The men do not know what human being is even though they are the very human beings themselves, which is contradictory. But it is very difficult to know what human being is. Nevertheless, it is necessary to try to know what human being is. Since my childhood I have got the concern on the subject and have been trying to study. From the acient a number of men got the same concern and were studying it. There are several variety of views and understandings on it. I want to study it from the end of the Holy Bible among them. Briefly in due of the page to be able to be written. First, I study the appearence from human real situation and search the causes of it. Second, I try to compare the different views from the several variety of the understanding on human being. Third, I try to think what the orgin and substance of human being are. Last, I try to know what the object, the longing and hope of human being are. But I want ot get the recognition that They are human beings living in endless time.

There have been Religions even with any race and in any Society through all generations . However there could be differences between the religions of according to each generation. When the races come acorss one another and live together with the other races, there can occur hostile relation in due to the differences of the religions or mutual concession can be made to solve the problems happened form them. Anyway it is sure that religions can not fail to keep their vitlity until the purity of the religion exists in it. It si not so difficult to pick up such an example from Israeli religion. An important thing is by whom and how the vitality of the faith in Jehovah was restored to lsrael people when the purity of Israeli religion got down at the edge of danger which could bring some different phenomenon because Israel people had lived with Ganaan natives and had been influenced by their own native religion Baalism after intering into Ganaan. In this thesis I studied that jehovah faith won so against Baalism finally that only God, Jehovah could be known to all Israel people Elijah's activity confronted at trial aginst Baal idol.

A lot of methods to find out non-linear dynamic-characteristic under a given system have been proposed. One method based on frequency domain which examines non-linear parameter is not only relatively less and fast than other methods in calculation, but also removing the noise from experimental data which probably can be generated in experiments because just using data of displacement speed of both ends of a fragment structure can search for the required value. This thesis identifies unknown model parameters of any system by using a general polynomial expression and introduces a method which removes effectively many model parameters generated. It was verified through experiments that which non-linear property was considered, in addition to Damper and Stiffness, when this method of non-linear model parameter is applied to a suspension.

"Electronic equipment mounted on military vehicles is exposed to external shocks and vibrations. This causes problems in tactical operation and also causes cost loss in equipment maintenance. Therefore, to optimize the test standards for military vehicles with vibration, dynamic characteristics should be analyzed and standardized through actual driving tests. In this paper, the internal structure of 2.5tons military vehicle is designed in the form of a drawer and lathe, and the dynamic characteristics are identified by experiment, and the design is proposed."

생쥐 대장 카할세포에서 가미소요산, 반하사심탕 및 보중익기탕의 효과에 관한 비교연구

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of insurance herbal medicines on colonic interstitial Cells of Cajal (ICC) in mice. Methods : Among the insurance herbal medicines, we chose Gamisoyo-san (GSS), Banhasasim-tang (BHSST) and Bojungikki-tang (BGIKT). We made the ICC culture in large intestine in mice and used the electrophysiological method to record pacemaker potentials. Also we used MTT assay to check cell viability and examined the ICC protein expression by western blot. Results: 1.GSS (1-10 mg/ml) induced the pacemaker potential depolarization and decreased frequency with concentration-dependent manners in colonic ICC. EC50 is 2.99 mg/ml. BHSST (1-10 mg/ml) induced the pacemaker potential depolarization and decreased frequency with concentration-dependent manners in colonic ICC. EC50 is 2.76 mg/ml. BGIKT (1-10 mg/ml) induced the pacemaker potential depolarization and decreased frequency with concentration-dependent manners in colonic ICC. EC50 is 4.49 mg/ml. 2. GSS, BHSST and BGIKT had no effects on cell viability in colonic ICC. 3. GSS and BGIKT increased the Anoctamin-1 (ANO1) protein expression and BHSST increased the transient receptor potential melastatin-subfamily member 7 (TRPM7) protein expression in colonic ICC. Conclusions : These results suggest that GSS, BHSST, and BGIKT have shown the potential to regulate gastrointestinal (GI) motility by regulating colonic ICC and may show the potential to treat colon-derived GI diseases such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of herbal medicines on pacemaker potentials of large intestinal interstitial Cells of Cajal (ICC) in mice. Results : 1.Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fischer (GF) (50-150 μg/ml) induced pacemaker depolarization and decreased frequency with concentration-dependent manners. EC50 is 58.95 μg/ml. Angelica gigas (AG) (50-200 μg/ml) induced pacemaker depolarization and decreased frequency with concentration-dependent manners. EC50 is 77.22 μg/ml. Poncirus fructus (PF) (10-100 μg/ml) induced pacemaker depolarization and decreased frequency with concentration-dependent manners. EC50 is 13.39 μg/ml. Citrus unshiu S. Marcov. (CU) (10-500 μg/ml) induced pacemaker depolarization and decreased frequency with concentration-dependent manners. EC50 is 139.80 μg/ml. Gardenia jasminoides J. Ellis (GJ) (100-500 μg/ml) induced pacemaker depolarization and decreased frequency with concentration-dependent manners. EC50 is 78.70 μg/ml. Coptis chinensis (CC) (100-1000 μg/ml) induced pacemaker depolarization and decreased frequency with concentration-dependent manners. EC50 is 138.10 μg/ml. Scutellaria baicalensis (SB) (10-100 μg/ml) had no effects on pacemaker potentials and decreased frequency with concentration-dependent manners. IC50 is 18.34 μg/ml. Atractylodes macrocephala koidzumi (AM) (10-100 μg/ml) induced pacemaker hyperpolarizations and decreased frequency with concentration-dependent manners. IC50 is 18.54 μg/ml. 2. PF, SB and AM had no effects on cell death in large ICC. 3. PF increased the ANO1 and c-kit protein expression and SB and AM increased the c-kit protein expression in large ICC. Conclusions : These results suggest that PF, SB, and AM are likely to be the optimal combination of herbal medicines that can be used to treat diseases such as gastrointestinal motility disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome.
