      • 교통장애인의 교통복지 포용정책에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 교통장애인의 이동편의 증진을 위한 여러 정책을 살펴보고 교통복지 측면에서 문제점과 개선방안을 찾아보고, 교통복지 포용정책에 있어서 교통장애인의 이동권과 규제 강화에 따른 딜레마현상을 확인하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구의 범위는 2005년 「교통약자의 이동편의증진법」을 제정이래 우리나라의 현재 상황에 한정하고, 공간적 범위는 국내와 해외 교통장애인의 이동편의 증진과 관련된 교통복지 포용정책을 관리하는 중앙부처로 한정하였다. 선행연구에서 교통장애인의 교통안전에 대한 시설의 기능, 실천적, 정책적 대안을 제시하고 있지만, 상대적으로 교통장애인의 교통복지의 포괄적인 관련 현황과 언론보도분석, 법률 등과 사례연구에는 간과되고 있는 실정이다. 교통장애인의 교통안전문제가 쟁점화 되었을 때 그와 관련된 특성별 문제해결의 핵심적 요인을 찾아서 정책자원을 집중적으로 투여하여 문제를 해결하는 전략이 필요하다. 결론적으로 교통장애인의 사회적 문제가 잔존하는 현 상황에서 교통안전의 선행요인인 교통복지의 경향을 파악함으로써 교통장애인 교통복지지원의 현황을 확인하고, 사회복지 개입을 위한 기초자료를 제공한다는 점에서 연구의 기여될 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study is to examine various policies to promote the mobility of people with transportation disabilities, to identify problems and improvement measures in terms of transportation welfare, and to identify dilemmas in transportation welfare inclusion policies due to the strengthening of transportation rights and regulations. The scope of the study is limited to the current situation in Korea since the enactment of the Act on the Promotion of Mobility Convenience for the Transportation Disadvantaged in 2005, and the spatial scope is limited to the central ministries that manage transportation welfare inclusion policies related to the promotion of transportation convenience for the transportation disabled in Korea and abroad. Although previous studies have provided facility functions, practical and policy alternatives for transportation safety of people with disabilities, the comprehensive status of transportation welfare of people with disabilities, analysis of media reports, laws, and case studies have been overlooked. When the transportation safety of people with disabilities becomes an issue, it is necessary to find out the key factors for solving the problem by their characteristics and focus policy resources to solve the problem. In conclusion, this study is expected to contribute to the current situation where social problems of people with transportation disabilities remain, by identifying trends in transportation welfare, which is an antecedent factor of traffic safety, to check the current status of transportation welfare support for people with transportation disabilities and to provide basic data for social welfare intervention.

        Monochlorophenol의 목질분해균에 의한 분해 특성

        Biodegradation of monochlorophenols by wood rot fungi such as Daldina concentrica, Trametes versicolor and Pleurotus ostreatus was evaluated by determining their resistance or toxic test and biodegradability. The metabolites of monochlorophenols were also analyzed. Among the three fungi, T. versicolor was the most resistant to 200 ppm of 2-, 3- and 4-chlorophenols, and did not show any inhibitory mycellium growth. But D. concentrica had a little inhibition effect at more than 100 ppm of 3- or 4-chlorophenol. Control cultures of P. ostreatus took even 14 days for the completion of mycellium growth, but the hyphal growth was improved when 2- or 3-chlorophenol were added to the culture. In biodegradation analysis, P. ostreatus showed the highest degradation of 2- or 3-chlorophenol, while T. versicolor was the most effective in 4-chlorophenol. D. contentrica and P. ostreatus slowly degraded 4-chiorophenol. However, T. versicolor had similar degradation capability in the three monochlorophenols, suggesting that the biode- gradation mode is dependent on the fungi as well as the type of monochlorophenol. Several metabolites such as 1,3,5-trihydroxyl benzene, 1-ethyl-1-hydroxyl pentane, 2-propenoicacid, methylmalonic acid and 2-methyl-4-keto-pentan-2-ol were found as products of primary oxidation of 2-, 3- and 4-chlorophenols by intact fungal cultures. Fatty acids including tetradecanoic, heptadecanoic and octadecanoic acids were also detected. The order of increase of mycellium weight during incubation were P. ostreatus > T. versicolor > D. concentrica. The pH in the culture was not constantly changed depending on incubation days, but the mycellium weight was slightly increased, indicating that the biodegradation of monochlorophenol night have low relationship with the mycellium growth. Laccase activities of T. versicolor and P. ostreatus were continuously increased depending on the incubation days, suggesting that the ligninolytic enzyme activity play an important role in the biodegradation of monochlorophenol.

      • 침엽정유추출잔사의 퇴비화 및 조사료 이용

        침엽수 잎으로부터 정유를 생산하고 남는 폐잔사의 이용도를 구명하고자 소나무, 잣나무, 편백 및 화백을 이용하여 음식물찌꺼기와 혼합하여 퇴비화 및 조사료화를 시도하였다. 폐유기물인 음식물찌꺼기를 효율적으로 발효시키기 위하여 미생물균주원을 탐색하여 돈분퇴비 등으로부터 고온호기성 박테리아 및 방선균을 선발하여 혼합균주를 대량배양 하였다. 이를 음식물찌꺼기, 정유잔사와 혼합하여 부숙과정을 거쳐 퇴비화를 시도하였으며 작물이용시험에 의한 양질 퇴비 여부를 판단하였다. 또한 발효 후 남는 잔사에 대한 조사료로서 이용 가능성 여부를 타진하기 위하여 영양성 평가 및 소화율을 분석하였다.<br/> The essential oil free needles, which were left after distillation of essential oil from various coniferous needles, were fermented with food waste organics in order to use as compost and roughage. Microorganisms for the fermentation were selected from domestic sources such as swine compost, bark compost, and kimchi, etc, and consisted of aerothermophilic bacteria and actinomycetes. The weight reduction ratio of food waste organics treated with the microorganisms was 90% after 30 days treatment, and the fermentation temperature was kept at approximately 45℃. The compost process was really slow due to chemical compounds derived from needles, and it finally took 60 days for complete compost. When 10% of needle compost was mixed with soil for radish growth, the growth indicators such as leaf length and root weight were increased compared with control, while root weight, root width, and root length were inhibited on the addition of 20% needle compost.<br/>

        목질칩의 축분뇨 정화재로의 이용

        In order to environmentally use wood chips manufactured from low valued forest resources by forest tendering, wood chips were used for the evaluation on chips characteristics, decomposition capability of organic wastes, and field experiment and determination of conditions for decomposer. Bioclusters manufactured by Cryptomeria japonica, commercially available wood chips in Japan, showed higher pore ratio, water reservation and water resistance, and higher cellulose content with lower hot water solubles than domestic wood chips. The useful size of wood chips for swine manure decomposition was 10 (length) × 5 (width) × 2 (thickness) ㎜, and cellulose contents and alkali solubles of Pinus densiflora and Populus tomentiglandulosa were similar to those of bioclusters. According to the decomposition ratio depending on wood species, it was ordered as Pinus densiflora > Pinus koraiensis > Cryptomeria japonica. The swine manure decomposition ratio depending on treatment hours by Pinus koraiensis was constant with the ratio of 15 to 16 g per hour by 1 ㎏ of chip, indicating of daily swine decomposition amount of 390 ㎏ by 1 ton of chips which was equal to the amount of daily swine manure production by 70 swines. Analyzing by long term used wood chips during 40 days treatment, the treated wood chips characteristically showed stable total nitrogen content, suitable pH, high accumulation of inorganic contents such as calcium, phosphorus, potassium and sodium, and no odor. During winter, the inner temperature of decomposer was kept at 43℃, but air bubble was occurred due to high pH and viscosity of swine manure. The most appropriate mixing ratio between wood chips and swine manure was 1 versus 2 or 3, and at more than ratio 1 versus 3, ammonia gas was caused because of anaerobic fermentation status by high moisture content of wood chips. The mixing interval of decomposer was 3 mins. per hour for the best swine decomposition.

        Desflurane 흡입 마취 유도 시 기도 과민성에 대한 Lidocaine과 Fentanyl의 효과

        Background: Inhalation induction with desflurane can cause airway irritability and sympathetic stimulation. The aim of this study was to investigate whether lidocaine and fentanyl could reduce these unwanted reactions. Methods: Seventy-five patients who had premedication with midazolam were randomly allocated to one of three groups to receive intravenous saline (S group), lidocaine 1.5 mg/kg (L group), fentanyl 1 μg/kg (F group), respectively, before tidal volume induction with desflurane in oxygen and nitrous oxide. We recorded airway irritability such as cough, apnea, laryngospasm and excitatory movement and hemodynamic changes. Results: Airway irritability was not significantly different between the groups. In F group, mean blood pressure at LOC ver and LOC BIS and heart rate at LOC ver, LOC BIS and just before intubation were lower than those of S group (P<0.05). Other results were not significantly different. Conclusions: The results of the study showed that intravenous fentanyl and lidocaine had no beneficial effects to reduce airway irritability, but intravenous fentanyl could significantly reduce hemodynamic stimulation during inhalation induction with desflurane in the patients who were premedicated with midazolam.
