현재까지 국내 건설사들은 공법의 개선, 제안 등 다양한 방법을 통해 공사비 원가 절감을 도모하여 왔다. 그러나 그러한 노력들은 각 건설사별로 이루어져 왔으며 성과를 업계 차원에서 공유하는 것으로는 연결되지 못한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 최근 완공된 공동주택 1개동 및 지하주차장의 건설 공사비를 기준으로 민간부문에서 적용된 다양한 원가절감 사례들을 조합하여 적용할 경우 기대되는 공사비 원가 절감수준을 분석하였다. 분석결과에 의하면 아파트공사의 경우 기존 대비 3.77%의 공사비 절감을, 지하주차장공사의 경우 7.33%, 그리고 아파트 및 지하주차장을 합한 총 공사비 차원에서는 5.26%의 절감이 가능한 것으로 분석되었다. The primary focus of this study has been directed towards assessing the potential impact of construction method improvement on a reduction in project cost. A total of 90 actual application cases were collected from a public organization and private construction firms, and 32 cases were used in analysis by adopting a synthetic approach. The level of cost reduction was measured in terms of material and labor cost by comparing the existing method and the improved method. An analysis of the results indicates that project cost can be reduced by up to 5.26 percent compared to a normal project by adopting a synthetic approach. Additional benefits include the assurance of uniform quality, savings in terms of labor and/or materials, and improved productivity. The potential of the applicability of this approach to other types of buildings and the implications of research findings were discussed in detail.

The newly proposed Precast Segmental Method (PSM), which makes use of precast elements for election, is relatively new, efficient and fast method for the construction of prestressed box girder bridges. A precast segment of 25 m long pretensioned in the fabrication yard is transported by a special trailer and a launching truss to its final position. The segments are then connected in the site by post-tensioning to make a continuous prestressed concrete box girder bridges. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and evaluate the design of precast prestressed concrete box girder bridges. The detailed analyses including time-dependent behavior of PSM bridges are conducted. The major results and findings, which have been obtained from finite element analysis of PSM bridge, are discussed in this paper and these results will be a good base for the design and analysis of a new precast bridges.
건설자재 표준화 및 정보화 기반구축을 위한 수요자 의식 조사 연구

This study has been conducted to present reform recommendations for standardization of construction materials, based on a study on the investigation of demander's consciousness for construction materials quality and information standardization in korea. Upon investigation, it was found that the quality of korea industrial standards (KS) was given 67 points by respondents. In addition, 38% of the respondents showed that they had problems with a lack of standardized information. Good examples were found to be non-standardized materials, e.g. admixtures, waterproof agents, reinforcing fibers, concrete, aggregates, adhesives, wood, temporary materials, thermal-insulating materials, etc.
