Class-I patatin genes, which encode the potato storage protein patatin, are tuber specific in their expression, and several promoter elements directing the tissuespecific expression of the patatin genes have been known for long time. However, the identity of the relevant transcription factors is still unknown. In this study, we show that K box, one of the protein-binding sites in a class-I patatin gene promoter, is a novel cis-regulatory element required for the tuber-specific expression of the gene. Subsequently, we isolated K-box-binding factors by yeast one-hybrid screening. Analysis of the factors revealed that they are MYB class transcription factors, which we named TSF1–4 (tuber-specific and sucrose-inducible elementbinding factors 1–4). TSFs possess transcriptional activity to various degrees, and overexpression of TSF2, which possesses the highest transcriptional activity, induced the ectopic expression of patatin genes in potato leaves. Our results strongly suggest that TSFs could play regulatory function in the expression of patatin genes in planta.

The purpose of this study is to address the relationship among usability, satisfaction, trust and passenger's loyalty in airline industry. Usability concept was adopted to measure how airline passengers are evaluating websites, call centers, kiosks, and mobile application when they achieve their transactional objectives. Also, usability as a strong antecedent, it will affect the passenger's satisfaction and trust and eventually loyalty. Using self-report questionnaire, survey was conducted at the Incheon International Airport and Kimpo International Airport with random sampling method. Total 427 valid responses were analyzed with Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) to verify the hypotheses. The result reveals that usability is positively related to passenger's satisfaction and trust, and satisfaction and trust significantly effect on loyalty. Consequently, managerial implications of managing airline companies' multichannels are proposed.

The SLA 3d printer is the first of the commercial 3D printer. The 3D printed output is printed hanging on the bed that move to the upper position. Sandblasted bed is used to prevent layer shift. If sandblasting is wrong, the 3D printed output is layer shifted. For this reason, 3D printer manufacturing companies inspect the bed surface. However, the sandblasted surface has variety of irregular shapes and craters, so it is difficult to establish a quality control standard. To solve problems, this paper presents a standardized sandblasting histogram and threshold. We present a filter that can increase the classification rate.
Valuation and hedging of options with general payoff undertransactions costs

We present the pricing and hedging method for options with general payoffs in the presence of transaction costs. The convexity of the payoff function - gamma of the options - is an important issue under transaction costs. When the payoff function is convex, Leland-style pricing and hedging method still works. However, if the payoff function is of general form, additional assumptions on the size of transaction costs or of the hedging interval are needed. We do not assume that the payoff is convex as in Leland [11] and the value of the Leland number is less (bigger) than 1 as in Hoggard et al. [10], Avellaneda and Par´as [1]. We focus on generally recognized asymmetry between the option sellers and buyers. We decompose an option with general payoff into difference of two options each of which has a convex payoff. This method is consistent with a scheme of separating out the seller’s and buyer’s position of an option. In this paper, we first present a simple linear valuation method of general payoff options, and also propose in the last section more efficient hedging scheme which costs less to hedge options.

Recently 3d printer industry has two demands. first is color 3d printing. second is mass production using 3d printer that has large bed. According to previous studies, 3D printed objects have different weights depending on filament colors. 3D printed tensile specimens with filaments of various colors were checked to see they had the same weight. If so, we wanted to see it was statistically significant. As a result, we found that the weight of 3D printed objects was statistically significantly different depending on the filament color. The average weight of 3d printed objects is: Black(8.63g), Blue(8.58g), Yellow(8.53g), White(8.48g), Natural(8.46g), Green (8.45g), Red(8.42g).
Commodity futures term structure model

A new approach to the commodity futures term structure model is introduced. The most salient feature of this model is that, once the interest rate model is given, the commodity futures price volatility is the only quantity that completely determines the model. As a consequence this model enables one to do away with the drudgeries of having to deal with the convenience yield altogether, which has been the most thorny point so far.
다구찌법을 이용한 환형 휜 형태의 3D프린터 heatsink의 Nusselt number 계산을 위한 CFD 격자에 대한 연구

Research has been conducted on a wide variety of 3D printer circular fin heads. In this study, we proposed a sequence and method for a more efficient mesh study in the CFD model to calculate the Nusselt number of the circular fin head of an FDM 3D printer using the Taguchi method, sensitivity, and ANOVA. As a result, the CFD model to calculate the Nusselt number of the circular fin head of an FDM 3D printer has high sensitivity and contribution in the order of Base target mesh size, Prism layer number, and Prism layer thickness. We propose to increase work efficiency by performing mesh optimization in the order of factors with high sensitivity to level changes.
