        글루타민산나트륨(Mono Sodium Glutamate)을 처방한 모발 경화제가 펌에 미치는 효과

        This study attempted to assess the applicability of the hair-hardener considering hair elasticity and retention through analysis of changes in hair conditions after chemical treatment. For this, the following were analyzed: safety and stability of the hair-hardener, changes in hair thickness, amino acid, changes in surface color, hair surface using the SEM, changes in tensile strength, and wave efficiency by the frequency of shampooing. Then, the results found the following: The stability of the hair-hardener was confirmed because there were no changes in its physical properties and color at room temperature and constant temperature. In a clinical allergy test as well, a negative response was found in all 20 clinical trial participants, which confirms its safety. In terms of changes in hair thickness, hair was thicker in the group that used the hair hardener than in the control group. In comparison of amino acid, total amino acid, L-glutamic acid, and cysteine contents increased in the experimental group that used the hair hardener. In terms of changes in surface color, L* value was high in the experimental group. A* value, which represents the level of reddish color, was also high in the experimental group. In contrast, b* value, which reveals the level of yellow color, was low in the experimental group. In observation of hair surface using the SEM, hair cuticles were tidier in the experimental group than in the control group. In terms of tensile strength, the experimental group was greater than the control group. According to measurement of wave efficiency by the frequency of shampooing after a general perm and setting perm as well, wave formation was more efficient in the experimental group.

      • A Turbine-Blade-Balancing Problem with Some Locking Blades

        In the turbine-blade manufacturing industry, turbine-blades are machined and then are assembled to form a circular roll of blades. The roll of blades should be balanced as much as possible, since otherwise the efficiency of the turbine generator might be damaged. A locking blade is a blade whose location is fixed and a non-locking blade is a blade whose location can be freely changed. In this paper, we study methods for balancing the weights of the rotating blades for a turbine where some blades are locking blades. The turbine-blade balancing problem is formulated into a mixed-integer programming problem, which turns out to be NP-hard. A heuristic method based on the number partitioning algorithm is developed and the computational experiments show very promising results.

      • 자동차 조립라인의 실시간 투입시스템의 자동화

        자동차 조립공장의 생산은 혼류생산 (Mixed-Model Production)의 대표적인 형태로서 동일한 조립라인에서 다양한 사양의 차량들을 Batch생산이 아니라 각 사양의 생산량이 평준화되도록 생산을 하는 것이 특징이다. 그런데 도장라인에서 생산완료 된 순서는 혼류조립라에서의 평준화 생산에 적합하지 않은 상태이므로 조립라인에의 투입순서를 재작성하여 제어하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 조립라인의 실시간 투입순서 작성 및 운영시스템을 자동화하여 성공적으로 운영한 사례를 소개하고자 한다.

      • 자동차 조립공장의 일일 생산순서계획 시스템

        자동차 조립공장의 주요 공정은 차체라인, 도장라인, 조립라인의 순으로 구성되어 있다. 작업의 효율성을 높이기 위하여 차체라인과 조립라인은 주요 부품소모의 평준화를, 도장라인은 동일 색상차체의 연속 생산을 선호하므로, 생산순서의 결정시 상호 상층되는 점이 많다. 본 연구에서는 조립공장전체의 생산성을 극대화하기 위하여 차체라인, 도장라인, 조립라인의 특성을 고려한 일일생산순서결정 방법을 제시한다.

        1937-1946년의 뉴욕현대미술관 건축분과

        The success of "Modern Architecture: International Exhibition" at the Museum of Modern Art, New York, in 1932 defined the curatorial characteristics of the institution's Department of Architecture, formed just after the show. However, for ten years from the mid 1930s, in the absence of the Department's founding director Philip Johnson, a new direction was sought that deviated from the previous high-art-inspired stylistic approach. This paper looks into the exhibitions and publications of this often neglected interim, and the individuals responsible for the period's reformed curatorialship - John McAndrew and Elizabeth B. Mock. With a broader scope of architecture to include all building types, processes and external influences that contribute to the creation of the built environment, they endorsed an expanded discourse of modern architecture, seeking a rational and practical engagement in the matters of modern life. Such changes would later be discarded with Johnson's return to the Museum in late 1945, as he reinstated to the Department's following shows the aesthetic viewpoint behind the original International Style show.

        국내발간 건축잡지의 작품소개체계 변천에 대한 개관

        Although they were often scrutinized as fields of critical discourse in previous studies, one of the core functions of architectural magazines has been the provision of information on recent or important architectural works. This research looks into the chronological development of how architectural periodicals of Korea presented architectural works - especially how image and text were utilized and linked in the presentation - under the assumption that these formal features constitute the bases of how these magazines, and in turn the architectural institution, understood and implemented architectural practice. Korea's first architectural periodical Chosen to Kenchiku (1922-1942), published during the Japanese colonial period, and Journal of Korean Institute of Architects (1955-), its successor, established a form that delivered a work's objective and technical features through image and textual information. Space (1966-), published by Kim Swoo Geun, explored, at the expense of objective and technical information, the subjective, analytic, and critical function of work presentation with highly rhetorical photographs often separated from the text section. Finally, Architecture and Environment (1986-, now C3) succeeded in establishing a format that balanced objective information and critical evaluation, to promote a comprehensive understanding of a work, including process, space organization, form, program, technical aspects, and critical discourse.

        Amino silicon을 처방한 환원제가 모발에 미치는 영향

        By measuring the wave efficiency, photographing of SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) and optical microscope and tensile strength etc, this study is to identify the how the hair of woman in 20s is influenced by cysteine and thiglycolic acid which were made from normal reducing agent (cysteine, thioglycolic acid) and amino silicon with amino silicon of D company. The result of this study is found as below. First, when the hair is permed by reducing agent, it is better to have amino silicon than not to have amino silicon. Second, for optical microscope observation, when the hair is permed with normal reducing agent, it shows that its surface is not smooth and looks rough due to the damage of the hair. Third, for SEM observation, when the hair is permed with reducing agent of amino silicon, it shows better surface and the damage of the hair`s cuticle is decreased. Fourth, when the hair is permed with cysteine of amino silicon, it shows better tensile strength and also it is found that amino silicon contributes to much higher tensile strength of the hair.
