The cooling load in winter is significant in buildings and hotels because of the usage of office equipments and the high efficiency of wall insulation. Hence, the development of a multi-heat pump that can cover heating and cooling simultaneously for each indoor unit is required. In this study, the performance of a simultaneous heating and cooling heat pump was investigated in the heat recovery mode (HR mode). The system adopted a variable speed compressor using R410A with four indoor units and one outdoor unit. In the HR mode, the capacity and COP were improved as compared with those in the cooling or heating mode because the waste heat in the outdoor unit was utilized as useful heat in the indoor units. However, energy imbalance between heating and cooling capacity of each indoor unit was observed in the 2H-1C HR mode. Therefore, the performance of the system in the 2H-1C HR mode was enhanced by controlling refrigerant flow rate through the outdoor unit.

In this study, semi lumped parameter thermal modelling is developed for transient analysis of 4 kW TEFC(totally enclosed fan cooled) induction motor. In order to validate the method, the previous experimental and analytic results using lumped parameter thermal modelling is adopted from Amar Bousbaine (1993). Various heat transfer coefficient correlations are chosen for this modelling, which are from literatures and widely applied for heat transfer analysis accompanying with the laminar or turbulent flow around electric motors. The results show comparatively similar tendency except for stator and end cap air region, which are limited in calculation due to complicated heat transfer mechanism nearby and intrinsic simplicity of semi lumped parameter thermal modelling.
부산의 경제 및 산업 특성을 고려한 금융지원 제고 방향

부산에 대한 선행연구는 대부분 특정 분야나 산업에 국한하여 경제를 진단한 반면, 경제 전체의 관점에서 경제의 변화와 금융 현황을 분석하고, 산업재편 방향을 도출한 연구는 희소하다. 본 연구는 부산의 산업 변화와 금융지원 추이를 각각 경제 전반 및 산업별, 지역별 영향으로 구분하는 변이할당분석으로 진단하고, 부산 경제의 현황을 평가한다. 분석 결과, 종사자 수 변동에 대하여, 부산 고유의 산업 경쟁력을 나타내는 지역특성효과에서는 “사회복지서비스업”, “전문서비스업”, “전문직별 공사업” 등 비제조업이 상위 10개 산업 중 6개를 차지하고 있다. 제조업에서는 “기타 운송 장비업”과“전자부품, 컴퓨터, 영상, 음향통신 장비업”등에서 지역특성효과가 크다. 부가가치 변동의 경우 지역특성효과가 큰 상위 10개 산업 중 3개 산업이 비제조업이다. 총대 출액 변동에서 지역특성효과는 대부분 제조업에서 나타났다. 이를 종합하면 제조업은 고용이나 부가가치 창출에서 지역 경쟁력이 명백하지 않음에도 금융 지원이 집중되고 있으며, 서비스업은 지역 특화 가능성이 큼에도 금융 지원은 취약하다. 본 논문은 이 같은 분석과 평가에 기반하여 산업 간 시너지 창출을 위한 전후방 연계형 산업에 대한 지원, 신기술 기반 제조업을 위한 선택과 집중 전략, 서비스업 고부가가치를 위한 신용공급 강화를 제안한다. While the previous studies have been focused on a specific field or industry of Busan economy, studies on the change of Busan's economy and the financial situation from a comprehensive perspective, and the direction of Busan's industrial restructuring are rare. This study analyzes Busan's industrial changes and financial support trends through Shift-share analysis, and appraises the current status of Busan's economy. This study finds that six out of the top ten industries, which indicates the unique industrial competitiveness of Busan on the number of workers, are non-manufacturing industries, such as social welfare service, professional service, and professional construction. Unlike the results in the number of workers, the results of value-added fluctuations reveal that only three out of the top ten are non-manufacturing industries from the regional characteristic competitiveness. When it comes to total loans, most of the regional characteristics are found in the manufacturing industry. In sum, financial support has been concentrated in the manufacturing industry even though regional competitiveness in terms of employment or value-added creation has not been strong.. On the other hand, even though the service industry has a high potential for regional specialization, financial support has been weak. Based on the analysis and evaluation, this study proposes financial support for upstream and downstream connected industries to create synergies among industries, selection and concentration strategies for the manufacturing industry based on new technology, and strengthening credit supply for high added value in the service industry.

In this study, grid tests have been conducted on a transient heat transfer modelling for electric motors in order to study the effect of the number of elements in the modelling. First, the modelling has developed using finite difference method to simulate the temperature change inside the motors when heat losses and cooling occurs. The number of elements in components in the motors such as a shaft, rotor, coil, stator, and frame are set to variables in the modelling. In this study, the number of elements of the coil and stator are altered and the result of each temperature are examined.
지식경영 과정들에 대한 사회적 자본, 원가기획시스템과 정보기술 하부구조의 영향

This study empirically investigated the effects of the target costing system as well as information technology(IT) infrastructure on the knowledge management processes(i.e., socialization, externalization, combination and internalization) and the performance of a firm. This study also examined an impact of the social capital(i.e., inter-departmental communication, trust, cooperation and integration) on the adoption and development of the target costing and the IT infrastructure. The results of this study showed that inter-departmental communication, trust and integration have a significant positive impact on the adoption of the target costing. It was also found that the effects of inter-departmental communication and integration on the development of storage and transfer infrastructure are significant and positive. However, in the adoption of search infrastructure, only the impact of inter-departmental integration was significant. The results of regression analyses presented that the target costing has significant influence on the four processes of knowledge management. It was also observed that the effects of storage and transfer infrastructure on combination are significant and positive. In search infrastructure, the impact on combination and internalization was significant. According to the results of this study, it was found that when the adoption level of the target costing is high, search infrastructure mainly affects the three processes(i.e., socialization, combination and internalization). However, under a low adoption level of the target costing, the impact of storage and transfer infrastructure on the whole processes was significant and positive. Thus, it is assumed that storage and transfer infrastructure complements a low level of the target costing adoption through the active transfer and sharing of explicit and tacit knowledge.
가스방전관(GDT)을 적용한 서지보호장치 회로의 DC 동작전압 최적조건 고찰

It is made compulsory to install SPD for the purpose of protecting electric and electronic devices when an abnormal voltage such as lightning occurs to power line using power frequency of 60㎐. Recently, the high speed communication technology utilizing power line is receiving attention again as a communication technology for smart grid. The SPD influences the performances of power line communication when using SPD and power line communication system together. In order to improve the performance of power line communication, a proposed scheme for series connection of gas discharge tube to ZnO varistor was presented. This paper measured the impacts of series connection of GDT to SPD using ZnO varistor on the limit voltage of Class Ⅲ SPD. This paper also presented the DC operating voltage of GDT which satisfies the limit voltage of power line communication system and SPD simultaneously.
