자궁내막암은 전암병변인 자궁내막증식증은 근래 estrogen제제의 사용증가 이외에도 그 원인이 progesterone의 작용 없는 상태에서 estrogen의 지속적인 자극이므로 점차 생존연령이 상승되어 폐경후 상태가 오랜 기간이 되므로 내인성 estrogen의 계속적인 자극과 식이의 서구화에 따른 비만의 증가로 인하여 발생이 증가하리라 생각된다. 그러나 학자에따라 분류가 다양하여 임상의사와 병리의사 간에 그 진단이 뜻하는 정확한 상태를 알기 위해 서로 협조가 필요하고 우리나라도 혼돈을 막기 위해 자궁내막증식의 분류를 통일할 필요가 있다. 그리고 자궁내막증식이 세포학적이형증을 동반하면 자궁내막암을 발생할 위험이 크므로 세포학적 이형층 유무를 아는것이 치료방침을 선택하는데 매우 중요하다.

The boar sperm has more lipid droplets and specialty of seminal plasma compared with other species, causingdifficulties of freezing sperm and decreases for the utilization of frozen semen into the artificial insemination. However,several studies reported significant results for the recovery of sperm motility and reproductive by addition of cryoprotectantsand seminal plasma after thawing. This study was designed to investigate the effects of supplementation oftrehalose or glycerol in the LEY (lactose and egg yolk in BTS) solution for the conventional freezing and vitrificationprocess. Two boars aged 16 months were used to collect semen for 2 times in a week. The samples were allottedto 3 freezing solutions (LEY + glycerol 10.5% + OEP 1.5%, LEY + trehalose 1M + OEP 1.5%, and sucrose 1.5M +trehalose 1 M + OEP 1.5%) after centrifugation at 800 g for 10 minutes. Semen was equilibrated in freezing solutionsfor 10 minutes and injected into plastic straws with 2∼3 air bubbles to minimize freezing damages. Vitrification wasperformed to locate sperm in 5 cm above LN2 for 5 minutes, and the conventional freezing was conducted with anautomatic freezer. Motility and survival rates were measured by CASA (Computer assisted sperm an alyzing system)and FITC (Fluorescein isothiocyanate), respectively after thawing semen at 50℃ for 12 seconds. The results wereanalyzed by ANOVA with STATVIEW statistical program. The vitrificatioin solution (LEY + 10.5% glycerol + 1.5%OEP) presented higher motility (20.9%) than other solutions while the solution (LEY + 1M trehalose + 1.5% OEP)showed the lowest (motility : 5.2%). However, survival rates of vitrified sperms detected by FITC showed 1~4% livesperms in almost of dead sperms at all vitrification solutions’ groups, but survival rate of freezing solution of LEY+ 1M trehalose + 1.5% OEP LEY and LEY + 10.5% glycerol + 1.5% OEP were showed 49%, and 79%, respectively. There were differences (P<0.05) survival rate of conventional freezing in LEY + 10.5% glycerol + 1.5% OEP and LEY+ 1M trehalose + 1.5% OEP and the remaining showed no differences. The results suggested that vitrified boar semenwas not enough to be utilized for the artificial insemination, but it showed possibility to utilize for ICSI and conventionalfreezing with glycerol would be useful method for artificial insemination in pig while we choose the outstanding semenagainst tolerance to freezing damages.
문화재 사전예방관리체계의 구축에 관한 정책적 현안 및 개선 방향

문화재의 보존을 위한 사전적 예방관리체계 구축의 일환으로서 문화재 돌봄사업 은 국가지정문화재를 포함하여 시도지정문화재, 비지정문화재 등 전국에 분포하고 있는 문화재를 대상으로 주기적인 모니터링을 실시하여 문화재 주변의 관리와 필요 에 따라 경미한 수리를 진행함으로써 문화재의 훼손을 사전에 예방하고 방문객들의 관람환경을 개선하는 등 다양한 보존활동을 수행하는 사업이다. 먼저 문화재 관리의 예방적 관점에서 관련 용어에 관한 사전적 의미를 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 문화재 돌봄사업에서 실시 중인 모니터링, 일상관리, 경미수리 등에 관한 현황을 파악하였다. 또한 사업 수행단체 등을 대상으로 실시되었던 설문조사 결과를 참고하여 문화재 돌봄사업에 대한 내부 인식 등을 확인하고자 하였다. 그 결과 문화재를 둘러싼 환경 및 훼손 등의 발생을 계기로 이를 보수 혹은 보완 하여 문화재를 유지하여 왔던 기존의 방식과 다르게 예방적 관점에서 접근하는 문화재 돌봄사업이 장기적으로 발전하기 위해서는 먼저 문화재 사전예방체계라는 새 로운 전략에 대한 재검토가 필요할 것으로 보인다. 즉, 현행 방식처럼 단순히 규정 되어 있는 지침에 따라 문화재의 현황을 살피고 필요에 따라 조치를 취하는 방식보 다는 보다 근본적인 기반을 마련하고 이를 기반으로 실제 사업이 이루어져야 한다. 이는 문화재 돌봄사업의 절제된 수행이 가능한 방향을 제시할 수 있을 뿐만 아니 라, 문화재를 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 실무적 요소의 도입 및 문화재 예방관리에 관한 체계의 구축으로 이어질 수 있다. 또한, 이를 주도적으로 관리할 수 있는 전문 조직을 구성할 경우 더욱 효과적인 체계의 구축이 가능할 것이다. As part of the construction of a preventive management system for the preservation of cultural properties the Cultural Property Management Project periodically monitors the cultural properties distributed nationwide, including nationally designated cultural assets, including designated cultural assets and non-designated cultural assets, And by carrying out minor repairs as necessary, it is a project to prevent damage to cultural properties in advance and to improve visitors' viewing environment. First, we looked at the preliminary significance of the related terms from the viewpoint of prevention of cultural property management. Based on this, we analyzed the current status of monitoring, daily management, and minor repairs in cultural property care business. In addition, we tried to confirm the internal recognition of the cultural property care business by referring to the results of the questionnaire survey conducted for the business performing groups. As a result, in order to develop the cultural property care business approaching from the preventive point of view, unlike the existing method which has maintained the cultural property by repairing or supplementing the environment due to the environment surrounding the cultural property and the damage, New strategies will need to be reviewed. In other words, according to the guidelines that are simply defined as in the current method, it is necessary to establish a more fundamental basis rather than a way of looking at the status of cultural properties and taking measures as needed. This can lead not only to the direction in which the cultural property care work can be carried out in a controlled manner, but also to introduce the practical elements that can effectively manage the cultural property and to establish the system for prevention and management of cultural property. In addition, if a professional organization that manages this can lead to a more effective system, it will be possible to build a system.
소 난구복합체의 체외성숙시 Okadaic Acid (OA)가 핵성숙 및 Mitochondria 활성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 한우 난구 복합체의 체외성숙에서 OA가 미치는 영향에 대하여 조사하였다. 도축 한우암소의 난소로부터 난구 복합체를 채취하여 PVA-TCM199로 3회 이상 세정 후 PVA-TCM 199, 0.2 uM, 2 uM, 20 uM OA를 각각 첨가하여 공기, 에서 6, 12, 24시간 동안 체외성숙을 실시하였다. 또한 체외성숙시 cycloheximide(CX)와 OA와 체외성숙 효과를 확인하기 위하여 0.1M-PVA TCM199, CX 25 ug/m This study was conducted to examine the effects of OA on metaphase of meiosis II and the mitochondrial activity of cytoplasm in bovine cumulus oocytes complexes(COCs) during in vitro maturation. Hanwoo COCs were collected from the slaughterhouse cow ovaries and matured in TCM199 supplemented with PVA, 0.2 uM, 2 uM, 20 uM OA for the maturation rate of OA concentration. For the maturation effects between OA and cycloheximide(CX), COCs were matured in TCM199 with 25 ug/mL CX, 25 ug/mL CX (6 hrs culture) plus 2 uM OA or 2 uM OA only at a atmosphere air for 6, 12, 24 hrs. To evaluate the nuclear types of matured COCs, cumulus cells were removedby hyaluronidase sol. and oocytes were fixed in 1:3 acetic acid ethyl alcohol for 30 sec. and then stained with basic Fuchsin sol. For the detection of fluoriscent intensity (FI) of matures oocytes, cumulus cells were removed same as performed above and were stained with 20 nM mite tracker for 20 min. at . Mitochondrial activity of FI in matured oocytes was imaged by laser conforcal microscopy (Fluoview, Olympus, Japan) and were measured scanned face on 5 um from median to endpoint of oocytes. Statical analysis of nuclear types observed the three replicates was carried out with ANOVA and Fisher's protected least significant difference test using the STATVIEW program. FI of matures oocytes was compared the multiples of the least intensity among the measured oocytes. Maturing in TCM199 supplemented with PVA, 0.2 uM, 2 uM, 20 uM OA, metaphase B were showed 72.0, 50.0, 70.0, , respectively and there were different significant(p<0.05). In the case of treatment with OA and CX, metaphase were in PVA-TCM199, 25 ug/mL CX, 25 ug/mL CX plus OA or 2uM OA only, respeclively. FI was revealed the increasing tendency during the process of maturation. Whereas FI in CX was decreased about 3 times compared to the other treatments of 6 hrs maturation. We conclude that OA regulates bovine COCs maturation and induces the mitochondrial activity during the process of maturation.
