        XMPP 프로토콜기반 안드로이드 휴대폰 정보 푸쉬 시스템

        본 논문에서는 XMPP(eXtensible Message and Presence Protocol) 프로토콜 기반 안드로이드 휴대폰 정보 푸쉬 시스템을 제안한다. 이를 위해 C/S 네트워크 환경에서 자바 언어와 eclipse 개발 도구로 XMPP 기반의 인스턴트 메시징 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 PC서버에서 휴대폰 클라이언트까지 메시지를 주고받을 수 있으며, 안드로이드 휴대폰에서 가지고 있는 Smack 패키지로 확장이 기능하게 하였다. 본 논문의 시스템은 기존의 XMPP 프로토콜을 이용한 응용 프로그램들 보다 파싱속도와 전송속도 면에서 성능이 우수함을 확인하였다. In this paper, android phone information push system based on the XMPP protocol is proposed. For this, we implement a XMPP(eXtensible Message and Presence Protocol) based instant message system in C/S network environment by using Java language and eclipse device. This system not only allows sending and receiving messages from the PC server to mobile phone client, but also enables the expansion into the smack package of an android phone. Thus, this system shown, in this paper has the better performance in transmission and transfer speed than those of the basic XMPP protocol system.

        객체 탐지를 이용한 블루베리 생육량 측정 시스템

        Abnormal climate at home and abroad causes a problem fruit tree production is reduced due to damage caused by frost in spring, and the production of various agricultural products is rapidly reduced in summer due to the influence of the rainy season and typhoons. In order to improve this, new problem-solving methods must be found in the agricultural environment, and it is necessary to seek a new direction from the center of large-scale production in agriculture to diversity and quality growth. In this paper, Its collect data on the environmental information and growth status of orchards using smart farms to increase the production of fruit trees in farms. We measure, analyze, and predict this data based on artificial intelligence to monitor the growth status and propose an algorithm to predict the right time to harvest fruit trees. o this end, the Raspberry Pi collects temperature, soil humidity, soil acidity, sunlight, and image data of fruit trees, which are information on the growth status of fruit trees on the farm, and stores them in the Hadoop distributed system. The collected fruit tree growth environment information is classified and judged as optimal information for growth, and is stored using the One-hot encoding technique, and the image data of the fruit tree is analyzed and classified using an object detection technique. In addition, the entire process of the growth measurement environment can be monitored through the web application, and the optimal harvest prediction time can be indicated.

        A review : atomic layer etching of metals

        As the limits of semiconductor integration are approached, the challenges in semiconductor processes have intensified. And, for the production of semiconductors with dimensions under a few nanometers and to resolve the issues related to nanoscale device fabrication, research on atomic layer etching (ALE) technology has been conducted. The investigation related to ALE encompasses not only silicon and dielectric materials but also metallic materials. Particularly, there is an increasing need for ALE in next-generation metal materials that could replace copper in interconnect materials. This brief review will summarize the concept and methods of ALE and describe recent studies on potential next-generation metal replacements for copper, along with their ALE processes.
