지구성 운동시 혈청 CPK, LDH, LDH Isoenzyme 및 젖산 반응

This study was done to compare the response of serum CPK, LDH and LDH isoenzyme to submaximal exercise in middle aged trained and sedentary male and evaluate the effect of regular physical activity on the enzyme response during exercise. The subjects were 14 men participating regularly in physical activity (amateur soccer team) and 14 sedentary men. All subjects were asked to perform bicycle ergometer exercise at the level of 70% HRmax during 40 minutes. The blood samples were drawn from each subject's antecubital vein by catheter all five times (pre, 10min., 20min, 40min, post 30min) and analyzed LDH, CPK, LDH isoenzyme and lactate. The results obtained from data analysis were as follows ; 1. The peak level of lactate concentration appeared at 20min-exercise in both groups and sedentary group showed significantly higher level of lactate than exercise group (4.27 : 4.92mM, p<05) 2. Serum CPK in exercise group significantly increased at 10min and 20min exercise (p<01-0.05), but thereafter decreased down to pre-level at 40min exercise and after 30min-recovery. On the other hand, in sedentary group serum CPK consistantly increased during all exercise time course and maintained high level after 30min-recovery compared to pre-level. Therefore, the changes of serum CPK level at 40 min exercise and 30min recovery showed significant difference between two groups. 3. Although serum LDH showed similar changes with serum CPK in both groups, there was no significant difference between exercise group and sedentary group. 4. The heart specific LDH isoenzyme decreased consistantly during exercise, while the muscle specific LDH isoenzyme, especially, LDH_5 increased according to time course in both groups. Although these changes appeared more remarkably in sedentary group than in exercise group, there was no significant difference between both groups.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of mental training with brain-wave feedback on mental attention and energy substrates after maximal exercise. All subjects were 22 male athletics in basket-ball on J, C university. They were divided into control and training group. The treadmill exercise protocol test for this study was performed on modify`s Bruce protocol. Subjects reported to the laboratory on a morning following an overnight fast. No food, coffee, tobacco, alcohol, and exercise was allowed 12 hour before experiment. Blood samples were taken from antecubital vein in rest. All data were analyzed by t ? test or ANOVA with repeated measures of SPSS. The results were as follows : 1. The changes of mental attention level were significantly difference between before and after mental training. 2. The changes of blood glucose and ammonia concentration following maximal exercise were no significantly difference between control and training group. 3. The changes of blood lactate concentration following maximal exercise were significantly difference between control and training group. In conclusion, mental bio-feedback training had an effect on the change in mental attention and blood lactate following maximal exercise. Therefore, this results suggested that mental bio-feedback training has associated with improved mental attention level as well as increased recovery capacity on physical fatigue. More effective and various mental bio-feedback training programs should be develop in the near future to be helpful to the athletics.

MR findings of 32 cases of histologically proven pineal region masses and mass-like lesions were analyzed retrospectively to evaluate characteristics of their signal intensity and morphology. MRI was performed on a 1.5T(GE/Signa) or 0.35T(Diasonics) system using spin-echo sequences. The lesions included germinoma(9 cases), teratoma(3), embryonal cell carcinoma(1), choriocarcinoma(1), glial cyst(3), dermoid(1), epidermoid(2), pineocytoma(2), pineoblastoma(2) meningioma(3), astrocytoma(3), CVM(1) and AVM(1). MRI is quite helpful to suggest pineal region masses and mass-like lesions as glial cyst, teratoma, dermoid, epidermoid, pineoblastoma, meningioma, CVM, AVM and also helpful to decide the origin or location of the mass with identifying displacement of the internal cerebral vein, vein of Galen and basal vein of Rosenthal which showed signal void of flow on both T1 and T2 weighted images.
