2008년에 있었던 우리나라 금융기관과 정부기관에 대한 DoS 공격에 대한 연구이다. 실험실 환경에서 실제 DoS 공격 툴을 이용하여 공격을 실시한다. DoS 공격을 탐지하기 위하여 네트워크 상에서 Snort를 이용한 N-IDS를 설치하고, 패킷을 탐지하기 위한 Winpcap과 패킷의 저장 및 분석하기 위한 MySQL, HSC, .NET Framework 등을 설치한다. e-Watch 등의 패킷 분석 도구를 통해 해커의 DoS 공격에 대한 패킷량과 TCP, UDP 등의 정보, Port, MAC과 IP 정보 등을 분석한다. 본 논문 연구를 통하여 유비쿼터스 정보화 사회의 역기능인 사이버 DoS, DDoS 공격에 대한 자료를 분석하여 공격자에 대한 포렌식자료 및 역추적 분석 자료를 생성하여 안전한 인터넷 정보 시스템을 확보하는데 의의가 있다.

Allergy to latex gloves has been described as an unusual complication during labor. However, IgE mediated hypersensitivity reaction to natural rubber have recently been identified as an international health problem. In this first case report in Korea, latex anaphylaxis during labor is described in an operating room nurse who has been continuously exposed to latex gloves. Because of the increasing frequency of latex allergy, obstetrician should take care and give more attention to the clinical history, as well as be aware of this possibility especially in high risk groups.

The objective of this study is to describe the association of preterm birth(PTB) in pre-marital pregnancy (shorgun birth) & post-marital pregnancy (marital birth) by analyzing 2008-2012 birth certificated data (1,143,466 primiparous singleron births) from Korea Statistics. Odds ratio and 95% confidence intervals of PTB were calculaced from logistic regression analysis. The rate of shotgun birth increased from 15.7 percent to 18.9 percent during 2008-2012. There was no difference in the rate (4.1 percent) of PTB associated with pre or post-marital pregnancy. The mean of gestational age was 39.08 weeks in shtgun birth and 39.04 weeks in marital birth. After adjustment by logistic regression for infantile gender, maternal age, maternal education & occupation and year of birth, odds ratio of PBT was slightly higher in shotgun birth (1.03, 95% confidence interval: 1.00-1.05, p<0.05)than that of marital birth group. By the maternal age groups, the risk of PBT in shotgun birth were significantly higher (1.09. 95% C1: 1.05-1.14) compared with the marital birth only in 30-39 years old group. There was a slight excess of PTB in shotgun birth versus marital birth.

Objective: In order to acquire the technique for the establishment of human embryonic stem cells (ESe) derived from the human frozen-thawed embryos produced in IVF-ET program, this study was performed to establish mouse ESC derived from the in vitro fertilized embryos. Materials and Methods: After Fl hybrid (C57BL female $\times$ CBA mael) female mice were superovulated with PMSG and hCG treatment, their oocytes were retrieved and inseminated, and the fertilized embryos were cultured for 96-120 hours until the expected stages of blastocysts were obtained. To isolate the inner cell mass (ICM), either the blastocysts were treated with immunosurgery, or the whole embryos were cultured for 4 days. Isolated ICMs were then cultured onto STO feeder cell layer, and the resultant ICM colonies were subcultured with trypsin-EDTA treatment. During the subculture process, ESC-like cell colonies were observed with phase contrast microscopy. To identify ESC in the subcultured ESC-like cell colonies, alkaline phosphatase activity and Oct-4 (octamer-binding transcription factor-4) expression were examined by immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR, respectively. To examine the spontaneous differentiation, ESC-like cell colonies were cultured without STO feeder cell layer and leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF). Results: Seven ESC-like cell lines were established from ICMs isolated from the in vitro fertilized embryos. According to the developmental stage, the growth of ICMs isolated from the expanded blastocysts was significantly better than that of ICMs isolated from the hatched blastocysts (80.3% vs. 58.7%, p<0.05). ESC-like cell colonies were only obtained from ICMs of expanded blastocysts. However, the ICMs isolated from the embryos treated with immunosurgery were poorly grown and frequently differentiated during the culture process. The established ESC-like cell colonies were positively stained with alkaline phosphatase and expressed Oct-4, and their morphology resembled that observed in the previously reported mouse ESC. In addition, following the extended in vitro culture process, they maintained their expression of cell surface markers characteristic of the pluripotent stem cells such as alkaline phosphatase and Oct-4. When cultured without STO feeder cell layer and LIF, they were spontaneously differentiated into the various types of cells. Conclusion: The findings of this study suggest that the establishment of mouse ESC can be successfully derived from the in vitro fertilized embryos. The established ESC-like cells expressed the cell surface markers characteristic of the pluripotent stem cells and spontaneously differentiated into the various types of cells.

The secular trend of gestational age distribution in Korea during 1995-2009 was analyzed, based on the birth registration data from Korea National Statistical Office. Between 1995 and 2009, the distribution of gestational age shifted to the left, with 39 weeks (28.3 percent) becoming the most common length of gestation in 2009, compared with 40 weeks (69.2 percent) in 1995. Deliveries at > or = 40 weeks gestation decreased, accompanied by an increase in those at 32 to 39 weeks. The preterm birth rate in total births was 5.2 percent in 2005-09 (odds ratio: 1.66), as compared with the rate of preterm 1995-1999 (3.2 percent). The birth rate of post term among total births decreased from 2.3 percent in 1995-1999 to 0.7 percent in 2005-09 (odds ratio: 0.28). The reasons are not clear, however, the increasing proportion of gestational age at 32 to 39 weeks during these periods is probably due to the increasing use of induction labor and cesarean delivery. More investigation is need to better assess the relationship between the earlier gestational age and the way labor and delivery.
