연구목적: 본 연구는 기 시공된 앵커의 안전관리에 대하여 고찰을 실시하고 이를 통해 현장에서 실시한 리프트오프 시험결과를 평가한다. 또한 필요 시 대책공법에 대하여 연구하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 현장의 가시설 배면 36개의 지점에 리프트오프 시험을 수행한 후 얻어진 잔존긴장력에 대해 강연선항복하중, 허용긴장력 및 설계긴장력과 비교한다. 또한 이를 통해 안정성을 분석하고 앵커의 안정상태를 평가한다. 연구결과 및 결론: 시험결과 26개 지점의 잔존긴장력은 안정상태에 있었다. 그러나 10개 지점에서 잔존긴장력이 설계긴장력 보다 크고 허용긴장력 보다 작은 것으로 분석되었고 파단문제가 발생할 수 있는 불안정상태인 것으로 평가되었다. 따라서 10개 지점에서 나타난 불안정상태의 앵커는 주기적인 계측과 품질시험을 통한 관리 및 관찰을 수행해야 하며 해당 지점뿐 아니라 주변 지점에 대해서도 주기적인 관찰을 실시하여 안정상태를 유지시켜야 한다. Purpose: This study examines the safety management of anchors that have already been constructed and evaluates the results of lift-off tests conducted at the site. The purpose of the project is to study countermeasures if necessary. Method: Compare the residual load gained after the lift-off test at 36 points behind the site with the preemptive load, allowable load, and design load. We also analyze stability through this and evaluate the stability of anchors. Results and Conclusion: The residual tension at 26 points remained stable. However, the residual load at 10 points was analyzed to be greater than the designed load and less than the allowable load, and it was evaluated as an instability that could cause fracture problems. Therefore, anchors with unstable conditions at 10 points should be monitored and monitored through periodic measurements and quality tests, and the anchor should be observed at the surrounding points as well as the relevant points to maintain stability.

N/A Background: The diagnosis and differential diagnosis of mycosis fungoides(MF) is often difficult, clinically and histologically. A variety of inflammatory dermatoses may be seen with similar clinical and histological features. Given the limitation of histologic diagnosis in the early MF, an ancillary method to demonstrate a clonal T cell proliferation would be helpful. Recent attempts to enhance diagnostic sensitivity have involved T-cell receptor(TCR) gene rearrangement studies, using polymerase chain reaction(PCR) technique. Objective : The purpose of this study was the value of PCR detection of TCR y gene rearrangement in the diagnosis of early MF. Materials and Methods . Thirty-two cases of paraffin embedded tissue(PET) from patients of early MF were investigated for the presence of TCR y gene rearrangement using a nested FCR technique and analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE). As a control, PET from patients of 6 psoriasis, 3 lichen planus, 1 neurodermatitis, and 1 allergic contact dermatitis were tested. Results : Monoclonal TCR γ gene rearrangement was detected in 28 out of 32 (88%) patients with early MF and in none out of 11 patients with inflammatory skin diseases. Conclusion : TCR γ gene rearrangement studies on lesional skin using PCR may be helpful as an adjunct to the histopathologic diagnosis of early MF. ( Korean J Dermatol 2001;39(11) : 1231~1237)
상용 부가중합형 실리콘 고무인상재의 인장강도와 유동학적 특성에 관한 연구

Dental impression materials should have adequate rheological properties to allow adequate mix and flow through mixing tip and allow penetration to every detail of the mouth. It should flow easily into the interproximal surfaces, sulcus areas, and sharp line angles, Moreover, after setting, it should have sufficient tear strength, elasticity, dimensional stability, accuracy, and adequate strain in compression property for respective clinical situations. This study investigated for the mechanical and rheological properties of commercially leading auto-mixing addition polymerization silicone rubber impression materials. Six types of low-viscosity (LV) addition silicone materials [Aquasil LV, Bisico super-hydrophil S4, Charmflex, Exahiflex, Examixfine, Provil NOVO fast-set, and two types of medium-viscosity (MV) materials [Aquasil monophase, Honigum automix-mono] were evaluated. Viscosities of base and catalyst pastes, viscosity changes with the elapsed time after mixing the two pastes, tensile strength, and permanent deformation were evaluated for five replicate samples. For the evaluation of the shear thinning effects of the materials, the viscosity changes with the elapsed time after mixing were measured at rotor rotation speeds of 1 rpm and 10 rpm. The percentage changes of the values were evaluated for each samples at specific time after mixing. Provil NOVO fast-set showed the lowest viscosity value among the LV materials. The base paste of Exahiflex showed rather higher viscosity than those of MV Aquasil monophase and it had relatively lower shear thinning effect, by which a difficulty on mixing was experienced. Charmflex and Provil NOVO fast-set showed greater shear thinning effect. Provil NOVO fast-set and Aquasil LV showed significantly higher tensile strength among LV materials. Moreover, Provil NOVO fast-set had low viscosity and high shear thinning effect demonstrating its desirable physical properties. The tensile strength values of MV materials were greatly different by the brand of tested materials. Charmflex showed the lowest elastic recovery value among the tested materials, and its curing rate was unfavorable for manipulation. Examixfine and Honigum had adequate curing rate. From the results obtained, it is prudent that selecting adequate material with consideration of the most required property in each specific clinical situation after getting information of the strong and weak points of each product, because the tensile strength, elasticity, setting rate, and flow characteristics of the commercial vinyl polysiloxane dental impression materials are different by the differences of types and products.

회복전압 측정법(RVM: Recovery voltage measurement)은 최근 유럽지역에서 활발히 연구 진행되고 있는 절연 진단 기법 중의 하나로 소개된바 있으며, 오일과 절연지 사이에 스며든 수분량을 검출할 수 있는 진단 시스템기법이다. 변압기 내부의 절연물질에 대한 분극특성을 분석함으로서 열화진행정도 및 열화정도를 진단하는데 활용될 수 있다. 본 논문은 국산화의 일환으로 전기계측제어용 LabVIEW 프로그램을 활용하여 RVM 전 과정을 자동으로 사용할 수 있도록 자체 제작한 프로그램을 소개하고자 한다.
