        멀티헤비테이션의 유형화 및 관련 주생활 라이프스타일 현황조사

        The purpose of this study is to clarify multi-habitation, a new phenomenon in which inhabitants in urban areas reside in primarily condominiums on weekdays and retreat to dwellings in rural areas on weekends, and to examine the various life styles related to multi-habitation. Through the interviews and site surveys, three major subtypes of multi-habitation were identified to support the theoretical framework: interchange style, sedentary style, and special style. Findings include that first, in order to discuss multi-habitation, the terms primary home and secondary home are introduced. Based on the concept of primary home and secondary home, a variety of multi-habitation can be described using spatial locations in urban and rural areas. Second, systematic deregulation for the second home ownership should be made to promote citizens' interchange. Also urban residents should make more efforts to integrate into rural communities. Third, for some remote areas such as Cheju Island, it is observed that multi-habitation is limited by cost, time, and lifestyle.

        다속성 빅데이터로부터 유용한 정보 추출에 관한 연구 - 서울시 1인 가구를 중심으로 -

        This study proposes a data-mining analysis method for examining variable multi-attribute big-data, which is considered to be more applicable in social science using a Correspondence Analysis of variables obtained by AIC model selection. The proposed method was applied on the Seoul Survey from 2005 to 2010 in order to extract interesting rules or patterns on characteristics of single household. The results found as follows. Firstly, this paper illustrated that the proposed method is efficiently able to apply on a big dataset of huge categorical multi attributes variables. Secondly, as a result of Seoul Survey analysis, it has been found that the more dissatisfied with residential environment the higher tendency of residential mobility in single household. Thirdly, it turned out that there are three types of single households based on the characteristics of their demographic characteristics, and it was different from recognition of home and partner of counselling by the three types of single households. Fourthly, this paper extracted eight significant variables with a spatial aggregated dataset which are highly correlated to the ratio of occupancy of single household in 25 Seoul Municipals, and to conclude, it investigated the relation between spatial distribution of single households and their demographic statistics based on the six divided groups obtained by Cluster Analysis.

        고객 질의 문서 자동 분류를 위한 학습 알고리즘 성능 평가

        최근 인터넷의 보급으로 전자상거래가 대중들에게 나타났고 현재 기업들의 경영환경 변화를 주도하고 있다. 전자상거래에서는 기업이 고객과의 유지 및 관계 구축을 위하여 고객이 원하는 것이 무엇인가를 파악하고 그것을 고객에게 제안하는 여러 가지 고객 채널을 가지고 있는데, 그 중 게시판과 전자메일은 고객의 질의를 직접적으로 들을 수 있는 인바운드(Inbound) 정보로서 매우 중요한 채널로 다루어지고 있다. 그러나 현재 운영되는 전자상거래의 게시판과 전자메일은 체계적인 관리와 처리과정 없이 질의와 답변이 이루어지고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점의 해결을 위해 인공지능 분야의 문서 분류에서 널리 사용되고 있는 기계학습 알고리즘 중 대표적인 나이브 베이지안(Naive Bayesian), TFIDF, 신경망, k-NN 알고리즘을 도입하여 전자상거래에서 존재하는 여러 가지 고객 질의의 카테고리를 자동으로 분류할 수 있도록 함으로써 관리자가 정확한 답변을 신속하게 처리할 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고 도입한 알고리즘의 고객 질의 문서 자동 분류 성능 실험을 통해 어떤 알고리즘이 우수한 분류 성능을 나타내는지 확인하였으며 실험 결과 나이브 베지이지안 알고리즘이 95%이상의 높은 분류 성능을 나타내는 것을 확인하였다. Electric commerce of surpassing the traditional one appeared before the public and has currently led the change in the management of enterprises. To establish and maintain good relations with customers, electric commerce has various channels for customers that understand what they want to and suggest it to them. The bulletin board and e-mail among em are inbound information that enterprises can directly listen to customers' opinions and are different from other channels in characters. Enterprises can effectively manage the bulletin board and e-mail by understanding customers' ideas as many as possible and provide them with optimum answers. It is one of the important factors to improve the reliability of the notice board and e-mail as well as the whole electric commerce. Therefore this thesis researches into methods to classify various kinds of documents automatically in electric commerce; they are possible to solve existing problems of the bulletin board and e-mail, to operate effectively and to manage systematically.         멀티헤비테이션의 발전 가능성 및 수요특성 분석

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the concept, the necessity, and the increase of popularity of multi-habitation, a new life style in which inhabitants in urban areas reside in primarily condominiums during weekdays and retreat to dwellings in rural areas on the weekends. This paper also focuses on finding implication messages from analyzing the demand of multi-habitation in a survey which was conducted for 735 people who live in Seoul and the surrounding metropolitan areas in July 2009. Analysis of literature shows that based on five aspects (population structure, social economy, lifestyle, tourism, and housing market) this dynamic lifestyle, multi-habitation, is believed to be common in South Korea, and may increase in popularity in the near future. The results of the survey illustrate that the respondents show high interest in multi-habitation, and their most preferred locations are the green areas around the Seoul metropolitan area, which are one to two hours away by car. Moreover, regarding the participants' preferences in rural areas they were classified into three groups; those who want to reside in a nature environment, those who want to reside near family and in a close community, and those who want to reside in an environment that has essential facilities and easy accessibility.

        주택통계 지표간의 상관분석을 이용한 아파트 주거 확산에 관한 고찰

        This study is to find some clues about background or causes of the mass supply of apartments in Korea in terms of correlation analysis using 30 indices extracted from the representative housing statistics data. Some findings include that the supply ratio of apartments is deeply related to 'average floor area ratio' and 'the construction amount of Dagagu housing and Dasedae housing' from the perspective of housing flow. Instead, from the perspective of housing stock, the supply amount of apartments is strongly related to 'housing redevelopment construction' and 'housing construction by public sector'. These indices are involved deeply in the spread of apartments, however, because the indices that used in the analysis are mutually highly related and the indices related to housing policy or system are absent, a critical index for the spread of apartments was not found.

        나이브 베이지안 분류기를 이용한 게시물 자동 분류를 위한 eCRM 에이전트 시스템

        최근 전자 상거래에서 사용하고 있는 게시판은 고객의 능동적인 참여로 운영되며, 게시물은 고객의 직접적인 의사를 들을 수 있는 인 바운드(Inbound)정보로서 다른 eCRM을 위한 고객 접점 채널 과는 성격이 다른 도구이다. 또한 게시판의 효과적인 운영은 게시판 자체의 신뢰도를 향상 시키고 나아가 전자 상거래 전체의 신뢰도를 높여 줄 수 있는 중요한 eCRM 도구이다. 그러나 현재 대부분의 전자상거래에서 운영하는 게시판은 기 분류된 카테고리를 고객이 직접 수동으로 선정하도록 되어 있고, 이렇게 임의로 분류되는 게시물에 대하여 체계적인 처리 과정 없이 답변이 이루어지기 때문에 답변을 하는데 많은 시간이 소요 되고 있으며, 정확한 답변이 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 여러 가지 종류의 게시물에 대하여 나이브 베이지안 분류기를 이용하여 게시판의 기존 문제점의 해결과 효과적인 운영 그리고 게시물의 체계적인 분류 관리를 할 수 있는 게시물 자동 분류기를 설계하고 구현하였다. 아울러 문서 분류 학습 기법 중 대표적인 TFIDF. k-NN, 나이브 베이지안 기법들의 게시물 분류 성능을 측정하여 채택한 나이브 베이지안 분류기의 우수성을 확인 하였다. The customer's bulletin board is the important channel to get opinions from customers directly. The effective management of the bulletin board for the customer improves the reliance by providing the best replies and by accepting opinions of the customer and furthermore, that can raise the customer's reliance of the whole shopping mall is the important eCRM method. But, the present mostly customer's bulletin board is been replied without any classifying about many kinds of question. Consequently, The shopping mall should do systematic management of the best professional reply about many kinds of question. In order to resolve this problem, we implement a classifier called Naive Bayesian classifier is classified automatically bulletin board for eCRM of shopping mall.

        한국 현대 조경의 한국성 논의를 위한 기초 연구

        The purpose of this study is to mate a basic foundation for the discourse of Koreanness of contemporary Korean landscape architecture by way of searching the conceptual definitions of Koreanness through analysis of Koreanness discourses. The results are that discourses of Koreanness are to be classified in aesthetics type, spatial-temporal type, and cultural type. Aesthetics type is understood as style in terms of formal and design representation planning principles of spatial composition and immanence in terms of philosophy. Spatial-temporal type is understood as contemporaneity. This is classified as the concept of connoting of tradition, and separating and keeping a distance from tradition. Cultural type is prescribed as cultural identity. This is classified as unity, generality and individuality. The intension of Koreanness of these types is represented as an aspect changing and shifting from one regulation to another regulation. First, in the concerns of substantial archetypes like Korean original form, decorative element, spatial composition aesthetic perception and philosophy, Koreanness shifts to the point of view of contemporaniety which is created and defined in history. Second, Koreanness as contemporaniety shows a trend of shifting the point of view which is to be found through the reconsideration on modem history and modernism. Third, Koreanness defined as cultural identity shows a trend to emphasize the differences in other cultures and includes all the modem cultural agents. The number of views understood as individuality and denial are small but provide important points. Programmatic definition of Koreanness is not suitable. This basic study uses a stipulative or operational definition of Koreanness in many ways such as spatial and regional identity. Koreanness study for Korean contemporary landscape architecture requires a systematic understanding of modernity and colonization relating to identity. Also, it is needed to elaborate on the discourse to divide the meaning of a concept of identity.

        아파트 구매에 관한 소비자의 구매행동과 의식 특성 - 일본 신규 분양아파트 구매자를 대상으로 -

        Recently there has been an apparent paradigm shift in housing market towards customer oriented approach. In the midst of increasing competition, there is indeed a need to better understand of customers, and to quickly respond to their individual needs and wants. In this background, this paper aims to show a scientific marketing approach in housing industries, and to provide general information on Japanese condominium housing market in terms of a brief historical overview and recent market situation. Results include that there exists an about twenty year time lag in the start of condominium housing supply in the private sector between Korea and Japan. Besides, more efforts should be paid to the diversity or locality of the supplied housing type or design, especially condominium apartments in Korea compared to those of Japan. Among others this paper emphasized on illustrating the actual applications of analysis on consumers' purchasing behavior and latent conscious coupled with some statistical techniques, which may lead marketers or decision makers to forecast more accurate customers demands.

        연안역 통합관리에서의 GIS 활용 방안 -오염부하량 산출을 중심으로-

        본 연구에서는 천수만유역을 대상으로 오염부하량을 산출하고 연안을 관리하는데 Gli의 활용방안을 연구하였다 오염원 관리의 단위인 유역 범위는 하계망 분석을 통하여 하천의 길이, 차수, 유역면적 등을 고려한 후, 수치지도에서 DEM을 이용하여 정성적인 방법으로 선정하였다. 천수만 유역은 총 6개의 단위유역과 33개의 소유역으로 구분되었으며, 단위유역과 소유역별 오염부하량의 차이가 크게 나타났다. 각 유역에서 산출된 오염부하략은 오염원 관리 측면에서 유역구분의 효용성을 검토하는 자료로 활용되며, 수질측정 및 환경기초시설의 입지 선정에도 이용 가능하다. The purpose if the study is to apply GIS technique to sample area, Choensoo-Bay basin for an efficient and practical coastal zone management if pollution control. The basins, Unit if pollution control, are selected with qualitative analysis using DEM after considered river length, degree and area of basin through channel network analysis. Choensoo-Bay basin is divided with 6 zones to 33 subordinate zones. It is found to be a big difference of pollutant loads in each zone. The pollutant loads use to review for efficient zoning. And also the result apply to measurement of water quality and building for environmental infrastructure.

        주거 획일화와 극복방안에 대한 기초적 연구

        The aim of this paper is to study on the background and the reasons of the uniformity of housing type and planning, and to find ways of coping with the related problems, focusing on the uniformity of apartment housing and it's excessive typical planning. In this process, I try to take suggestive hints from the case of Japan which already made an issue of uniformity of housing type and promoted the handling measure for the problem in a national level. The result includes that supplied apartment housing in Korea occupies about 80% of total housing supply each year, and the reasons for the increased apartment housing supply are attributed to many interactive influence factors. One of the influence factors is ascribed to mass housing system where many academic theories have supported the system under the interdisciplinary cooperation. In the case of Japan too many supplied condominium housing provoked the uniformity problem, however, the establishment of HOPE plan and a special association board oriented to the study of regional housing planning under Architectural Institute of Japan have considerably relaxed the uniformity problem.
