Vertically aligned Zinc Oxide rod arrays were grown by the self-assembly hydrothermal process on the GaN epitaxial layer which has a same lattice structure with ZnO. Zinc nitrate and DETA solutions are used in the hydrothermal process. The $(HfO_2)$ thin film was deposited on GaN and the patterning was made by the photolithography technique. The selective growth of ZnO rod was achieved with the patterned GaN substrate. The fabricated ZnO rods are single crystal, and have grown along hexagonal c-axis direction of (002) which is the same growth orientation of GaN epitaxial layer. The density and the size of ZnO rod can be controlled by the pattern. The optical property of ordered array of vertical ZnO rods will be discussed in the present work.

In this study, the treatment rate of phenol was compared by initial pH, magnesium source and activated carbon using underwater plasma process. When the initial pH were 4, 7, 10 and 12.5, phenol removal efficiency was the highest at pH 12.5. The larger amount of OH- used in the reaction, the formation of OH radical is better. Therefore, the phenol removal rate would have increased at high pH. MgO, MgSO<sub>4</sub>, Mg(OH)<sub>2</sub> were used as a magnesium sources and initial pH was 10. The removal efficiency of MgO and Mg(OH)<sub>2</sub> was higher than that of MgSO<sub>4</sub> and control. The magnesium ion itself has no effect on removal efficiency. It is considered that oxygen and OHattached to MgO and Mg(OH)<sub>2</sub> contributed to the increase of removal efficiency. The removal efficiency increased with the addition of GAC to the plasma process. Unlike the magnesium injecting, COD removal efficiency rate increased. It is considered that the activated carbon adsorbs phenol itself without decomposition into intermediates. injection of the additional materials to the plasma oxidation can increase the efficiency and overcome the limitations of the operating conditions.

This paper is to propose a path to embrace sexualities that cause legal trouble and possibly increase sexual health for those with unfulfilled desire by analyzing the mechanism of BDSM. This paper assumes problems of sex crime can be reduced by making legally acceptable joy available to perpetrators beforehand, and adults have a lot to explore for their sexuality.
투자자와 차입신청자 간 크라우드펀딩 도입 요인의 차이에 관한 연구

Purpose: Since the cost of feed for Korean pig farmers has been increasing, attracting crowdfunding for the swine industry become important. This paper applies the AHP decision-making method to build a model for the sustainable growth of crowdfunding in the swine industry. Design/methodology/approch: The result from the analysis of data collected from this research shows that both investors and borrows groups consider tangible assets to be most important for crowdfunding in the swine industry. Findings: Thus protection of investors should be resolved first by providing collateral rather than insisting on the conventional crowdfunding method that stresses the credit aspects only. The investors and borrows groups also judged the loan amount very important, suggesting that the smooth and sufficient investment should be secured for borrows group.
제올라이트 BAF를 이용한 A<sup>2</sup>/O 공정의 질산화 및 질소처리 효율 향상 연구

Abstract : The study was conducted based on the A<sup>2</sup>/O process consisting of anaerobic / anoxic / oxic reaction tank. The removal rate of nitrogen was compared with that of the existing process by placing a zeolite - filled biological aerated filter (BAF) at the end of the process. A<sup>2</sup>/O was designed in three types. Type B increased the size of the oxic tank, and Type C placed the additional BAF. Zeolite has excellent adsorption ability of NH<sub>4</sub><sup>+</sup>-N, and this study has taken the advantage of that NH<sub>4 </sub><sup>+</sup>-N can be easily used by nitrifying microorganism. As a result, total nitrogen and NH<sub>4</sub><sup>+</sup>-N removal efficiency of A<sup>2</sup>/O-BAF were about 15% higher than other types. Also, A<sup>2</sup>/O-BAF showed superior treatment efficiency compared to other types even when the loading of NH<sub>4</sub><sup>+</sup>-N increased in the temperature range of 4.4 - 13.6℃. And the relationship between MLSS and operation efficiency was investigated in this study, but additional research is needed on this subject.

Shifted Time Reversal Technique for Two-user Wireless Communication Using Variable Rate Back-off

We studied the performance of a two-user time reversal multiple input single output scheme combined with the shifted transmission technique in a variable rate back-off scenario, called shifted time reversal (TR), that minimizes both intersymbol interference and multiuser interference. We compare the bit error rate performance of the shifted TR scheme to both full-rate TR and full back-off TR schemes and demonstrate its superiority to shifted zero forcing scheme when the guard interval is larger than one. 두명의 사용자를 위한 무선 통신에서 심볼 간 간섭 및 다중 접속 간섭을 최소화하는 유동적인 전송률 back-off 적용 지연 time reversal (TR) 기법의 성능을 평가하였다. 지연 TR 기법의 성능을 기존 full-rate TR과 full back-off TR의 성능과 비교하였으며, guard interval이 1보다 큰 경우 비트오차율 측면에서 지연 TR 기법의 성능이 full-rate TR이나 full back-off TR보다 우수함을 확인하였다.
유기금속기상증착법에 의한 InGaN/GaN 양자점 구조의 성장거동

Growth behavior of InGaN/GaN self-assembled quantum dots (QDs) was investigated with respect to different growth parameters in low pressure metalorganic chemical vapor deposition. Locally formed examples of three dimensional InGaN islands were confirmed from the surface observation image with increasing indium source ratio and growth time. The InGaN/GaN QDs were formed in Stranski-Krastanow (SK) growth mode by the continuous supply of metalorganic (MO) sources, whereas they were formed in the Volmer-Weber (V-W) growth mode by the periodic interruption of the MO sources. High density InGaN QDs with $1{\sim}2nm$ height and $40{\sim}50nm$ diameter were formed by the S-K growth mode. Dome shape InGaN dots with $200{\sim}400nm$ diameter were formed by the V-W growth mode. InN content in InGaN QDs was estimated to be reduced with the increase of growth temperature. A strong peak between 420-460 nm (2.96-2.70 eV) was observed for the InGaN QDs grown by S-K growth mode in photoluminescence spectrum together with the GaN buffer layer peak at 362.2 nm (3.41 eV).
