건설현장의 공사사전정보를 활용한 사망재해 예측 모델 개발

In Korea, more than half of work-related fatalities have occurred on construction sites. To reduce such occupational accidents, safety inspection by government agencies is essential in construction sites that present a high risk of serious accidents. To address this issue, this study developed risk prediction models of serious accidents in construction sites using five machine learning methods: support vector machine, random forest, XGBoost, LightGBM, and AutoML. To this end, 15 proactive information (e.g., number of stories and period of construction) that are usually available prior to construction were considered and two over-sampling techniques (SMOTE and ADASYN) were used to address the problem of class-imbalanced data. The results showed that all machine learning methods achieved 0.876~0.941 in the F1-score with the adoption of over-sampling techniques. LightGBM with ADASYN yielded the best prediction performance in both the F1-score (0.941) and the area under the ROC curve (0.941). The prediction models revealed four major features: number of stories, period of construction, excavation depth, and height. The prediction models developed in this study can be useful both for government agencies in prioritizing construction sites for safety inspection and for construction companies in establishing pre-construction preventive measures.

This study is aimed to investigate the occupational safety and health management of contractor company in the steel industry, Many companies now only carry out core functions inhouse and ancillary functions have been outsourced, This results in transferring risk to the contractor, The questionnaire survey was conducted on the suppliers and contractors of steel industry. Data were collected from 29 companies and their 240 contractor companies. From the survey result, it was found that the level of safety and health management is above the average, To strengthen the relationship for safety and health management, the supplier should provide more data and design a curriculum to train workers of contractor company, Also it is needed that the supplier company employ the person in exclusive charge to support contractor.
단기간 근권 저온처리가 수경재배 상추의 질산태 질소 함량에 미치는 영향

Lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) plants were grown under hydroponic system to characterize the diurnal change of nitrate concentration and nitrate uptake rate and to examine the effect of short term cold treatment to rhizosphere on nitrate concentration and uptake rate in lettuce plant. The nitrate concentrations in midrib were two times higher than those in leaf. Nitrate concentration in the shoot reached to minimum (8.7 mg-N/GDW) at 14:00 and, thereafter, increased continuously until 23:00. During 11:00~17:00, nitrate uptake by lettuce plant was maximum (4.8 mg-N/GDW-Root/hr). Short term cold treatment reduced nitrate concentration in the shoot by 14~18%, and nitrate uptake rate by 50~55%, respectively. These results showed that short term cold treatment before harvest could be applied for the purpose of reduction of nitrate concentration in the leaf under hydroponic culture.

본 논문에서는 블록체인 기반의 주유소 시스템을 제안하였다. 매년 주유소에서 발생하는 대표적인 불법 행위인 경유와 등유를 섞어 제조한 가짜 석유 판매 및 정량 미달 기름 판매를 막기 위해 주유소 기름의 이상 여부를 확인하는 시스템을 이더리움 블록체인의 스마트 컨트랙트를 통해 구현하였다. 시스템의 적용을 보이기 위해 가상의 주유소를 웹페이지로 구현하였으며, 시스템과 기기들 간의 상호작용을 확인하였다.

The vibration and shock of the opto-electronic protective device was induced mechanical failure or fail to work correctly. In order to identify the exciting frequency components of vibration and shock, vibration signals are measured and analyzed from the mechanical power press. In addition, the modal test for the opto-electronic protective device was performed to investigate the dynamic characteristics. Some FEM simulations were carried out and then anti vibration mount was made for opto-electronic protective device. Based on the results of simulations, some kind of rubber mounts were tested to demonstrate the reduction of vibration and shock. It was verified by the test that a considerable amount of vibration and shock were reduced.
향상된 보안의 닌텐도 스위치 행렬 형태 보안 키패드 제안

8세대 게임기로 등장한 닌텐도 스위치는 하이브리드 형 콘솔 게임기로 세계적인 판매 성과를 달성했다. 닌텐도 스위치는 자체적으로 온라인 숍을 내장하고 있으며 사용자는 자신의 계정으로 로그인하여 게임을 구매할 수 있다. 이때 사용하는 닌텐도 스위치에 내장된 키패드는 쿼티 자판과 유사하게 생겼다. 패스워드 입력 창에는 입력 정보가 가려지지만 훔쳐보기 공격을 통해 키패드 상에서 어떤 값이 입력되는지 확인이 가능하다. 파티 형 또는 가족 형 게임이 많은 닌텐도 스위치의 특성상 근처에 화면을 보는 다른 사람이 있을 가능성이 높으며 이는 계정 보안에 큰 취약점으로 작용한다. 따라서 이를 개선한 새로운 키패드를 설계하였다. 본 논문에서는 닌텐도 스위치의 보안 키패드가 어떤 문제점을 지녔는지 확인하고 새롭게 제안한 키패드의 구현 및 불특정 다수의 사용 테스트 결과를 제시한다. The Nintendo Switch(NSW), which appeared as an 8th generation console, has succeeded worldwide as a hybrid gaming console. The NSW has E-shop itself, users can sign in to their account and purchase games. The keypad built in the NSW is similar to QWERTY keyboard. In the password input field the input information is hidden, but it's possible to get the value entered from the keypad with shoulder surfing attack. Because of the NSW with many party or family games, there is a high probability that someone else is watching the screen nearby, which acts as a vulnerability in account security. Thus we designed the new keypad which improve from this issue. In this paper, we check the problem about the keypad which built in the NSW, we present the proposed keypad and the compared to the built in keypad by showing the test result of unspecified individuals use.
N-Acyliminium에의 친핵성 부가에 의한 Octahydro-2,3-dioxo-cyclopenta[b]pyrrole-3a-carboxylates의 합성

5원자 고리형 ${\beta}$-keto ester와 phenylalkylamine의 탈수축합으로 얻은 enamine A의 oxalyl화 및 물이나 메탄올 부가에 의하여 octahydro-2,3-dioxo-cyclopenta[b]-pyrrole-3a-carboxylate의 6a-hydroxy- 및 6a-methoxy-유도체(1~6)를 합성하였다. 헤테로 고리의 형성은 불안정한 N-acyliminium(B)체를 경유하여 일어나며, 안정한 부가체 C (1∼6)는 endo-ene형 pyrrolinium B에 친핵체를 부가하여 얻을 수 있었다. 6a-Hydroxy- and 6a-methoxy-derivatives (1∼6) of octahydro-2,3-dioxo-cyclopenta[b]-pyrrole-3a-carboxylate were synthesized from oxalylation of enamine A, which was prepared from condensation of five-membered cyclic ${\beta}$-keto ester and phenylalkylamine, followed by addition of water or methanol. The formation of heterocyclic ring was assumed to occur by the way of unstable N-acyliminium (B). Stable adduct C (1∼6) was obtained from nucleophilic addition to the endo-ene type pyrrolinium B.

연구자는 연구 결과를 논문의 형태로 작성하여 학회에 투고하고 투고된 논문은 심사자의 면밀한 심사를 받은 뒤 학계에 공개되어 학문의 발전에 쓰인다. 이렇듯 심사 과정에 의해 연구 결과가 학계에 알려질지 결정되기 때문에 적절한 심사 시스템에 대해 많은 논의가 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 심사 시스템에서 발생하고 있는 문제점들을 살펴보고 이에 대한 해결책으로 블록체인 기반 공개 논문 심사 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 기존의 시스템과 다르게 개방적인 심사 구조를 가지며 투명성을 통해 공정하고 깊이 있는 평가를 보장한다. 동시에 블록체인을 사용함으로써 발생할 수 있는 프라이버시, 용량 문제에 대한 해결책을 제공한다. 최종적으로 제안하는 심사 시스템을 구현하여 결과를 보인다. The researcher writes the result of the research in the form of paper. The submitted papers gets careful peer review by the reviewers and used for the development of academic studies after it gets published. There has been numerous debate about the review system, as the review process determines whether the results will be known to academia. In this paper, we investigate the problems in the present review system and propose a open peer review system based on blockchain. The proposed system has an open peer review structure unlike the existing one and ensures fair and in-depth evaluation through transparency. The system also provides a solution to the privacy and capacity problems that may arise from the use of blockchain. Lastly, we implement the proposed peer review system and show the results.
