구조와 교통사고의 연관성을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 법규위반 중 신호위반의 밀집도가 가장 높게 나타났으며 외곽지역보다는 중심시가지에 사고가 군집된 패턴을 보였다. 또한 토지용도 중에서는 상업지역(달동, 삼산동, 신정동)에 교통사고가 밀집되어 나타났다. 연결도 및 국부통합도가 높은 달동, 삼산동, 신정동은 실제 교통사고 발생건수가 높았으며, 상관관계 또한 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 도시의 공간구조가 교통사고 분포패턴에 영향을 미치며 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있음을 확인하였다. The number of traffic accidents has also increased as the number of car registrations increases due to improvements in economic development and income levels. Traffic accident of Korea is getting lower, but The case of Ulsan-city is showing a growing trend every year. Ulsan is the second city with a high number of car ownerships in korea and an industrial city with high traffic volume, so there is a risk of traffic accidents. The purpose of this study is to investigate the distribution characteristics of traffic accidents by violation of law in Ulsan city and to analyze the relationship between traffic accidents by correlation analysis of urban spatial structure. As a result, among violations of the law, the density of signal violation was the highest and accident patterns were more clustered in urban area than outer area. Also traffic accidents was clustered in the commercial area(Dal-dong, Samsan-dong and Sinjeong-dong) among the landuse. Also these areas were a high number of traffic accidents and a coefficient of correlation about connectivity and local integration. It confirmed that the characteristics of a traffic accident and spatial construction of city have closely correlated with each other.
