혈성뇌척수액에 대한 실험적 연구 : Bloody Cerebrospinal Fluid

Bleeding into the subarachnoid space if one of frequent complications in neurosurgical practice and most frequently caused by rupture of meningeal vessels by trauma to the head. Hemorrhage into the subarachnoid space may occur in patient with blood dyscrasias, intracranial tumors, vascular anomalies, certain toxic or infectious diseases of the nervous system, and intracerebral hemorrhages. It may be worthy for academic interest and clinical practice to estimate the age of blood after hemorrhage into the cerebrospinal fluid. To simulate a bloody cerebrospinal fluid encountered with subarachnoid hemorrhages in clinical practice, 10% RBC-CSF suspension in vitro was made for the experiment. The age of the red blood cells in the RBC-CSF suspension of normal subject was assessed and estimated chemically by quantitative analysis of oxygen, methemoglobin, potassium and bilirubin. Oxygen started to be detected chemically in the 24 hour experimental group, and the amount of it was rapidly decreased as time elapsed by 72 hours and not detected thereafter. Methemoglobin was chemically detected on 3rd day and value of it was increased gradually throughout the entire period of experiment. An increase of amount of potassium above a normal value began to be detected in the 72 hour experimental group and the increase of it continued gradually throughout the entire period of experiment. Rate of the increase of methemoglobin showed higher than that of potassium. Bilirubin was detected on 5th day of experiment and increase of the chemical reaction was continued by the end of experimental period. It would be well to say that the experimental results could be applied in some aspect to clinical situation, especially subarachnoid hemorrhage.

독점적 경쟁 下의 글로벌 중간재 가격 경직성과 통화 및 재정충격의 실질효과

세계화와 공업화의 확산으로 인해 최종재부문에서는 가격경쟁이 치열해지고있으나, 중간재부문에서는 高기술을 바탕으로 불완전경쟁이 오히려 심해지고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 통화 및 재정충격의 실질효과는 단순히 불완전경쟁과 명목경직성을 도입한 모형의 경우와 달라질 수가 있다. 본 고는 다양한 중간재가 글로벌소싱되는 개방거시모형에서 최종재 가격은 신축적이지만 중간재 가격은 단기간 글로벌 차원에서 LCP(local-currency pricing) 방식의 경직성이 존재할 때 통화 및 정부지출 충격의 실질효과와 그 결정요인을 규명하다. 주요한 발견으로는 첫째, 글로벌 중간재 가격의 경직성과 더불어 노동시장에 구조적인 비효율이 존재한다면 국내 통화 및 재정충격이 국내 중간재 수요에 미치는 영향은 불확실해진다. 둘째, 최적취업률이 실업-임금인플레 트레이드-오프 계수의 절대값과 같다면 중간재 가격의 경직성이 존재할지라도 산출량변동이 국내외 통화 및 재정정책에 대해 단기 중립적이다. 셋째, 자연실업률과 실업-임금인플레 트레이드-오프계수의 값은 환율의 자유변동이 소망스러운 효과를 낳는 데 중요한 제약조건으로 작용한다. This paper analyzes the short-run real effects of money and government spending shocks in a new open-economy macro model with global sourcing when prices of intermediate goods are globally sticky in LCP(local-currency pricing), but consumer prices are flexible Major findings are as follows: First, if there exists the structural inefficiency of labor market, then the effects of home money and government spending shock on domestic intermediate-good demand changes are uncertain with global intermediate-good price stickiness; Second, if the optimal employment rate equals the absolute value of the trade-off coefficient between unemployment gap and excess real wage inflation, then the effects of money and government spending shocks on final output changes are neutral in spite of global intermediate-good price stickiness; Third, the natural unemployment rate and the trade-off coefficient between unemployment gap and excess real wage inflation play a key role for exchange rate changes to bring beneficial real effects.

The purpose of this paper is to explore the evolution of market structures and to investigate how this evolution has created a distinct dual (or tripartite) labor markets in the insurance industry. The hierarchy of the insurance companies through the insurance marketing channels such as sales person, agents and solicitors, which has been formulated from the early stages of the industry, is similar to the labor market flexibility strategies of the recent production industries. In the case of the insurance industry, de-skilling is more likely to have been by-product of cost-cutting rather than labor controlling in the other industries. To meet the condition of the specialized assistance and services to the customers, insurance companies should apply the "core competence" concept to the insurance solicitors, developed in the transaction cost theory and resource-based view.

오늘날 지구촌에 정보통신 기술이라는 말이 실감나게 우리 주변에서 생활화되고 있으며 기업경영 전반에 결쳐서 커다란 영향을 미치고 있는 것도 사실이며 어떠한 기업도 이러한 정보통신 기술의 변화물결을 외면할 수는 없을 것이다. 정보통신 기술의 발달로 정보의 입수ㆍ처리 및 전파의 소요되는 비용과 시간이 크게 감소함으로써 생활양식은 물론이고 종래의 의사결정 방식도 많은 변화를 가져오고 있으며 정보통신 기술의 광범위한 효과와 영향력을 중시해야 할 것이며 기술이 실질적이고 지속적인 경쟁우위를 창출해 낸다는 사실을 인식해야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the transformation of the Korean industrial relations during past four decades. We examine briefly historical background of Korean industrial relations system, to review and prospect the characteristics with reference to the Punctuated Equilibrium theory. One of the most important transformational forces of Korean industrial relation system is the political factors rather than economic factors. So legal framework for modern labor-management relations has been in existence but rarely practiced. This dualis, the gap between law and practice, was a contributing factor to Korean economic development where managers were able to ignore the legal requirement in the government tacit agreement. In this sense, one may say that the Korean industrial relations system is a "labor-government relation" or a "government-management relations" rather than a "labor-management relations". Therefore, when the government changed in Korea, the transformational effects on the industrial system have followed. Now in the middle of transformation following the IMF, these historical characteristics must be changed drastically. Nothing seems more urgent than strengthening management-labor autonomy without government interference.

본고는 기업부문의 금융차입비용과 부채의 累增 사이의 관계를 유동성승수나 부채의 외부효과와 같은 새로운 개념을 이용하여 고찰한다. 한국과 같은 외부금융차입의존도가 높은 경제에서 기업부문의 부채효율이 유동성승수나 부채의 외부효과라는 지표에 의해 결정될 수 있음을 보이고, 한국자료를 이용하여 이를 측정한다. 그 결과, 한국 민간기업부문의 부채효율은 단기 유동성효과보다도 장기에 걸친 金融負債累增經歷에 따른 외부효과에 상대적으로 강하게 영향을 받고 있음이 드러났다. 이것은 통화당국의 재량적 금융정책의 유효성이 매우 제약받는 구조임을 의미한다.

본 논문은 글로벌 소싱이 산업내 임금소득격차와 산업간 임금소득격차에 미치는 영향을 究明한다. 일반균형모형으로부터 임금소득격차에 관한 이론방정식을 도출한 뒤 이를 실증한다. 실증결과는 이론모형이 예측하는 방향과 합치하였을 뿐만 아니라 불분명한 관계를 밝히는 데에도 기여하였다. 주요 발견 가운데 하나는 산업간 임금소득격차가 다양한 중간재의 이윤마진과 陰의 관계를 갖는 데 반해, 貿易財 산업내의 임금소득격차는 그것과 陽의 관계를 갖는다는 것이다 다른 하나는 산업간 임금소득격차뿐만 아니고 貿易財 산업내의 임금소득격차도 글로벌 소싱의 상대적 强度와 陰의 관계를 가진다는 것이다.
