유증기 회수설비 유무에 따른 주유소 근로자들의 요중 trans, trans-Muconic acid, Hippuric acid에 관한 연구

Objectives: This study aims to investigate the excretion aspect of urinary t, t-MA and hippuric acid by measuring concentrations of urinary metabolites according to the use of gasoline vapor recovery system. Materials:In order to analyze urinary metabolites, samples from the 23 gas station workers ten gas stations in the Seoul and Gyeonggi Province area were collected once daily after work. In addition, a survey was conducted on work factors and lifestyle habits as factors affecting the concentration of urinary metabolites. Results: The average concentrations of t, t-MA and hippuric acid after work were 0.124±0.177 mg/g creatinine and 0.557±0.251 g/g creatinine among workers at gas stations where gasoline vapor recovery systems were installed. The average concentrations of t, t-MA and hippuric acid were 0.160±0.113 mg/g creatinine and 0.682±0.619 g/g creatinine among workes at gas stations where gasoline vapor recovery systems were not installed. Average concentrations were higher at gas stations where a gasoline vapor recovery system was not installed, but the differences were not statistically significant differences. Urinary t, t-MA and hippuric acid average concentrations of smokers and non-smokers were higher in the gas stations where gasoline a vapor recovery system was not installed. T, t-MA as a factor evaluation affecting the concentration of urinary metabolites was not statistically significant in all factors, while hippuric acid was statistically significant only for age(p=0.024). Conclusions: The average concentrations of urinary t, t-MA and hippuric acid were higher in gas stations where gasoline vapor recovery systems were not installed compared to gas stations where such a system was installed. There needs to be an assessment of biological monitoring according to refueling activity considering skin absorption of benzene and toluene and presence of gasoline vapor recovery system.

Recently, the Fourth Industrial Revolution is underway in all industries, among which Smart Factory plays an important role. According to these trends, the importance of securing standardized data and indicators that are the basis of process automation and data-based processes is emerging. In particular, the injection molding fields are still dependent on the know-how, so it is necessary to secure data-based indicators. In this study, the quality was matched with the pressure profile by using the in-mold sensor and data-based quality improvement methodology was established. In addition, the standardization of injection conditions for molds which are transferred to mass production centers to minimizing unnecessary loss contributing stabilization of early quality of product.

Special Service Tool, which is specially manufactured to enable work that cannot be repaired with general tools during automobile maintenance, has relatively low production quantity and high production cost. Therefore, the application of 3D printing on it could be effective in that the technology is powerful for small serial production. In this study, to verify the effectiveness of Special Service Tool applying 3D printing technology, the Gap Filler Ribbon for the electric vehicle battery aftermarket service was selected as a pilot part and developed. In order to maximize the effect through 3D printing, the shape was optimized and the SMX structure was applied to the element inside the Static Mixer, and was consolidated with the Gap Filler Ribbon. Through this optimization, Gap Filler Ribbon has reduced production time, cost, the number of parts, weight, and working hours compared to existing models. In addition, it has suggested the possibility of innovating the supply chain through 3D printing technology from a long-term perspective.

최근 200년 동안 지구 평균온도는 약 1도씨 상승하였으며 전세계 탄소배출량은 300억 ton-CO2 eq.을 넘어 400억 ton-CO2 eq. 가까이 이르고 있다. 온실가스에 기인한 기후변화에 대한 대응으로 신재생에너지원 이용을 가속화하는 에너지전환 정책이 추진되고 있다. 발전, 산업, 수송, 건물, 바이오 및 폐기물 분야에 이어 농축수산분야에서도 탄소배출량을 저감하려는 다양한 시도가 진행되고 있다. 본 발표에서는 한국에너지기술연구원 주관으로 수행중인 원예시설에서의 에너지 자립화방안 연구 일부를 소개하고자 한다. 연구목적은 차세대 영농인들을 위하여 재생에너지기반 온실에너지 공급 모델을 제안하는 것이다. 연구방법은 대수층 계간축열기술, 수열히트펌프기술, 목재펠릿보일러기술을 온실에너지공급원으로 이용하고 무축열조 공조기술을 적용하는 것이다. 이를 통해 우리나라 에너지 이용량 2.4 억 TOE의 약 1%를 차지하는 원예시설에서의 에너지자립화에 기여하고자 한다.

This paper presents a numerical investigation on detonation of a kerosene-air mixture in the elastoplastic metal tubes and the structural responses associated with combustion instability. A single step Arrhenius rate law and Johnson-Cook strength model are used to describe the chemical reaction of kerosene-air mixture and the plastic flow of the elastoplastic metal tube. Also the effect of the tube thickness is investigated on the resulting deflagration to detonation transition.
작은 관 내 케로신-공기 혼합물의 비정상 연소 현상 모델링

본 연구는 액체로켓 연소기의 연소불안정으로부터 야기 될 수 있는 국소 폭발에 의해 연소기 구조체에 발생할 수 있는 변형 혹은 파손을 예측하고, 관내의 연소불안정에 의한 구조응답 특성을 해석할 수 있는 모델의 기초연구로써 작은 금속관에서의 케로신-공기 혼합물의 데토네이션을 모델링하였다. 케로 신-공기 혼합물은 데토네이션 모사를 위한 1단계 아레니우스 형태의 화학 반응식을 이용하였고 금속관은 Johnson-Cook 강성모델을 활용하여 연소에서 발생한 압력으로 인한 관의 소성변형을 모델링하였다. 두꺼운 관과 얇은 관의 해석 결과 비교를 통하여 데토네이션 압력에 의한 얇은 관의 소성 변형을 확인하고 이로 인해 발생되는 팽창파 및 압력/밀도 감소 현상을 확인하였다. As increasing the requirement for low carbon technology, it has become very important to reduce carbon emissions in agriculture as well. In particular, in the case of greenhouses, it is an urgent issue to reduce the amount of carbon generated from heating and cooling supplied for crop cultivation. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to design an energy farm using various renewable energy sources. In this paper, the environmental measurement-monitoring system was introduced which was built in the convergence energy farm (located in Janggi-ri 1187) for the efficient and reliable operation. In addition, system optimization to increase battery life time was studied for efficient operation.
